The room is big and clean. The location and the shops downstairs.

The water pressure is low. The towels are not a towel. Need to pay for parking.

+ decent size for 3 people + many restaurants, massage below the apartment + easy self check in and check out + apartment was cleaned up nicely when we checked in + people who like pickle ball, there’s court for retinal at level 7

- Wi-Fi speed not very good - the aircon in the twin bed is loud and we needed to off it and depend on the living room aircon to sleep

Towel. It' does not absorb water. Site staff provide wrong information on parking. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Suggest to change the bath towel to one that is more absorbant.

The parking is not free... we have to pay quite much whenever we park there. Usually parking is free... 😏

絕佳的位置，海景視野超美，屋內佈置北歐風格，非常喜歡。下次再來亞庇必選住宿。

剛進屋第一二天被2間廁所及廚房排水口的下水道氣味臭到想吐，後來蓋住排水口及隨時緊閉廁所門才改善。

Fab view looking to the sea, central and nearby shops and Gaya street, Jesselton dockyard, left luggage. The accomodation is super comfortable with good amenities including bottle water, slippers in the house, shower gel and shampoo, tea, coffee. Thoughtful layout and plenty of room.

WiFi is poor but not an issue for us. TV wasn’t working but again this is no issue for us.

Spacious apartment which suited family. Great pool with Lovely sunset views.

Sofa needed cleaning as soiled marks in it. Need a variety of pillows as ones provided are all high pillows. (Noted this throughout many places we stayed in Borneo though)

Apartments is really nice and comfortable.we felt at home far from home. Helpful host. Very good location, close to Jesselton ferry terminal and to all other places you want to visit in Kota Kinabalu. The view from the apartments is just the best. There is good swimming pool in condo.

1 towel is not enough for 1 week. Things were difficult to dry. Towels were wet all time.

The geographical location is very convenient. The convenience store and restaurant downstairs meet the travel needs. The room is very spacious and has everything. It is very happy to travel and live here with friends. The landlord is very friendly and responsible. Don't miss this one！

There are 4 elevators so we don't need to wait long. There is a coin laundry on the ground floor which was very convenient. The pool was open from 7am to 9pm. Easy access. Great! During the day, we go shopping and take tours to Sapi Island and Mount Kinabalu, so we rarely spend time in the room. If you're just looking to sleep in, it's very comfortable and a great value. I highly recommend here. The view from the window is wonderful! The corner rooms are large enough for me, my husband, and two small daughters.

Ms Leyla is very nice and helpful, quick response. The flat is clean especially the sofa, excellent seaview, convenience to the swimming pool. Transportation no matter for grab or private car is also easy arrive the entrance of bldg. We will defintely come again.

If really need to say what could be improve, i can say the followings Ventilation fan for two bathrooms are recommended. Wifi sometimes was unstable, it happen once a day but not really affect our movie during bedtime movies. Tlle edges of shower rooms could be bleach to make the look more bright and clean. Anyway, our family is 100% love the unit.

Comfortable bed, spacious, clean and well decorated unit. Complete basic amenities, hair dryer, iron, kettle and shower gel. The unit have great view too. Easy to check in and check out. Near to Jesselton jetty (access to Manukan, Sapi & Mamutik island). No designated parking for the unit.

The rooms are all clean and they provide complete facility, plenty of spare pillows and blankets. Utensils everything we need on our holiday. Their staff, Ms Leyla especially very helpful and sweet! We will definately be back!

Decent amount of space for a smallish unit. Two bathrooms. Responsive host. Homemade snacks available for purchase. Lots of eating options very close by. Parking (pay) in the complex, but reasonably priced.

Hand towels for the bathroom would be nice. Also, a toaster would be nice. A/C OK, but could be a bit more powerful. Despite having 5 elevators in the complex, the wait for an elevator was at times long. The elevator system logic probably needs to be adjusted.

We had good sleep throughout the whole stay cause the bed is soft and had a great family-bonding time there. Love their big couch because we could all snuggle together. Suitable for a small family of three to four people. The place has a handful of good restaurants nearby too so you don’t have to walk too far to get food.

The parking fee isn’t free but it’s worth the stay there.

The place was exceptional clean. Large 2 bef rooms. Plenty of spare towels All facilities are excellent. Definitely will be back

The location is opposite the Jesselton Quay ，Need hailing Online taxi，if you want to the center of the city,But it's a small city it's okay. The landlord always answer quickly to your questions in Booking，Convenient to check in.The room is clean，having sea view and two bedrooms

The quality of the bed and beddings is not good，It is noisy in night because of near the road.

Big space corner unit, great view. Room was being fixed when I came. Shows that maintenance is actively taking place for better comfort of guests.

Seaview is beautiful. The house is bigger than other apartments. The house has kitchen and two toilets. It is a cozy and bright house.

We book the room for 4 people, but here are only two towels in the room. The slippers are plush, but not plastics. They can not be washed and disinfected before we use. It is not convenient.

The apartment is even better than the pictures! It’s very new and clean with an amazing view! And it’s in a strategic location close to everything in KK. their customer service is excellent especially Leyla!

The location is unbeatable. It’s pretty easy and straightforward to get the room key and access the unit. It is a corner unit which provides you sea view and mountain view.

The cleanliness of the unit can be further improved. It’s a little dusty and many hairs on the floor. Other than that, the rest are good.

Very new, nice view of the sea from the living room. Living room / dining area spacious. Just a short walk to the jetty.

Bedrooms feel packed, limited space inside. Mattress isn’t very comfortable although it is very new. Air conditioning in the living area faulty, automatically turned off every 15-30mins despite the timer not being turned on - likely an issue with the air conditioning unit itself. Informed staff, but unfortunately did not offer to have this problem rectified.
