Prime Asia Hotel

The stay at Prime Asia was Exceptional. Everything was beyond my expectations, starting from the Management to the staff, everyone was so kind and professional, the rooms where always clean, the rooftop lounge is beautiful, the restaurant and staff are some of the best in Angelas city. i highly recommend Prime Asia Hotel !!!

I genuinely can’t think of one think that could of went more smoothly during my 31 nights at this hotel. My wife and i had a 5 star experience.

They have the friendliest and accomodating staff, from the security guard, the lobby staff and receptiinists as well as the restaurant staff. Very good service.

It was unfortunate that there is an ongoing renovation. Just a little incovenience but will surely make the property a lot better.

Prime Asia was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I loved the spacious two-story room, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay again

The breakfast was good, lots of hot food. The pool and restaurant were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There could be a better selection of fruit for breakfast.

The staff was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. The room was very clean and although a bit basic was a good value. Comfortable.

The street noise was nonstop. Motor bikes, pedestrian traffic, distant music playing. The roosters nearby started crowing about 3 am. It was almost comical. Bring earplugs. Pillows were way too thick and firm.

Value was cool.

Close to small shops and businesses

The bed was hard as a rock, the air conditioner leaked continuously on the floor, and while comforters are available, they wanted to charge us for the 2nd comforter for the 2nd bed in our room. Your given 1 towel per bed, so if you want another, there is an upcharge. Broken shoddy tile repair in the room and to add to this, our power cycled on and off all night. That means our wifi module was on and off all night. This also has no safe entry or exit location near the front entrance, so our taxi had to pull behind cars directly parked in front of the hotel.

Food are better now than before, but the bacon is still the same not good. I suggest you get different supplier of bacon,longganisa and hotdogs.

Malgré une incompréhension avec le taxi proposé par l’hôtel qui s’est trompé d’aéroport, le personnel a tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable en nous surclassant. Vue et rooftop très agréables.

My aircon was. A older type and very noisy it could not be fixed in main room aircon was ok in other I was often sweating! Jacuzzi upgrade 4 days 170€ I found it to high in other hotels the not was charge me separately for jacuzzi Music in swimming pool for me often to laud.

I was put to stay in one room at the 5th level room no-508 it was so nosie with rat runing in between celinig and the refrigrator was so bad nosie I had to call the front office at 0045hrs check. The restpond was so good a technician came in and off the refrigrator and heard the Rat runing around sound. The rat or mice need to be follow-up.......

Room Condition: The rooms are showing some age and feel a bit "beat up" or worn down. The Trade-off: That said, considering the low price point, it’s hard to complain too much. You get exactly what you pay for—a functional space at a great discount.

Door security are a bit over bearing , when you have guests, have to go down when the arrive and leave, but they are polite and friendly.

The location

Great location, close to many attractions. Fantastic food, 24 hour menu available and staff were fantastic.

Major construction until 7 pm each day. Loud throughout the entire hotel. If on the 5th floor, you can also hear the bar/kitchen/everything else noises from above. Hotel very loud.

Staff are nice and fast to attend needs. Coffee is good.

Showers and taps are rusty, bedsheets were partially made- only a thin sheet and no blanket, tissue is one ply but staff replaced it fast when requested.

Generell: Ich muss leider vom Besuch dieser traurigen Stadt abraten. Ausser einem gigantischen Shoppingcenter eine Ansammlung von heruntergekommenen Bars, in denen bemittleidenswerte Damen Services an meist ältere Herren zu verkaufen versuchen. Speziell: Beim Check-Out wurde ich aufgefordert, zu warten, bis man mein Zimmer inspiziert habe, vielleicht kn der Annahme, ich hätte ein Handtuch entwendet? Auf Nachfrage meinerseits nach über 10 min Warten: „yes you can go now“. Es tut mir leid, aber das entspricht nicht meinen Erwartungen, als Gast behandelt zu werden.
