Sadi Beach House

The staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful. We had a peaceful and restful stay and the food was amazing. The breakfast was a perfect start to the day! The bed was very comfortable and the shower and bath area are lovely!!

Sadi Beach House is an absolute gem. We stayed in the sea-view over the water villas and it was simply amazing for the price that we paid. The room was extremely comfortable coupled with the most amazing seaview. For SGD 150/night for the over the water villas, Sadi offers the best balance between money and luxury. The food options at Sadi and around Sadi are also very diverse, with great local seafood at their sister Kelong. Sadi itself also offers great local and international food - I particularly love their spicy nasi goreng kampung. It was hassle free to book transport with the resort, and the staff were always very helpful. Overall Sadi offers wonderful value for money, with great food options in Sadi and around Sadi, and is a rare gem. We will definitely be going back

100% value for money. Just beware of some bugs in the outdoor shower but not unexpected since its outdoors. Overall the vibes were still worth it.

Amazing resort on Bintan Island. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lovely accommodation with warm pool. Beach is 15 mins walking distance away. Absolutely loved this place.

Sadi is special. Located 1-hour winding drive away from the ferry pier, Sadi is a boutique hotel that does not feel like a hotel; its staff is extremely kind and smiling. Each room is its own independent villa with a surrounding garden (with flowers) and an outdoor bathroom at the back. There are only 10 or so rooms in the establishment which makes it cozy, small and very private. You only have to walk a few dozen meters from the room to the hotel restaurant where a Western&Indonesian menu will accommodate all palates (vegetarian ones included), near the lovely pool overlooking the bay and its Kelong with a few local seafood restaurants. Watching the sunrise over the bay, or stargazing in the hammocks suspended over the sea, or else exploring the nearby beaches cycling, Sadi is the perfect cocoon to recharge and to take in big beauty in a simple, homey and high quality setting. The day after I left, I was missing it. Thank you to the team.

Vacanza bellissima, super rilassante, staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Le stanze sono pulite e molto carine, avevamo una stanza Sea vista mare con delle reti da pescatore tipo amaca per rilassarsi, la vasca e la doccia sono per metà all’aperto - esperienza favolosa! Non ci sono insetti fastidiosi in giro, solo dei piccoli geco innocui. Piscina grande e pulita, ristorante buono e colazione top! Ci torneremo sicuramente :)

It was really quiet and secluded, but everything was nicely done up. The rooms were pretty and well maintained.

Bugs but thats wild life! The property is far away from everything else. Supermart is 15mins drive away!

There were many choices for breakfast, and the place was very nice and cozy.

Going to the toilet in the middle of the night is very challenging as the toilet is outside the room, the open-air bathtub can be very hot under the sunlight.

The beautiful and aesthetically designed grounds, seaside location, the quiet and peace, and the wonderful hospitality of the staff.

Nothing, it was a really wonderful place for a short break.

Die Lage der Strandvilla mit Blick aufs Meer mit dem offenen Bad ist super. Auch das unkomplizierte Schnorcheln bei den Kelongs ist super. Das Hotel betreibt ein Restaurant auf dem benachbarten Kelong, von dem man einen schönen Blick auf die Landschaft hat.

Das kein Strand vorhanden ist. Der nächste öffentliche Strand ist etwa 20Min. Fußweg entfernt. Auch das Schwimmen im Meer ist kaum möglich, das Wasser ist nicht gerade sauber.

It’s absolutely beautiful and the aesthetics were on point. We stayed for 4D3N and hardly had enough time to explore what Sadi could offer. We slept well to the waves, stargaze. and woke up trying to catch the sunrise. We went cockles picking, and wanted to try kayaking next! We also love spacing out at the cafe and can I say that they have the best banana fritters, we had them 3 days in a row. The kelong next door serves the best crabs at a good price too, so we had lovely variations to our meals. Special thanks to Lun who is always so smiley, and for all the staff for taking such good care of us.

Hoe verzorgt alles eruit zag en de service van de mensen daar. Alles zag er precies uit zoals de plaatjes. De communicatie verliep heel soepel.

Ik had gehoopt ook echt het strand op te kunnen, maar het was meer uitzicht op de zee. Dit had ik zelf beter moeten onderzoeken, want het verblijf heeft nooit gezegd dat er toegang tot een strand was.

Personally, I can truly see myself revisiting Sadi Beach House. I loved everything about this place — from the calm, beautiful ambience to the exceptional hospitality. Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating, which made the stay feel very personal and comforting. The spa massage deserves a special mention. It was, without exaggeration, the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Deeply relaxing and professionally done — a must-try if you’re staying here. The food was excellent. Meals are not buffet-style; instead, your chosen main dishes are served with complimentary and generous side dishes. Overall, Sadi Beach House felt less like a resort and more like a second home. The peaceful environment, thoughtful service, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, restful, and heartfelt getaway.

We didn’t mind the breakfast waiting time at all, but do note that breakfast preparation can take around 1 to 1.5 hours. For guests who are on a tight schedule, it’s best to book the earliest breakfast slot and communicate your timing with the staff beforehand. One small area for improvement is accessibility. My mom, who is 156cm tall and uses a wheelchair due to chronic foot swelling (though not fully wheelchair-bound), found it challenging to climb onto the bed as it was higher than standard bed height. This might be something to consider for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.

Nice place and very friendly staff, help us plan and take care of all the needs ahead of time and during the stay. Tasty food, pleasant setting, nice for a quick getaway from city.

Bathtub doesn’t have a roof top, there’s a garden in the villa, feel closer to the nature. Bed and balcony are facing the sea. Superb!

Parfait si vous souhaitez passer quelques jours au calme mais sachez qu’il n’y a vraiment rien à faire autour, et pas de plage. Pas de possibilité de louer des scooters (thermiques et fonctionnels…) pour visiter les alentours

We had an absolutely wonderful celebrated our birthday.Both me and my partner were in need of a peaceful escape from the city and Sadi truly delivered.The experience exceeded our expectations,our room was stunning with the lovely decorations on our birthday,the food was incredible and the service was outstanding.Every staff was warm,welcoming and went come above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.The breakfast and dinner was good, the drinks as well love the avocado juice and ice Matcha latte. And, especially the BBQ dinner that was in our villa and dine in right outside the balcony.

A really relaxing and private villa experience. Brilliant breakfast, fantastic villa and really lovely staff. You can use kayaks to explore around the area.

Note that it is a long way from ferry terminal. They can organise you a driver at a cost.

スタッフはみな優しく、お部屋も海の真ん前でとても綺麗でした。朝日も見れて最高！ お風呂が屋根がない部分にあります。半外です。写真ではそれがあまりわからなかったので、お部屋を見てみてビックリ。蚊がいるので、ゆっくりお外でお風呂とはなかなかいきませんでしたが、蚊がいなければもっとくつろげたなぁと思います。

お魚のレストランのところで釣りをさせてもらったのですが、タバコの箱やゴミなどを海にポイポイ投げているのがショックでした。エコに気をつけているお宿なのに、海への汚染は気にしないのかな… ご飯はしょっぱいものが多かったです。もう少しヘルシーなものがあると嬉しいです。

Resort is right beside the ocean. And for 20+ metres there is very low waters which makes it easy to walk around in it. There is also 2h of free kayaking available daily which was safe and easy for beginners because of the very low waters. Facilities is clean. Breakfast is great. Staff are all very polite, understanding, and helpful. They made the stay so much better with their warmth and kindness.

Location of resort is fairly remote. Only one "minimart" style store nearby to buy drinks or snacks. Not too many different lunch/dinner options nearby either.

Le resort est situé dans le vrai Bintan, pas dans la zone des resorts donc peu de touristes, c'est top. Le personnel est charmant, réactif et très compétent. Je recommande la sortie snorkeling

The wifi could be improved

The hotel itself was very serene. Totally a chill place to unwind. Took the sea view villa. Worth it in my opinion. The staff was impeccable. Lun especially the front desk was patient in answering most of my queries. Everything was planned via WhatsApp. In arranging transport from ferry to resort. In arranging my surprise wedding anniversary decoration for my wife. The toilet was huge. Had an open concept for bathroom. The shops around sadi have a special understanding means that you can opt to pay in sadi if you have not enough cash. Sadi has payment for credit card. Use youtrip.

The transport was around an hour to an hour 15 mins from the ferry. Food options are limited although there are 3 shops nearby to eat 1 is ayam penyet Presto which is nice. There's an otak otak shop and also a seafood shop which we didn't try. Mainly ate at sadi beach house.

A big thank you to the attentive and hospitable staff at Sadi for taking good care of us during our short getaway! We love everything about the sea villa, from the furnishing, views and the outdoor shower. Tastefully decorated with practical functions, staying here indeed brings us closer to nature and gives a peace of mind. The property is also clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed the reasonably priced massage and food, as well as the swimming pool.The breakfast spread was good! Do note that there are no minimarts and malls within the vicinity so activities are limited unless you are willing to travel out. If you just want a laidback and comfortable stay away from the bustling city, Sadi will be the perfect place.

CLEAN ROOM - I went there for my honeymoon. The room was clean, spacious and cozy. All the amenities provided were sufficient and in excellent condition. I could not find any flaws in your facilities. The size of the seaview villa was spacious! The lawn was huge and the bathroom was the star of the show. The open-sky concept of the bath tub was indeed special one. You could dip in your warm bath literally under the cool night stars. GREAT ENVIRONMENT - The ambient was quiet and perfect for couple getaway. Don't worry, you would have the entire villa to yourself, so you won't be distracted by other guests. The staff there were super friendly and helpful in fulfilling your requests. The view was 100/100! ACTIVITES - There were many complimentary activities for the guests. You can swim in the pool, play games or kayaking in the beautiful sea. We even booked a snorkeling trip to a nearby kelong through the hotel. Don't worry, the transportation to and fro would be handled by them! DINNER - We went to a nearby kelong for our dinner, the Kelong Elly. But you can have your dinner at the cafe in Sadi, the food looked good too! BREAKFAST - The selection for breakfast was vast. You have ample of choices of food to choose from. From local dishes to western English breakfast. You will be provided with complimentary English breakfast and single ala-carte meal to choose from. Just look at the photo and decide for yourself. The foods were out of this world!

Disliked · NOTHING - From the check-in process to the checkout, everything was perfect. We wished that we could extend for another night, but unfortunately, we had booked our ticket back to Malaysia :( But there were few things to consider; 1. Since the resort is secluded out in the nature, it would be useful to have a mosquito repellent along with you. 2. It was low tide in the morning, so there were not much activities to do in the morning. Hence, you can start doing the water activity starting noon.

Food a bit pricey.

We had the most wonderful weekend celebrating our mom’s birthday at this resort. From the moment we made our booking, the staff was incredibly attentive—communicating with us promptly and politely via WhatsApp, making sure every detail was in place. They went above and beyond to make the celebration feel personal and special, including decorating my parents' room and surprising them with a cake and a heartfelt card. Throughout our stay, their attentiveness never wavered. They remembered our room numbers, brought us towels right after every swim without us even needing to ask, and always made us feel cared for without ever being intrusive. The resort itself is stunning—the beach house offers breathtaking views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The design and layout of the rooms are beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully done, creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and celebration. We also really enjoyed the free kayaking, which added a fun and active touch to the trip! My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we left with nothing but positive memories. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a meaningful, peaceful, and beautifully curated getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

love the sea view and location of the resort. although it is far, it was worth traveling to enjoy quieter moments away from big crowds. The staff’s services were prompt and friendly. They are always ready to offer help and support when needed. The crowd at the sadi was just right during our stay.

Food was average, wished it could be more delicious. It would be better to have gym facilities to enjoy the beautiful sea view.

Hotel staff took care of us like they’ve known us for long time. Such a sweet place with sweet people.

I love how secluded the place was, how peaceful it felt. The service was really good, the staff was efficient, responsive (ordered beer through whatsapp and it was delivered to the room) and was extremely friendly! Ocha was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast came with a variety of food on top of the main dishes, which we enjoyed. Even though it wasn't the cleanest beach, the view was amazing.

The location was a little far from everywhere else, which wasn't too big an issue as we wanted to just chill and have a relaxing trip. However there was cockroach outside at our balcony and it freaked me out a little. :( - but also understandable as we ordered the bbq service that night and had our food at the balcony.

Rooms are exactly as pictured—modern and spacious, with a fully enclosed garden to yourself, air conditioned room with kettle and fridge, and a luxurious outdoor private bathroom with shower and a separate bathtub. Highly recommend a massage, kayak, and the breakfast is generous.

Clean and spacious. Look exactly like the photos. Comfortable. Pool was a good size, and inviting. Free kayaking and we were amazed about the BBQ night.
