I like the ambiance. I like the staff how kind they are in attending the needs of their costumers. I like how respectful they are as well. The staff in the reception exceptional giving me medicine when I ask and extending help when I need. very good place for staycation

Les chambres supérieures étaient parfaites et le personnel également. La carte était variée. La piscine était bien sauf transats un peu vieillots.

La propreté de la plage laisse clairement à désirer, il doit pourtant s'agir d'une partie privée liée à l'hôtel. Beaucoup de déchets et éléments métalliques dangereux en bord de plage, de même sur l'îlot en face ou on peut traverser à pied. Cela pourrait pourtant être nettoyé facilement (vieux casques de motos, sandales, plastiques)

Coastal location lovely, friendly helpful staff, Dery our driver was fantastic and able to speak enough English to help us to understand a lot more about the people and culture. Royal Spa Villa was great.

The staff is super friendly, and yeah, it's tucked away, but they've got everything you could want right there. So peaceful and uncrowded. The atmosphere is just perfect and the view was stunning! .

While a minimart is unavailable, a small gift shop is present. Therefore, late-night snackers should pack their own snacks before departing for the villa.

The aircon is not cool enough even at the coolest setting. The door security card suddenly cannot work. Breakfast - very limited choices. Pool is very small and the beach not good for swimming.

The place was beautifully set with views of the sea wherever you are. Peaceful and tranquil. The spa massage was reasonable and excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and most accommodating. Highly recommend it. I will certainly return.

We loved it all!!! Our room was beautiful and the team decorated it especially for our anniversary. it was very clean and the bed was super comfy. The staff from the moment we were collected at the ferry terminal were fantastic. Santu at the front desk and the rest of the team at the bar/restaurant, could not do enough for us. The food!!! was brilliant every time. We had a special candlelight dinner over the water. Beautiful and highly recommend this treat. Candy at the spa was wonderful. Everything was just amazing, chill factor 10, when you need downtime.

The place is wonderful, far from the noise and in nature. A lot of activities suggested by the hotel and a very good restaurant :)

The hotel is in plaine nature so you can find some “guests” in the room and on the balcony (small lizards, insects, spiders)

The staff were very nice and attentive, and they catered to our needs seamlessly. The hotel was extremely nice with lots of amenities, and I found it be a very nice setting overall. I thoroughly enjoyed myself here.

On the beach

Tout ! Un coin de paradis !!! Chambre simple mais spacieuse, piscine vue sur mer, bin restaurant (super petit dej !), personnel ultra sympathique et au petit soin et beaucoup beaucoup de charme. Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour et je rêve d’y retourner. Il faut une heure dix pour traverser l’île depuis le terminal de ferry mais cela vaut vraiment le coup. La balade sur la plage à marée basse était magnifique.

An hour away from the ferry terminal. Nice secluded area with clean, private rooms, by the beach, lots of activities to engage in, great food and cocktails, wonderful, friendly service staff. One of those places for a private getaway.

We love staying at this resort because rhe staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are very clean, and the property is extremely relaxing! Plus the spa has wonderful massages!

Het uitzicht was prachtig, sta vroeg op en zie de zon in het Oosten opkomen! Fijn huisje met een prima bed en badkamertje. Lekker strandje en (niet heel groot) zwembad. Eten was goed, de massage ook.

De ontspanningsruimte was wat verouderd, net als de chill hoek/bar bij het zwembad. Dat was jammer.

Impressive Sun rise view. Brought along my Kindle for reading at balcony. In the end I was just so enjoyed and relax at the balcony, ended up didn't read much. I could just spend my whole day watching the sea at balcony. Every morning wake up waiting for sun rise, enjoyed my canned coffee with cigarettes lighten up. I will definitely come again with my friends. Seriously can't wait to come again.

Yes there's sockets near bed but in used for lamp. There's no empty socket for phone charging.

The dinner food was really bad. We tried different options (BBQ, Indian) and all was really poor quality.

Tranquility. When we were there there was no guest with kids, hence the serene environment. This was my first time encountering a resort on a weekend with hardly any kids screaming around. Clean room facing the sea, and a cosy bed, just like pictured. They provide a small mosquito repellent spray in the room. There are pests outside room but hardly any found inside the room. We sprayed the repellent everytime we came in from the door, I guess that helped. The jacuzzi was great and heated, although we had a hiccup turning the power on. This issue was rectified in no time by their in-house engineers.

The distance from the ferry terminal was a put-off. 1hr one-way. City sightseeing? One hour away. Mall? Maybe one or 2hrs away. You are pretty much isolated. Good for those who just want to completely chill within the hotel premises. The restaurant pricing. Which I understood as it’s a hospitality establishment. Foot reflexology only dealt with bottom feet for half an hour. No calf. Prior to checking in, the hotel confirmed via this platform that there would be birthday amenities. However when we checked in the receptionist said there was none.

The Deluxe Garden little house is isolated by itself preserves the privacy which is important for a relaxing stay without disturbing noise if it is enjoined with another unit.

The wifi reception is poor during peak hours probably many guests are online at the same time. Should improve on Wifi system infrastructure as using wifi to surf online is almost a necessity for guests who prefer to laze around the property.

Wonderful location right by the beach. Can see the tide coming in and going out. Spacious rooms and clean setup. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The spa service is good, but I feel the massages could have been better. Still worth the money.

The jacuzzi n the exceptional view

Wir hatten eine Hütte auf Pfählen im Meer mit eigenem Whirlpool. Das Meer dort ist sehr flach und zieht sich bei Ebbe weit hinaus. Der Jahreszeit entsprechend regnete es immer wieder mit viel warmem Wind. Bei Flut und Wind schlugen die Wellen unter die Hütte, aber wir haben uns schnell daran gewöhnt. Außer uns gab es nur wenige Gäste und wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht um das Wohl der Gäste. Die Hütte ist gut eingerichtet, bequemes Bett, kleines Bad mit Regendusche und genügend Warmwasser. Großer Swimmingpool im Freien. Das gute Essen wurde frisch nach Wunsch zubereitet. Bei Ebbe kann zu Fuß eine kleine Insel erreicht werden. Von den angebotenen Ausflügen haben wir den zu dem beeindruckenden Tempel der 500 Lohan angenommen.

Man kann nur bei Flut im Meer schwimmen

Nice hotel in a beautiful beach spot, lots of activities, nice pool, great spa, very good restaurant and breakfast. Good WiFi. Very attentive staff. They offer free pick up at ferry terminal.

Food was decent but limited variety and options.

The rooms were a little run down. The AC in the first room wasn't working and we had to ask for a change. The 2nd room AC was really noisy. Limited space to sit around and chillax.

A little bit off the beaten track and on a busy road without pavements so you couldn't walk to anywhere else.

Een super rustige en mooi onderhouden locatie met prachtig uitzicht! Super lief en behulpzaam personeel en lekker eten. De bedden lagen heerlijk, de airco deed het goed en de jacuzzi was een extra luxe!

The pool was beautifullly maintained and was facing a nice wide ocean view. We also absolutely love the large picture window in our room and the balcony and private hottub. The spa also had beautiful ocean facing views with very good massuers to knead yout pains away!

The food was sadly a weak point and there were no options nearby. Town is an hour's travel away.

One night here to escape bustling Singapore for the weekend. Perfect pressure relief decision. Very laid back, but really well equipped resort. Room was fantastic and super clean. Food was soooo tasty. Infinity pool is lovely - quite small if more than 4 or 5 people. Did the snorkeling trip - well worth doing. Loved it all. Thank you lovely staff.

The rubbish in the water. The hotel guests were constantly picking up rubbish on the beach. Would encourage management to ensure staff pick up rubbish. The lack of initiative of staff. Management should encourage staff to attend to guests at the beach, around the pool bar and the bean bag balcony to offer a drink or food rather than the guests having to go to the restaurant and asking for someone to come and serve them. When someone did come we had to collect our own drinks and then ask for someone again to take another order. We did not feel we were looked after unless we were in the restaurant. The very loud music in front of our room which started very early. It was so loud and inappropriate music that we could not sit on our balcony.

lovely set-up amidst a garden and directly by the beach. Not too big property hence no large groups/families, hence perfect for relaxing. Peaceful views on the sea/lagoon that you can cross at low tide. The spa/services are good value for money and staff very attentive!

The hotel is right next to the road. Even if not busy, you hear the motorbikes/cars passing by so depending which room you are, this may slightly be inconvenient.
