Large House in Central Stavanger

Excellent value for money. The apartment is spacious, quiet, and in a very good location. It is well-equipped and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning. Having two bathrooms was a great advantage, especially for a larger group. The apartment also provides free toiletries and a hairdryer, which was very convenient. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy and smooth. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Gemütliches Haus mit genug Platz und bequemen Betten und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Zusätzlich zum Schlafsofa ein zweites Sofa, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Parken kann man auf der Straße und die Gebühr für einen Parkplatz übernehmen die Vermieter.

Großes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und unten noch eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Sowohl oben als auch unten eine Dusche. Es wurde extra die Schlafcouch für meine Mutter mit Rollator bezogen, da sie nicht in das obere Stockwerk kommen konnte. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus und kostenlos

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und alt, aber für zwei Übernachtungen ok

Bathroom flooding, water leaking from shower tray for the bathroom near kitchen, bathroom upstair drainage clog, dishwasher didn’t work well.

Falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones : los desagües de las duchas estaban atascados y se desbordaba el agua . Las ventanas no cerraban bien La limpieza era muy justa, superficial : acumuló de suciedad en rincones ,detrás de muebles, extractor grasiento

The location is perfect.

The sink and shower drains upstairs kept getting clogged. Cleanliness could have been better. Kitchenware was inadequate.

Réseau électrique à revoir surtout au niveau des salles de bains avec des branchements non adaptés et potentiellement dangereux ( lampe branchée près de la douche au rez de chaussée). La literie est aussi en fin de vie...bruits de ressort et inconfort .

Excellent location if a bit of a climb from the centre. ( not too steep). Everything we needed. Pleasant

Generally clean except greasy extraction fan in kitchen and other things. Benches clean though. Front door lock loose, badly fitted and difficult. Leaking washer in shower dripped continually. Window catches missing in places

Det står i beskrivelsen at det er 3 bad, men det er 2. Dusjene fløt over, så vanne fløt utover gulvet. Sengene var ikke spesielt gode. Måtte ta kontakt med verten fordi røykvarslerne var utkoblet og uten batteri.. Flere vindu var halvåpne og fikk ikke lukket adekvat.

Super Lage im Hinblick auf Ausgangspunkt zur Stadt. Parkplatz direkt an der Strasse, jedoch kein Problem und Vermieter hat sicg um Registrierung und Kosten gekümmert🙏 Schön geräumige Küche und toll mit 2 Bädern. Unkomplizierter Check-In.

El espacio y la situación en general eran lo mejor

La cocina necesita un repaso a nivel de limpieza y de utensilios.

La localización y la amabilidad de la dueña.

La casa está "viejita", todo cruje y parece que vas a romper un mueble si te apoyas mínimamente.

It was in a great location and had some outside space.

That one couple had to sleep separately. The sofa bed was not really comfortable/big enough for two people.

The air conditioning was very useful during a hot week. Any queries we had were dealt with very quickly by the manager of the property. The property is old and quirky with a large upstairs landing and smallish bedrooms.

The house is well decorated but the kitchen has a chipped surface. There is no door to the living room so it can be draughty in the evenings. It would have been helpful to have an information folder explaining how things work (eg TV, recycling bins) and we didn't understand the parking restrictions in advance of picking up a hire car. An additional comfortable chair would have been appreciated in the large living room.

The house was spacious. Location was great, quiet and walking distance to the town. Owner was friendly and helpful when we contacted her with queries.

Great location in old town Stavanger. A 5-minute walk to the wharf and a grocery store is nearby. The responsiveness of staff was 5-stars.

It needed a final clean before the handoff.
