Erreur dans la commande des petits déjeuner tout les jours ! Bruyant avec la musique et le bruits des tricycles. Réfrigérateur annoncé sur réservation dans les équipements mais pas dans la villa du coup avons du jetter des produits que nous avions ramenés.

Staff in the restaurant and shop are friendly, most rooms i booked for my family are great except our villa.(villa 1 i think)

Our villa had a funky smell like is coming from the sewerage. The bed still has plastic like it's brand new so we hear it every time we turn. The key on our door kept turning and it was difficult to unlock/lock, aparently it was already listed for maintenance. After our late night swim, the door was too difficult to open, called the night shift staff, it took him a while but couldn't open it either, then he called for a back up, so we waited. The 'back up guy' took out the whole lock so there was a hole. We went in to the room and can only use latch from the inside to keep ourself safe. When we checked out in the morning, i mentioned it to the reception and they are not even aware of what happened the night before. I looked for the manager but they didn't seem keen for me to talk to a higher up staff so i gave up and finished the check out process - i left the place feeling disappointed but my family had a great time! Place is clean, quiet at night, beautiful ambiance. Staff is absolutely one of the best , very polite , courteous, and with our short stay he gave us the best care and service(yes is, he was alone when we stayed , we arrived very late at night had to leave early).

We are staying at the villa you can hear noise from the tricycle and other transportation. Animal noise especially roosters are so loud. On our second day we can smell some sewerage odor inside the villa.

Rooms were not serviced after checkin for our four night stay (had to request toilet paper, coffee, etc at front desk and we had to empty our trash ourselves), bathroom was overwhelmed with sewer smell, and hot water in the shower was problematic as the electrical breaker continually tripped.

We stayed here for 7 nights, and unfortunately the price does not reflect the level of service provided. The photos online look appealing, but if you’re seeking a relaxing stay, I would strongly advise choosing another place. This property may be suitable for kids and families renting the cottages during the day, but hotel guests even those staying for longer periods receive very limited attention. Loud pop/techno music is played throughout the day, starting as early as 9:00 a.m. On our first morning, after arriving late the night before, the music was already blasting. I raised this issue with staff several times. While one staff member acknowledged the complaint, no real action was taken, and the receptionist simply dismissed it. We had hoped for a relaxing stay by the pool reading our books but this was impossible. Because of this, we ended up spending most of our time on day trips just to avoid staying at the property. Unfortunately, we had already paid upfront and could not move elsewhere. Housekeeping was also very poor. Even when the “please make up the room” sign was displayed, the room was not cleaned. We were told to inform staff directly, but even after doing so, nothing changed. Overall, this is not a resort.It is essentially a pool with rooms. The experience was disappointing and not worth the price. Improvements in service, responsiveness, and cleanliness are urgently needed. I would not recommend and I will not be coming back.

Cleanliness first of all. The resort is well maintained and has a safe and secure environment, friendly staffs :).

Noticeable difference in service quality between our stay and certain guest, impacting our stay negatively. Experienced some awkward and frustrating encounters with the hotel amenities and their staff. Food was okay including breakfast was decent but not the best, false buffet. They kick us out from one of our room though we already have checked in and settled maybe to give favor to more important guest accomodation request which was unfair given the

Nice resort to spend a couple of nights. Our teenage kids absolutely loved the wave pool. Food was also excellent, very fresh and tasty. The staff were so friendly, we needed some medication and they went to 4 pharmacies to find it!

Unfortunately they blast music all the way from the entrance to the end of the resort so you can’t escape the noise until 9pm. It’s also a bit strange they charge P500 per hour to check in early. We got there at 12:30pm and they wouldn’t check us in even though the room was ready. If youre looking for a quiet relaxing resort this isn’t for you. However if you’re looking for family fun with spacious rooms then I recommend.

Very clean rooms with comfortable beds, a lovely pool, great food, and truly amazing staff.

This place is wonderful! The pool is fantastic, and my kids absolutely love it. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The location is close to the airport.

The restaurant made a few mistakes on our bill and is expecting us to pay for it, even after the transaction was completed. There are some young people working or interning there who keep staring, making it a little uncomfortable.

This is a fairly new resort hotel, build around several swimming pools, which does have some rooms & villas available. We were travelling on 5 motorcycles and just wanted a place to stay, but the facilities really exceeded our expectations, and gave us a chance to relax in the afternoon. Its located out of the city so if you are staying, expect to spend your evening there. I noted a Mall about 2km if you need to venture out, but the old part of the city is a good drive. Being new, the rooms were superbly comfortable, spacious, & very clean, and I felt we didn't pay much more than we did for older, more basic accommodation on our journey. Maybe it was quiet season as the resort certainly seemed empty ? Payment had to be made in advance, and when one of our party cancelled, although they could not refund anything, we were given a complimentary round of drinks - that was a nice gesture, The resort is entirely No-smoking so be prepared for that. For our evening meal, we were forced to eat in the smaller bar, due to a birthday party in the main restaurant. The hotel did seem to have a problem with stock as many items on the menu were not available. More importantly, they promoted their cocktail bar, but after just 1 Gin & Tonic, we had exhausted their cans of Tonic !! I wondered why it was such a problem to go to the nearest 7-11 and get some more, but that was a bridge too far, evidently. Despite the lack of menu items, I can definitely recommend this place, assuming the prices are still reasonable.

The location was easy to find, right within the city. The room was very clean, and the staff provided exceptional service. We also enjoyed the complimentary access to the pool, especially the wave pool—it made our stay even more enjoyable!

Location and ambiance near the city is great. Alway lively and friendly staff. Strong internet and access to local tricycles available for convenience.

Breakfast was okay. Not bad but also nothing too special. The Villa needs to have a small ref in it like the other deluxe rooms especially if you pay more for a Villa.

Not very informative, especially on the information of pet charges - they charged us an additional of 1k. This should have been declared, so that this could be one of consideration of booking.

Staff was amazing! Very nice place to stay when traveling to Laoag or just use a very nice pool. The dinner we had there was tasty!!! Would recommend that my friends and family would stay there. I wish the pool was open at 6am in the morning, it would have been great to do laps then.

I loved Ilocos Urban Wave. Great resort and landscaping. Its quite far from San Nicolas RObinson or SM Laoag/ Laoag City, but you can take a tricycle or hire a private van to visit main malls. Overall, the multiple pools and amazing staff at Cafe Onda and overall resort staff were super friendly. I stayed with my family visiting from New York and we absolutely had an amazing time. I recommend it to anyone visiting from USA.

The Villa 2 we got was clean and well prepared. Amenities was also in the room. The pools were good, the kids even adults enjoyed.

Overall excellent. One of the best places to stay in Illocos Norte/Laog. My only complaint was that they charged me a ridiculous amount for towels. They provided one with a strand that was unraveling, and there was some small stains from makeup and light dirt from within the resort that easily washed out, and for this normal use they charged me twice what the towels costs at the local market. Shameful way to treat a tourist and not a good way to build a customer base.

The venue is very pretty, pools are fantastic and very close to the airport.

Amazing resort with awesome pools. Resort has great open spaces and areas to lounge around and chill. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

Suggest to look at ant pest control in the bathroom area. Also please check the shower head assembly as it was loose on the wall and fell off when in use.

Have to pay for drinking water, been provided 11(free) 500ml bottles for 11 guest which are staying there for 3nights. Had to pay for more drinking water for the rest of the stay. If you book for 1 night or even for a week thats all the water you get for free (should be atleast per day? Or a drinking station). 2 out of 3 rooms that we booked doesn’t have exhaust in the toilet.

I had the most wonderful experience staying at Ilocos Urban Wave Resort. The entire hotel was immaculate, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated. I can't wait to return!

The service at Ilocos Urban Wave Resort truly exceeded my expectations. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was kind and eager to help. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and I felt so well taken care of throughout my stay.

It was awesome overall. Just to early to close the service for breakfast and slow internet connection.

Big thanks to the concierge team for helping me plan my day trips! They gave me all the info I needed and even arranged transportation for me. Made my vacation so much smoother!

I liked the location of this hotel. It is very central and convenient. I could walk to the park near hotel. There are many good restaurants close by. Great place to stay!

I'm impressed by how tidy this hotel is. The housekeeping staff do a great job keeping everything neat and clean. Thumbs up!
