it's like a literal prison cell but with no daylight. It was a horrible room that looked nothing like the photos. The sheets was dirty. The AC was leaking some odd liquid. The "window" just had a wall behind it so no fresh air could get into the room! All of the other guests was noisy. Dirty tissues beside the bed! There was no other rooms to move to and i was not able to get a different hotel, I'll be looking to get a refund.

There is no extra pillows or blankets but one young male staff member got me one when requested.The TV did not work but that was no issue for us as we spent most days out.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Very clean and modern hotel in a fantastic location if you want to be in the heart of Benidorm Old Town close to all the restaurants, bars, shops and beaches. Located on a side street it was surprisingly quiet given its location. Beds were very comfortable and clean, bathroom was clean, modern and well equipped and great to have air conditioning, TV, balcony and fridge for chilled drinks. The online check in process was straightforward and entry to the hotel and your individual room by entry codes, supplied by WhatsApp, was very convenient. As such, we didn't have to interact with reception staff other than saying hola, but they seemed friendly. The cleaning staff were also very hard working and did a good job cleaning the room. All in all a very comfortable stay in a clean, modern hotel for a very reasonable price.
Occasion drain smells from the bathroom pipes but that's not unusable in Spain and easily dealt with.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026- the location was brilliant a couple of minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the old town Main Street (near to the mercadona) very quiet location, felt extremely safe, don’t have to worry about keys as you have PIN codes to access the hotel main door and room. Rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Reception staff friendly and had no hassle at all - just enjoyed our holiday
The bathroom was a little tired, Reception opening times are limited in order to leave bags upon checkout and no specific courtesy room but it didn’t affect our stay too much.

Un hotel pero no se puede considerar hotel mas bien un hostal muy antiguo con habitaciones insonorizadas y justo los que estaban en la habitación de al lado pagaban gritos y portazos a las 3 de la mañana….camas incomodas,baño diminuto y muy antiguo vamos una experiencia horrible para el precio que pieden. Las sabanas no tenían pinta de ser limpias y las toallas necesitan un CAMBIO URGENTE.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The room had all advertised amenities. The description said the room had a “patio” but in reality it was a very nice balcony, so that was an improvement. The room was larger than I was expecting. The air conditioning was good. The central location is a 5 minute walk from the beach and was quiet at night. I liked the virtual check in service and not having to speak to anyone to get into my room.
It had clearly been a smoking hotel in the past as my room smelt strongly of stale smoke. Despite advertising a room cleaning and towel change every other day, this didn’t happen. That was disappointing as it was a beach holiday and so naturally my room accumulated sand from my swimming costume, so there was sand everywhere as no one came to clean the room. The room did not match the images on Booking.com, which show nice furnishings that are not in the room. I might consider staying here again if they actually cleaned the room like they said they would.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026NO HABÍA DESAYUNO, LA UBICACIÓN BIEN. Relación calidad precio aceptable, pero podrían mejorar mucho sin invertir mucho dinero, estado de lavabos, jabón, suficiente papel higienic, etc Podrían poner algo en las neveras y obviamente cobrar lo que se consuma, estba vacía.
No poder contactar con una recepcionista, el lavabo taponado y la puerta del baño había que arrastrarla para abrirla, camas están bien para un par de días, pero si continuas, dolor de espalda. Arreglaron el lavabo rápido pero de todas maneras no estaba del todo destapado y tardaba los restos en bajar, con la molestia respectiva. Jabón sólo al lado del lavamanos pero en la ducha cero.

Llegamos y hasta después de las 15:30h no tenían lista nuestra habitación, ascensor con muy mal olor y averiado, balcones super sucios y sin sitio para tender las toallas, no hay nadie nunca en recepción y cuando hay alguien como si no estuviera, ducha atascada, almohadas incomodas, recepción y mobiliario (sofás) muy sucios,….

Mi habitación, que era individual, era muy pequeña, con un armario cuyas puertas correderas no se movían. El baño súper pequeño, sin ducha, con bañera oxidada y muy pequeña. La habitación era interior, con dos ventanucos a un patio de luces muy pequeño. Cuando llegué no había agua, aunque lo arreglaron enseguida. Cuando me fui, tampoco había agua y no me pude duchar.

Tyvärr var just vårt rum extremt lyhört. Knappt någon ljudisolering. Vi hörde andra gäster prata med varandra, dörrar som smälldes i trapphuset, tv-apparater, vi hörde t.o.m när andra par som roade sig/var intima under nätterna. Väldigt svårt att sova. Badrummet och balkongen var tyvärr litet slitet men inget att klaga på! Överlag trivdes vi bra!

La relación calidad-precio nos ha parecido excelente y la ubicación es uno de sus puntos fuertes, ya que está cerca de todo y permite desplazarse fácilmente a los principales lugares de interés. El alojamiento cumplió con nuestras expectativas y disfrutamos mucho de la experiencia. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Christian. Fue muy amable desde el primer momento, nos atendió de maravilla y estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos con todo lo que necesitábamos durante la estancia. Su trato cercano y profesional hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos y volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w ścisłym centrum Benidorn 2min od supermarketu Mercadona, kawiarni i restauracji, 5-7min od plaży. Szybkie zakwaterowanie, miła obsługa, bardzo dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Hotel jest stary ale czysty ,idealny wręcz jako baza wypadowa zarówno do zwiedzania jak i do plażowania. Ja polecam.
Zepsute drzwi szafy, ciężko zamykające się okna balkonowe.

Aunque estuviera muy cerca el balcón de los pisos de enfrente, es tan fácil como echar la cortina y no tienes problema ninguno. El aire enfriaba muy bien. La televisión iba bien no sé por qué he leído quejas de la televisión si vas a la playa no a ver la televisión pero bueno. En general bien.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Sauberes Hotel in Zentraler Lage und dennoch ruhig - perfekt zum schlafen und als Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Zum Strand läuft man nur 2-3 Minuten! Bequemes Bett und großes Bad. Man darf nichts besonderes erwarten. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und für den Preis bekommt man das, wofür man zahlt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. ☺️

There was no one at the property when we arrived to greet us. We arrived before the stated 3pm check in time, however we weren't expecting to go to our rooms yet - only to check we had the right hotel/location. Once we were allowed to put rooms, the whole hotel had an awful sewage smell affecting the entire property inside. The smell was coming from within the hotel, and there was no scent of the bad smell outside (we opened all the balcony doors to let fresh air in). The smell was in each room, as well as in all of the communal areas and reception. The staff member agreed the smell was there and that it was bad, and even went and checked all the rooms on all the floors. However nothing more was said on this by them, and they were not interested in finding the source of the smell, only to let it continue affecting their hotel. I was really unimpressed and disappointed in this hotel. Avoid, unless you like smelling other people's waste within your own room.

Por el precio que tiene en relación al resto de alojamientos de la zona la ubicación es muy buena, en pleno centro y la habitación pues acorde al precio, un aire acondicionado que enfría bien y unas camas cómodas, es un alojamiento para dormir.
En la habitación de al lado pusieron la tele en inglés muy temprano y muy fuerte, igual se escucha demasiado a los vecinos, unos tapones no vienen mal.

Podrian prestar el servicio de locker para guardar equipaje en caso de llegar antes de las 15 la cual es su hora de check-in. Otro detalle es que en un primer correo te indican que te enviaran un día antes las claves de acceso, pero no fue hasta el mismo día de ingreso a las 15h que contestan el teléfono. Esa espera sin saber nada angustia un poco.
