Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with equipment. TVs were good quality and streaming services were logged in

Hot water ran out after the first day, and no matter how we tried to it on it wouldn't come on. There was a planned power outage for one of the days and we were not informed. Had no power for 6 hours.

We had a great stay at the cottage , The host Terry was very attentive if you had any queries also the cottage was so comfortable and very modern , We can't wait to return as we absolutely love Buncrana town , Thank you Terry

There was no breakfast. In fact there was no coffee machine. There was a large variety of opened cereal boxes, out of date condiments, soft soggy open biscuits and 1 can of gone off beer in the fridge

The home was very modern but dirty. Dead flies, dirt on the bed posts, what looked like vomit splashes on the tiles beside the toilet. Dust and dirt on the presses. No washing machine but a dishwasher with no washing tablets. Most of the other rentals we have stayed in, there was a welcome basket, milk, butter, tea coffee bread or a bottle of wine. We got out of date instant coffee and 3 biscuits at the bottom of an open packet of rich tea. That aside the dirt we could not overlook. When I sent the host pictures and a description, his reply was about the tough week he had installing an expensive boiler. I too was having a tough week as my husband starts Chemo next week and this was supposed to be a break before he started. We were then asked if we would leave the premises at 1430 the next day for 2 hours so the cleaner could come in. This was the only full day we were going to be there and it did not suit us to stay out for 2 hours. The host at no point accepted responsibility or offered any sort of a refund.

Beautiful fully equipped comfortable cottage great location. Terry extremely was extremely helpful.

The seetee is very comfortable but a bit low and hard for older people to get up from.

Property was in an excellent location. V modern and clean and tidy inside. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms great. Ample towels supplied as well as tea,coffee,milk. Some fancy modern gadgets in the property. Secure parking. Close to town centre, good restaurants and a supermarket. Loads of lovely places to visit - great sightseeing.

Had difficulty getting the TV in the main living area to work - possibly still logged into something from a previous guest. Eventually got it working by turning it off and on again :) Possibly some user manuals / instructions for gadgets would be useful

The location was perfect the house was lovely and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Very central and close to shops etc.

Bedrooms are very tight - no room for suitcase in bedroom. Also property advertises as three bedrooms but there are only two. Dishwasher is in laundry which is very odd and impractical.

Location, facilities, comfy beds, great showers, kitchen facilities. Quiet central location. Lovely bright space.

Floor and sofa was little dirty on arrival. Wasn’t fully cleaned. Sofa was covered in crumbs. The Description has 3 bedrooms and for 6 guests. There were only 2 bedrooms, one double and one with bunkbed, double on bottom and single on top. So the max capacity would be 5 people in two bedrooms and not 6 people in three bedrooms as per the description. We didn’t need three bedrooms so it suited us perfectly.

This is a beautiful luxurious cottage, very tastefully decorated, close to shops, beach, & Main Street. It has every amenity conceivable for a perfect holiday. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable . The electric gates and secure parking was an added bonus.

I liked the location and clear good communication with the host.

Very modern, clean and had everything we needed. Adults and kids enjoyed greatly. In a good area, in walking distance to shops/town centre/food outlets. Felt secure.

A beautiful cottage and fantastic place to stay for 3 nights. The location was perfect, a short distance from the sea front and round the corner from the main street with plenty shops, bars and restaurants, plus 2 mins from a great SuperVal supermarket. The decor and fittings in the Cottage were of a very high standard and in good working order. Communication with Terry, the host was excellent.

There really wasn't much to dislike about the cottage

Absolutely nothing!

This cottage is absolutely beautiful. Very modern. Everything we could possibly need. Very safe with electric gates. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family
