Seaview studio w/terrace&parking

Badkamer en balkon zijn prima. Senseo (handig om te weten) koffiezetapparaat is fijn, er is een waterkoker en 2 platen om te koken. Smart TV was prettig. Een wasmachine is goed. Uitzicht en inrichting klopte met beschrijving. Goed geïsoleerd. Dichtbij winkel.

Dingen die beter kunnen. De (slaap) bank zit niet goed, je kan aan een kant bij het bed, dat vrij hoog is. Alles was drijfnat van de afwas toen we kwamen: bekers, borden, kopjes en pannen. Het sponsdoekje was al gebruikt. In de omschrijving staat dat er een oven is. Dit klopt niet, het is een magnetron met kleine grill. Je kan nergens iets ophangen in de keuken, een paar haakjes zou handig zijn. Beetje kaal appartement, 1 poster in de woonkamer. Geen wasmiddel aanwezig. Moeilijk om.de temperatuur in het appartement goed te regelen, snel te warm.

Meine Nachricht über booking für den Vermieter ist dort nicht angekommen, er hat sie nicht erhalten. Habe es dann anderweitig versucht, aber da war schon der Abreisetag.

It was really easy to check in. The apartment location was really nice in the outside of the town. In a relatively quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is really small, but it's alright. The view from the terrace is gorgeous.

The apartment looked good, but unfortunately it wasn't really functional. The sofa bed was broken and really uncomfortable. When we booked this apartment it said there is an oven. No, there wasn't. But we couldn't find any cooking utensils either. We only had a pot and a tiny sauce pan we could use. The frying pan was unusable. The terrace was shared with the other apartment next door. Which kind of ruined the privacy. The apartment could use proper soundproofing. The floor was creaky. And listening the next door neighbour walking up and down above us was really annoying sometimes. When we arrived the first night we've been told we will find two parking spaces in front of the garage. It was full so we had to park in front of the neighbour. So I had to message them. The next day we had space.

Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and the overall stay was good. The check-in process was smooth, and the accommodation matched the photos and description. The place was clean and generally comfortable, which made the stay pleasant.

The kitchen equipment could definitely be improved. The selection of pots and pans was very limited — there was only one large pot and one frying pan with a damaged coating. There were hardly any cooking utensils available apart from a single soup ladle, and basic tools such as a spatula were missing. A simple set of stainless steel pots, pans, and proper cooking utensils would greatly improve the experience for guests who want to prepare meals. Additionally, there was a constant knocking noise that continued during the night, which was somewhat disturbing while trying to sleep.

Amazing view over Tromso and fjord

It is a nice and clean apartment.

The sofa that is also bed is uncomfortable. After 10 pm or so there is no bus to city center or to coming back. Everytime we went to a late tour we had to take taxi.

Mooie ruimte en mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon en de omgeving. Busstation naar de stad was goed bereikbaar.

Het appartement was wel gehorig ook later op de avond. Het inchecken was pas om 16.00 uur. Dat vonden wij wel jammer, omdat we in de ochtend al geland waren en we de hele dag met de koffers zaten. We hadden geprobeerd contact te zoeken, maar dat is helaas niet gelukt. Verder was het perfect en hebben we echt genoten.

The accomodation was perfect were what we needed ! It is a bit far from the city centre but we had rented a car so it didn't bother us. However there is a bus stop outside the apartment which is perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and the view from the apartment is beautiful! Thank you :)

Super fint sted, rent og praktisk. Alt fungerer fint. Dejlig view til vandet og lidt af Tromsø. Hyggeligt. Skønt med terrassen/altanen😊

Havde været fint med et lidt større bord i stuen, da det er i stuen man ønsker at sidde og spise med udsigten. Vi havde et lille camping bord med og så fungerede det super.

Sängyt ja kylpyhuone olivat hyvät.

Keittiö, olohuone, makuuhuone ahtaita koppeja. Ruokapöytää ei ollut. Tiski oli, missä pystyi ruokailemaan. Parveketta ei voinut käyttää, koska niillä kalusteilla ei voinut istua ja naapurin terassin ovi oli samaan tilaan. Meillä oli helteiset ilmat ja koppiasunto oli kuuma pätsi. Mitään ilmastointia ei ollut. Myös olohuoneesta puuttui auringonsäteet peittävä verho, jolloin asunnon lämpötila nousi todella korkeaksi.

Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer ist etwas schwach

It is a very beautiful apartment. The host prepares two quilts for us, which is nice. We have everything we need at the apartment. Bus 20 is just around the corner, a few steps away. Most important of all, we saw the northern light at the balcony on the third day! If you come to see Northern light in Tromso, I think the accommodation is the first choice.

Breathtaking view and really cozy rooms. The landlady is super nice and friendly. I'd come back anytime!

The official message from Booking had the wrong pin for the key-vault so next time I'll ask for the pin the landlady beforehand and not trust Booking ;)

The view, the bed is comfy and it's clean. Northern lights visible from the living room (but then again it's visible from pretty much anywhere in Tromso). Grocery store 2 stops away or 15mins walk but closed on Sunday. 20mins to city center, direct line bus 20.

Felt like a Dr Jekyll / Mr Hyde experience.. the pictures shared of the place depict reality, the problem is what's not shown or mentioned. The communication I experienced with the hosts was sub par. Balcony is shared with another apartment. The lights in the bathroom run at the efficiency of half candle light power and the kitchen has a see-through glass, making the experience of washing dishes and cooking look like a low budget cooking show. The main door has a simple turn key, which doesn't create much sense of safety. All in all, there's not much sense of privacy, at least until further improvements.

I liked the location as it was easily accessible by bus but not in the city center so it was a very calm area with a magnificent view facing the city and mountains. We even got a glimpse of the northern lights right from the balcony. The owners were always available and communicative when we were arriving, and were generous to allow us to check in a couple hours early.

There is a kitchen area but it’s quite small. The apartment was very clean. One minor detail that would have been helpful would be to have a trash bin in the bathroom.

Partial seaview is great. - kitchenette : useful if self catering. - Bathroom underfloor heating is great. - Balcony outside with stunning seaview & night time illumination Outside bus-stop (20) to city centre in 15-20mins. Supermarket walkable 30mins or Bus 20 in 10mins. Bright & happy lounge… -

We do like the property… - Microwave need own shelf ? - perhaps a foldaway dining table is useful to sit in the lounge overlooking the seaview. - Lounge need Curtain or privacy blinds? Unless it’s one way mirror ? - Need reminder no washing machine after 11pm. Washing machine from other occupants went on late on our first night.

This was a lovely apartment with a wonderful sea view and view over Tromso city centre. The property was clean and well equipped for our stay. There was a bus stop right in front of the property which took us directly into the centre within 15 minutes and buses came frequently. The supermarket was less than a couple of minutes drive away. Easy and free parking onsite infront of the property. Ane and Tom were very helpful and welcoming, they responded to messages quickly and provided us with all the information we needed. Couldn’t have hoped for a better place.
