Amazing view, comfortable arrangements. Easy parking. Overall pleasant location, close to super market and easy to get to city center.

Place needs maintenance. Quite a number of broken or jammed things. Nothing major or seriously problematic, but they dampened the overall impression and value for money level.

Die Aussicht und der Komfort waren toll. Auch die Anbindung zur Stadt ist super, da sich gleich eine Bushaltestelle vor dem Apartment befindet. Gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern.

Das Lichtsystem im Haus war gewöhnungsbedürftig und die Küchenutensilien wie z.Bsp. könnte mal ausgetauscht werden.

Lacked instructions, even if just a welcome pack explains things like heating and lights system. A lot of try it out yourself. Would recommend a small heater for every room needed in winter time

La taille du logement pour une famille de 3 ou même plus car avec le double salon en bas et au premier étage tout le monde peut se relaxer sans problèmes. Certains équipements n'étaient pas fonctionnels: la bonde de la baignoire est cassée et non réparée donc il esst impossible de prendre un bain. Certaines lampes/lumières/ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas (toilettes du bas, partie dressing de la chambre principale)

Die Wohnung ist fantastisch. Von jedem Zimmer hat man eine wundervolle Aussicht. Selbst von der Toilette :) alles war sauber und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Hochwertige Betten, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Sauna funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Lage am Wasser ist toll, wir hatten ein Mietauto und konnten alles ( Supermärkte, Innenstadt) in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Bushaltestellen gibt es nicht weit entfernt. Polarlichter konnte man sogar vom Balkon beobachten. Fragen wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet.

The property was clean on arrival and it is designed/decorated very nicely. The views are stunning! The beds are very comfy but we didn’t realise the layout from the description - one bedroom has a double bed and a single bed in it in an alcove, there is another double bedroom and then a single bedroom. There is plenty of space for 6 people in the communal areas but two of the bedrooms are on the smaller size. The location is out of town, but the bus stop is extremely close and it’s only 15 minutes into town. Use the Svipper app - it’s very easy to use.

There is a lack of information in the property about how to use the heating, sauna, lighting systems, etc. so it would be helpful if a welcome pack was prepared and left in the property or if the hosts communicate how these things work beforehand. Not all of the light switches are labelled / appear to work and it took us a while to work out how to switch some of the lights off (you need to hold and double click).

The room was lovely and the view was amazing. The northern light can be clearly seen from the room on a clear skied night!

There should be a small Instruction manual for the property. For example how to sort the trash.

The view was amazing. While the location was across the water from the center of town it was easily accessible by bus or Uber (which we used).

The unit was not cleaned when we arrived at 4pm. A cleaner arrived within the hour. We had to leave our luggage there as she cleaned since we had a tour scheduled.

Makuuhuoneen parvekkeen oven kahva poikki joten ovea ei saanut kiinni ollenkaan. Ohjeita ei ollut mihinkään. Saunan kiukaasta puuttui puolet kivistä joten löylyt olivat todella huonot. Seinissä ja ovissa kulumaa joka puolella. Hieno talo joten harmi ettei siitä pidetä huolta.

Awesome location. Should actually make more of being near the bus route (maybe give advice on how to use?) and how to get to the local supermarket, which was also super accessible. You're missing a trick when marketing!

So glad we picked this property. It was outstanding! Easy access to the keys on arrival and great customer service. Also managed to see the northern lights from this property. If you’re thinking about picking this property then you definitely should.

The apartment needs some maintenance on the terrace door and lighting in the bathroom and kitchen. There was also a noticeable cigarette smell when we arrived, possibly from the cleaner.

Apartment was spacious, clean, and stylish. Stunning views, nice location.

Apartment is slightly run-down and needs renovation. Considering the premium price one should expect higher standards. Bathroom lights were flickering, balcony doors were jammed and needed force to open, sauna door handles were missing, kitchen fronts stained, hinges of trash bin/water cooker/some kitchen cabinets loose, ice dispenser in fridge not working etc. There was no apartment handbook. Communication regarding checkin was slow/ landlord did not react to messages through booking.com. Not to get me wrong: this was not desastrous at all but considering the premiumness the last 20% were missing.

A wonderful and quiet place with beautiful views over the water. Inside, we had a comfortable, clean, and well-furnished space, and a kitchen with the necessary things for some quick cooking.

Apparently the owner has a good taste of living. Decoration is one of the best among all houses I stayed at Norway，without saying that the location is perfect. There's a sauna room in the bathroom.

Amazing apartment, very modern with a panoramic fjord view. Fully equipped with all the kitchen amenities, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. The best surprise was the sauna and the jacuzzi upstairs. Unfortunately we didn’t manage to turn the jacuzzi on, but the sauna worked properly 😀

Spa wasn't working. Blockout blinds at even some sort of curtain (for the small long horizontal windows above the bed) for the main bedroom would be nice in summer so don't have to sleep in bright daylight!
