Wir hatten einen wirklich fantastischen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! ⭐️ Der Gastgeber Piotr war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns bei wirklich allem unterstützt. Man hat sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war überdurchschnittlich gut – hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht! Es war sauber, komfortabel und mit vielen liebevollen Details ausgestattet, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht haben. Ein absolutes Highlight waren natürlich auch die zuckersüßen Hunde, die uns jedes Mal ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert haben. 🐶❤️ Vielen Dank an Piotr für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und den wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht, dieses sah aber sehr lecker aus.

The owners are really nice and very helpful, you can literally ask them anything and they would try to facilitate. Piotr also makes exceptional breakfast 😅

Good communal space which was well stocked. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

Free roaming dogs. Only one plug socket. Though an extension was provided, it did not work. Noisy at night, though this was not the owners fault.

La struttura da una sensazione di pace, circondata da palme e non direttamente sulla strada principale, permettendo di godersi un po’ di tregua dai clacson di autobus e tuktuk. É curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, accogliente e ti fa sentire subito a casa. Abbiamo amato alcune piccole attenzioni degli host: i teli mare forniti insieme agli asciugamani, la zona comune con caffè e the, tostapane, e dolcetti di benvenuto per gli ospiti. É stato tutto veramente perfetto!

Wir hatten einen superschönen Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber Piotr ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Sie liegt von den meisten Restaurants zwar 10 Gehminuten entfernt, aber hat so viel Charme! Man ist schnell am Mirissa Beach, Secret Beach und im Restaurant Ikiri!

Wij zijn FAN van deze accomodatie en hebben zelfs een dag langer geboekt. Het was echt als thuiskomen en kwamen helemaal tot rust in dit fijne huis. Wij hadden het geluk dat de andere twee kamers niet geboekt waren en hadden in principe een enorm huis voor ons twee met fijne woonkamer en keuken.

Super Unterkunft! Liebevoll eingerichtet und man hat eine kleine Küche, die man sich mit den anderen Gästen teilen kann. Der Manager und seine Frau waren sehr herzlich und bei allen Fragen behilflich. Würde definitiv wiederkommen!

We had such a wonderful stay at Slow Life Boutique Hotel in Mirissa. It really feels like a little hidden paradise away from the noise. The room was spotless, the coffee was amazing, and the hosts made us feel more like friends than guests. Be careful… you might fall in love with this place and not want to leave!

Cudowne miejsce z cudownymi hostami. Sam hotel jest przepięknie urzadzony, byłam onieśmielona. Gospodarze zadbali o każdy szczegół, dzięki czemu mogłam poczuć się jak w domu, są nawet wtyczki europejskie. Z całego serca polecam, a pieski tylko dodają uroku temu miejscu. Okolica zielona i cicha, blisko do knajp i plaży. Przez cały czas jest kawa, herbata i ciasteczka. Śniadania przepyszne, jajecznica jedna z lepszych jakie jadłam ❤️

The stay at the hotel was great. Peter was very friendly and helpful, and he recommended many interesting places to visit nearby. The beach was just a short walk away. The room itself was very clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a wonderful time in Mirissa

This place was amazing! So spacious, clean and has everything you need. walking distance to the main town and beaches it’s perfect. The owners are super friendly and food was always so fresh and nice. Honestly there’s is only AMAZING things to say about this accommodation. To był najczystszy obiekt w jakim nocowałam na Sri Lance. Wszystko co było mi potrzebne było w pokoju i łazience. Bardzo cicha klimatyzacja , w kontaktach antymoskity - nie musialam juz martwić się o komary. W przestrzeni wspólnej była też cały czas kawa ( bardzo dobra , w końcu prawdziwa kawa!!!) i ciasteczka, przepyszna herbatka. Bardzo przyjemne wnętrze. śniadanie było po prostu znakomite. lokalizacja super , bo wszedzie blisko, a jednak mega cicho. Piotr zorganizował mi taxi na lotnisko w dużo lepszej cenie niż na mieście, i przechował mój bagaż, bo lot miałam dość późno. Kali to najbardziej uroczy piesek, za którym już tęsknię.

Spędziliśmy w hotelu jedną noc i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Pokój był bardzo czysty, łóżko wygodne. Przestrzeń wspólna bardzo gustownie urządzona, kawa, herbata, woda i ciasteczka za free. Aż się nie chciało wyjeżdżać. Zdecydowanie polecamy i chętnie wrócimy.

Il posto era molto pulito e tenuto , i proprietari molto disponibili e hanno soddisfatto tutte le richieste fatte da noi! Davvero una bellissima esperienza che consiglio !

Świetne miejsce. Lokalizacja idealna – dosłownie kilka minut do plaży, restauracji i sklepików, a jednocześnie w pokoju było bardzo cicho, co w Mirissie nie jest takie oczywiste. To chyba najczystszy obiekt, w jakim zatrzymaliśmy się na Sri Lance. Wszystko było zadbane, pościel pachnąca, ręczniki miękkie. Bardzo na plus też szybkie Wi-Fi, bo musiałam ogarnąć kilka spraw służbowych i bez problemu odbyłam wideorozmowę. Śniadania były przepyszne, a przez cały dzień dostępna kawa, herbata, woda i małe przekąski. Piotr jest świetnym gospodarzem, pomógł nam zorganizować skuter i transfer na lotnisko. No i Kali skradła nasze serca ❤️ Jeśli wrócimy do Mirissy, to na pewno tutaj.

I had a great experience here! The place has a beautiful modern boho style, with amazing decorations and a really nice atmosphere. The common area is spacious and super comfortable, perfect for relaxing, working, or meeting other travelers. The location is also great — quiet and peaceful but still very close to the beach, which makes it ideal if you want to enjoy both relaxation and easy access to the ocean. I also loved the small details: free coffee from the espresso machine, cookies, and cold water always available. It really makes you feel welcome. And of course, the hosts are amazing — super friendly, helpful, and always making sure everyone has a great stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a stylish, relaxed place with a great vibe!

Piotr is an incredibly kind and friendly man and his hotel is very well locted, clean and organised. The decor and vibe is very pleasant!

Really nice space, just off the Main Street and a short walk to the beach! Piotr was really great, left good recommendations, and allowed me to use the room late the next day to accommodate my flight home.

Na Sri Lance byliśmy ponad dwa tygodnie i przy intensywnym planie zwiedzania mieliśmy naprawdę sporo miejsc noclegowych. Slow Life zdecydowanie było najlepsze. Miejsce pozbawione typowych lankijskich problemów, europejski standard, można się było poczuć jak w domu. Piotr, gospodarz, służył radą oraz pomocą w każdym temacie. W kuchni można było zrobić sobie kawę czy herbatę, a w lodówce zawsze była darmowa woda oraz mleko i ciastka :) Widać, że zwracają uwagę na detale i wkładają serce w przygotowanie tego miejsca. Szczerze polecam, dzięki Slow Life nasz pobyt w Mirissie był naprawdę udany.

We had a great stay here, close to the beach and the dock for whale watching boats. The property was a lovely secluded space to relax in and Piotr was super friendly. We decided to have have breakfast on our second night which was very tasty and a great price

I loved the vibe of the place, the spacious common room, the quiet location, the coffee machine- and the lovely host.

I assumed a boutique hotel would consist of a little more than three rooms (and perhaps a reception), and this is, in my book at least, more of a beautiful guesthouse than a hotel. Our room was nice, but maybe a wee bit small for two adults. Ok for a few nights, but if you are staying longer, I would have opted for a bigger room.

The property was in a quiet area, even if it is close to the main street. It’s very cozy, clean and Piotr is a great host that helps you with everything he can. They also have a kitchen and open space where you can stay, play games, eat.

Wszystko super, standard zdecydowanie bardziej europejski niż u lokalnych gospodarzy, bardzo czysto, przepiękne pokoje i przestrzeń wspólna, przeuroczy piesek Kali, która przychodziła się z nami witać codziennie rano :) właściciel ogarnął dla nas skuter na czas pobytu w dobrej cenie, a lokalizacja pozwala na odwiedzenie większości miejsc na południowym wybrzeżu wyspy od Tangalle po Galle. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

The place was very comfortable with everything you need. It’s a close walk to Mirissa beach and a quick Tuktuk to Weligama. The host was extremely responsive and so great at recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und ein tolles Wohnzimmer mit Wasser & Kaffee umsonst! Die Gastgeber sind auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Die Lage ist auch super. Ruhig und nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Hauptstraße und dem Strand entfernt. ☺️

Super lokalizacja, super przestrzeń wspólna, wspaniali i pomocni gospodarze. Mimo centralnej lokalizacji pokoje są ciche i komfortowe.

It was clean, and quite a big room. The communal area is also very clean and decorated well.

It didn’t feel very boutique, which was a shame as we booked it for partner’s birthday. The shower had absolutely no water pressure and when I said it to the host, he didn’t do anything about it. We were also given a sheet that doesn’t fit a double bed to sleep under. The host was also not welcoming from the minute we arrived, and only seemed to become more frosty when the power went out overnight in the house, due to a plug tripping in our room. We had assumed that the power would come back on at some point overnight as these things happen in the ‘jungle’ but when we spoke to him in the morning, his tone was very accusatory and there was barely an apology. We were without electricity and AC for a whole night but didn’t receive any form of acceptable compensation, instead we were only offered ten pound off the rental of a terrible motorbike that repeatedly broke down and had no gas. Also, the other guests received fresh new modern motorbikes, but we were given one that barely worked and was falling apart.

We stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience. Our host, Piotr, and his wife were incredibly kind and always willing to help. The location is close to restaurants, and about a 15-minute walk to the beach. The common area was well equipped, with fresh water, coffee, and tea available, which we really appreciated. One of the best tips we received from Priyot was to visit the Serendipity Restaurant. It turned out to be an amazing recommendation, with beautiful pools and spectacular ocean views. Piotr was always available, providing us with plenty of information about all the things we could do in Ella. Thanks to him, our stay was truly enjoyable. We felt very well taken care of and would happily recommend this place.

The common area was very nice. The only small thing to mention is that during the day it could get quite warm, as it only has a fan and the sun hits it directly. With a bit more cooling or airflow, it would be an even more comfortable place to relax.

Alles war einfach super, gemütliches Bett, keine Moskitos im Zimmer, viel Ablagefläche, sehr sauberes Bad. Auch der Gemeinschaftsbereich ist super, lädt zum Entspannen ein. Außerdem kann man sich sehr leckeren Kaffee mit gutem Pulver kochen, es gibt einen Kühlschrank und immer kaltes Trinkwasser. Wirklich 100% zu empfehlen, wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Ein Plus sind die zentrale, aber dennoch sehr ruhige Lage und natürlich der süße Hund. Piotr ist außerdem richtig lieb und beschäftigt auch kein Übermaß an Angestellten, wie in anderen Unterkünften. Wir waren sehr happy! Man hat wirklich seine Ruhe und kann gut entspannen.

Piotre ist ein super Host, er hat für uns einen Roller arrangiert, hat uns super Tips gegeben. Das Hotel ist in ruhiger Lage, super sauber, es gab gratis Wasser, Kaffee und Tee. Wir würden wieder hier her kommen!

Could not say enough good things about Slow Life. Location is quiet and tucked away from main road for good sleep but walkbility is very high and it's easy to grab a tuktuk. The place itself is co cute and comfy. The shared space is great for relaxing or work and the rooms are well ACed. The hosts were fabulous, kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cutest dog ever. Can't wait to stay again. If you stay here be sure to eat at Garlic Mirissa and Nautica cafe.

Piękny butikowy hotel, nowy i świetnie położony – blisko centrum i plaży, a jednocześnie na uboczu, z dala od zgiełku ulicy. Stylowo urządzone pokoje, wszystko dopracowane w najdrobniejszych detalach. Przestronna wspólna przestrzeń z wysokimi sufitami, idealna do pracy (dobry net!) albo spotkań przy kawie z ekspresu. Nowe, ciche klimy i perfekcyjna czystość. Taras z widokiem na zachody słońca robi robotę. Gospodarze – najlepsi, a ich piesek Kali to prawdziwa gwiazda wyspy 🐶💛

We had a great stay in this hotel located in a very convenient area of Mirissa, with easy access to transportation. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, which made us feel right at home. We stayed in two rooms, and there were plenty of shared spaces in the main area of the hotel that we could comfortably use. Our rooms were also very clean and well-kept.

Ideal place to stay in Mirissa, Piotr was an exemplary host, the rooms and common area are very nicely presented and the location is calm and quiet while still being close to anything you need to reach!

I would definitely stay here again, i felt so safe as a solo female traveller and they had everything i needed, my washing was outside my room ready to go 24 hours later, fresh towels everyday and check out was so smoothness and easy! definitely the cleanest hotel i stayed in in all of sri lanka

We loved our stay at Slowlife, the house is very nice and quite. The owner is very kind and respectful of guests’ privacy. Not to mention the lovely company of Kali a sweet and welcoming dog! The beach is not far, just 10 mins walking or a quick tuk tuk ride. There was AC in the room and a kitchen is well equipped for making tea or coffee.

This is a great budget stay in Mirissa - away from the road and only a short walk to the centre of Mirissa and the beach. Very clean - with a well equipped kitchen area and Piotr is a great host.

Piotr, Kasia and their lovely dog were really great hosts☺️ The shared space was really pretty and you could get fresh water from the fridge at any time. The rooms are also really lovely with a great AC! We could give Piotr our laundry (1.500 per kilo) and he even managed to get us a driver on our departure day, because the pick me app isn't working in the south, due to the TukTuk mafia. We enjoyed our stay there and could warmly recommand it🤩

Kasia and Piotr are superb hosts. I rented a bike from them and they gave me great food and party recs. They also organized a trip to Yala and whale watching for me. The hotel itself is amazing, the rooms and coliving space are beautiful with lots of sunlight. Eveywhere is super clean. The wifi is working great, making the hotel a great place to stay for digital nomads. You can drink tap water from the kitchen and coffee and tea are provided! They also have an emergency kit with things like tampons, razors and toothbrushes which was super helpful. I had the best time at Slow Life Boutique, I felt taken care of and every detail was thought through.

The place is very cool with a great communal space for chilling, socialising, making food/drinks. Piotr (the owner) was great and made everything very easy for us.

The only thing we found as a negative was the bed. Not the comfiest unfortunately.

Piotr and his wife are very caring amazing hosts. We were greeted with fresh fruit and coffee. Later, we got sick and they brought us tea and medicine, helped us order take out food. The building has 3 rooms and a common room with kitchenette and fridge. Depending on the weather we went out for breakfast or we bought some local fruit and made coffee at home… Piotr is also offering home made breakfast The rooms are decorated and cared for with love. There is no “big cupboard” to put the cloths, however we were happy using the shelves in the room. There is also a mosquito net for the bed. The beach is a short walk away, you can rent sun beds for 1000 LKR the day.

Beautiful little hotel in a quiet area, still close to all shops, cafes and beach. Perfect to avoid all the party noise, but still be close to city center. Super friendly staff who were really helpful and attentive. Clean and modern room.
