Relax at The little Green door No26

Een ruime woonkamer met keuken en bar en een slaap- met badkamer en een buitenruimte met zitje. Het bed heeft een fijn matras. De keuken heeft alle faciliteiten (van fornuis tot oven tot airfryer tot waterkoker en koelkast tot broodrooster en van afwasborstel en -middel tot servies tot bewaarzakken). Er was zelfs proviand beschikbaar; een brood, marmelade, flesjes water, eieren, kaas, melk, boter, thee en koffie. Dus eigenlijk heb je ook ontbijt, je moet hem alleen zelf maken. Er zijn zelfs een aantal adaptors waar Nederlandse stekkers in passen of een USB. Ook is er een tv met o.a. Netflix. Daarnaast zijn er elektrische kachels die je naar behoefte kunt gebruiken. Het was er schoon en in goede staat Het bevind zich aan de achterkant van een woonhuis in een rustige woonwijk. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en flexibel en communiceren duidelijk en snel. Het ligt op 10 min rijden van Kildare Village outlet en Irish national stud en 15 min vanaf Kildare stad. Ook de Wicklow mountains zijn goed aan te rijden (ongeveer een uur). Gedurende het verblijf mocht ik op de oprit parkeren, maar er is ook een parkeerplaatsje voor de deur, waar voldoende ruimte is. Kortom: veel faciliteiten en goede service voor, zeker voor Ierse begrippen, een goede prijs.

Je hebt geen eigen opgang en loopt door de keuken van de eigenaren. De eigenaren waren beschikbaar, maar drongen zich ook niet op. Voor mij was het hierdoor geen probleem. De slaapkamer is wat krap. Dat komt omdat er een kast in staat. Maar als je er wat langer bent, is dat natuurlijk handig. Er was toen ik er was op 1 dag een internetstoring, waardoor ik eerst geen Netflix kon kijken. De eigenaar wist iets te doen waardoor dat wel lukte via hun account. Ik mistte 1 ding: een kleedje om mee op de bank te kruipen 🙂! Misschien was die er wel, ik heb niet in kasten gekeken.

Personne accueillante et au petit soin pour ses hôtes, petit studio tout équipé et très propre. Wifi. Petite terrasse extérieure.

der aufenthalt war, wie auch die gastgeber, sehr angenehm. das "zimmer" ist eine kleine wohnung mit schlafzimmer, bad und einem aufenthaltsraum mit küche. der gastgeber hat uns auch einige, frische lebensmittel zur verfügung gestellt.

Huoneisto oli sopivan tilava pariskunnalle; oleskelutila, keittiö, makuuhuone, suihku+wc ja pieni suojainen ulkotila. Oikein hyvä "home away home" Irlannin Midlands-alueen tutkimiseen. Autopaikka sisäänkäynnin edessä. Kiitos emännälle maukkaista leivonnaisista ja jääkaapin antimista.

Huoneisto on rivitalon takaosassa eli sisälle mennään talon keittiön kautta. Omistajapariskunta on todella ystävällinen ja hyvin vieraanvarainen, joten sisäänkäynti ei tullut meille ongelmaksi.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel both stylish and welcoming. It was absolutely spotless on arrival – one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed in. The owner was fantastic from start to finish: friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their hospitality really made a difference and added a personal touch to our visit. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a charming, impeccably clean place with an exceptional host!

Super clean and comfortable

You have to go through the main house to get to your accommodation but it was no bother.

The accommodation was so modern, comfortable and warm, plenty of space and a real home from home, the Hosts were so welcoming to us , our pet Charlie felt right at home . Lots of extras, tea , snacks, water breakfast items, Nespresso coffee machine, fresh milk and lots more. Go beyond to make a stay more luxurious. Will definitely recommend to family and friends for future stays at family occasions.

The owners were lovely and friendly. They provided thoughtful and practical food for us to enjoy. We found good food in the newly opened restaurant The Market Square. Also a good rail connection to Dublin.

Everything was great - the property was super clean and had everything we needed plus the bed was very comfy. The fridge was stocked with essentials which was a nice touch. Access is via the host’s hallway and kitchen but they were very welcoming and left us to it so this wasn’t an issue.

Very helpful host, clean apartment which had all equipment needed. The property was easily accessible to the train station. The host was very accomodating to our arrival and departure time as well.

Everything It was clean, warm & comfortable and had everything and more to make a super stay. Our host provided more than basic food. Best of all a coffee machine👍😃 Also Sky TV & good WiFi. Friendly, helpful hosts especially when we left a bag behind. 🤦 Highly recommend.

Love the apartment so clean and everything you needed was there, even milk and bread and lots of other goodies as well. The host was very helpful and friendly. Will stay again when I'm in the area again.

Spotlessly clean apartment in Monasterevin with loads of yummy goodies!

All great ... except really missed having a proper teapot! We're BIG tea drinkers and a teabag in the cup is just not the same!
