On arrive dans un garage type hangar, souterrain avec un bruit de folie, arrivée dans la chambre, une odeur d’égout, de cuisine mélangée, je vous laisse imaginer. Une salle de bain insalubre, une climatisation bruyante, une piscine qui donne dans un hangar protégé par des filets de chantier avec l’immeuble au-dessus, à fuir. N’oublions pas le petit déjeuner qu’il vous vende un petit déjeuner continental, et qui en fait, arrive sous forme de barquette en plastique riz et poulet à faire chauffer dans votre chambre au micro-ondes pas de thé et pas de café rien. Vraiment mais vraiment nul.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026- The staff were nice in person - very respectful and friendly. - Spacious rooms, comes with a working kitchen + a living room.
- Internet was intermittent, not good if you need to work. It would always disconnect in the middle of your meetings. - Pipes are clogged. I raised this to 2 housekeepers on Week 1 and Week 2 as the toilet would flood when you take a shower. The bathroom sink does the same when you brush your teeth. No action from the building. - I was given a number to call for Receptionist from 8 AM onwards but I never got anyone to answer my calls. They would reply to SMS but inconsistent as well.

The location is okay, but no short distance food place or convenient store. The fixtures are outdated, you can hear the A/C behind close door where the washing machine is located too. The sockets needs to be replaced.

Ankunftszeit ist auch gleich Abreisezeit. Also Nachts um 2 Uhr ankommen heißt auch Nachts um 2 Uhr abreisen zu müssen oder einen weiteren Tag buchen zu müssen.

Het ontbijt was steeds het zelfde je kreeg 2 bakjes rijs met vlees mee wat iedere dag het zelfde was En in de douche lag geen anti slipmat zodat ik ben gevallen op de gladde tegels toen heb ik er een handdoek neergelegd voor het uitglijden toen hebben ze 500 pesos in rekening gebracht omdat de handdoek smerig was ik vond dat wel kinderachy dat heb ik daar ook gezegt maar reageerden er niet op dus ik ben er met rugklachten nog goed vanaf gekomen Groetjes Aaldert Talen

The only thing I did not like was the bed frame. Need for repair..may tunog po pag you get out and get back into bed.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026Comfortable place for my week stay. In a good neighborhood with lots of restaurants near. Friendly staff, always willing to help. Full kitchen and comfortable bed. Can recommend a stay here. Would stay again.
Location is good, near the Tech area. But the residence itself is at the end of a dead-end road. To reach the rest of the area, you have to walk all the way around the neighborhood, which is a 15-20 minute walk... just to reach the start of the area.

Trop de choses malheureusement … L’emplacement perdu dans la nature, ce qu’on recherchait pour le calme .. loupé ! 6h15 after techno avec les basses à fond qui apparement venait de la plage qui est un peu plus loin, 7h musique en suivant des 2 maisons voisines à fond, mélangées en plus , aboiements en pleine nuit du chien des proprios avec les chiens errants du quartier (Bcp de chiens errants aux philippines), qui se mélangeaient avec le chant du coq (pourquoi pas quand il n’y a que ça), problème d eau donc une pompe lancée qui faisaient des vibrations dans la chambre ... bref arrivée aux philippines avec jet lag, nuit blanche à supporter tout ça alors qu on était venu chercher le calme … bref si certains commentaires sont positifs je me demande si on a bien passé le séjour dans la même pension …

The room had a awful smell. The made me sign a contract not leaving stains on anything. Yet they have me a bed full of sweat stains. There was even blood on the bed. I get a feeling they tried to scam me. First time i have ever needed to contact booking.com This was not okay at all Even the towels was full of sweat stains. There is no way housekeeping would not see that before giving it. I was sleeping in top on the blanket fully clothes. IN A HOTEL WHERE YOU PAY FOR SLEEPING.

The only issue that I found is that the AC engine is installed in the same wall in where you sleep. The noise as you can imagine is HUGE. So time to time you need to stop the AC if the noise bothers you

it’s actually in a good location in terms of proximity to IT Park and the malls but the privatization of streets makes what could be a 5 min walk across the block to access the tourist areas more like a 30-45 min walk.

Spent a week there and Only changed the bedding once and only cleaned once… after the second time I asked them to do it!! Also, only used the towels for drying ourselves (which they never changed out) then kept my 1000 peso deposit because they claimed they were stained! (Btw, the towels couldn’t have cost them more than 100-200 pesos brand new!)

We stayed here about a week and they only changed the bedding once and had to ask twice before cleaning the place (on the last day) *the first time we asked it was to the Housecleaner that changed our bedding, she said they would do it the next day. Nobody came, so at a later date we asked one of the hostesses at the front counter and they promptly sent someone up. (So this was partially our fault! We should’ve asked at the front counter originally.)
