We had a wonderful stay at this homestay with our 2-year-old child. The property was clean, comfortable, and located in a peaceful setting. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional hospitality. The manager and owner were incredibly polite, caring, and always willing to help. Traveling with a young child can be challenging, but they made us feel completely at home. They even gave us access to the kitchen whenever we needed to boil milk or prepare something for our little one, which was greatly appreciated. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made our stay memorable. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended for families, especially those traveling with young children!

I had a wonderful stay at Niyati Homestay, and what truly made the experience special was the host. From the moment we arrived, his warmth and hospitality stood out. He is an incredibly kind and thoughtful person, always welcoming us with a smile and genuinely invested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. It didn’t feel like a commercial setup—it felt like being hosted by someone who truly cares. One thing that really impressed me was how he went out of his way to arrange a plug point for charging my EV. That level of consideration is rare. Even when I repeatedly offered to pay for the electricity used, he politely refused and insisted on charging only the room rent. That gesture speaks volumes about his character. His attentiveness, positive attitude, and willingness to help made our stay not just comfortable, but memorable. If you’re looking for a place in Gokarna where hospitality comes from the heart, this is it. Highly recommended.

A simple breakfast option could make the experience even better, though it wasn’t really a drawback. The open kitchen was a great touch—we enjoyed making some quick Maggi and then heading out to explore local breakfast spots.

Niyati stays was beautiful, very clean, and extremely well maintained. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the hospitality truly impressed us. All facilities—from the kitchen to the bathroom—were excellent. Even after checkout, they kindly offered us a place to rest. We were genuinely very happy with the experience. 😊

We arrived at Niyati Home stay for 3 days/2 nights and it was just wonderful experience. The staff, owner, facilities, ambience, cleanliness, location everything was perfect. If you are looking for a peaceful experience after a long happening day at Gokarma beaches, this is the place. The ambience and ecosystem within the property is so enchanting that you will get refreshed with the feeling of calmness. The owner of the property is so friendly that he takes care of your smallest needs so precisely with empathy.

One of the best stay in the entire trip. Humble host and maintained the property to top-notch. My son enjoyed the stay playing in the sand. I would like to visit this place once again.

I think bathroom appliances such as water Geyser & Jet spray were a disappointment which must be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at Niyati Home Stay. The father and his two sons were incredibly hospitable, and I felt very well taken care of. The room had everything I needed, including a hot shower. The property itself is a beautifully maintained garden where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in the mornings and evenings. I’d also like to point out that you should definitely follow the hosts’ recommendation and have breakfast at the place across the street — it was absolutely delicious! I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the family as well. I had the problem that no ATM in Gokarna accepted my debit card, and the two sons supported me so kindly in finding a way to get cash. Thank you so much for your help! I would be very happy to return anytime.

Our family trip was a memorable experience. We arrived late at night, around 11 PM, but the team graciously waited to welcome us. Our two rooms were prepared in advance, cozy and equipped with air conditioning—essential for the summer heat. The hospitality of the owner and staff was truly exceptional.  During our stay, unexpected rainfall due to climate changes added to the adventure. We visited a restaurant situated at the top halfway through our outing. On our way back, the rain intensified. The owner personally called to advise us to return promptly, as heavier rain was predicted. His attentiveness and care made us feel like family, a rare and heartwarming gesture. As a gesture we were given fruits to eat and a bunch of banana as gift. We asked for another room because of ants and team quickly solved the issue and gave us another room. Additionally, I shared a few minor suggestions regarding property maintenance, which were swiftly addressed the very next day. Such dedication speaks volumes about the commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you, Deepak Behera

It was exceptionally pretty little cottage with very well maintained and cute decorations - the personal balcony was filled with colorful potted plants - we enjoyed a lot of time sitting at the balcony, enjoying the beautiful garden The room and furnishings were well maintained, clean, and thoughtful The owner and staff were always on their toes to help us out - offered us tea and juice whenever we needed - even got us fresh seafood dinner The place is within 15mins in car from all good beaches definitely one of the best homestay experience

There were ants in room, the restaurant from where they get food wasn't upto the mark. Better try for nearby restaurants.

Location is well away from the town and beaches. Good for a very quiet stay. You will need your own vehicle to move around. Staff and the Landlord were very courteous and helpful. Landlord is also quite aware of the environment preservation. This was a good thing because he was against use of plastic or other single use stuff.

There is no restaurant attached. We have to place order and the staff will get the food from outside. Good part is, they did not charge anything extra for this service. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The staff was so kind, got us food from outside, provided everything we asked for and kept the property clean and tidy.

A beautiful quiet place to stay if you wish to be a little way out of the main town of Gokarna; staff were friendly very very helpful - arranged Rickshaws, drinks, dinner and anything we wanted. Very clean, absolutely quiet; excellent mattresses and cannolis aircon.

Guests without a car or scooter need to know there’s no restaurant nearby ( 3 s) but guests order and the staff collect (very good) and bring it to us to eat on veranda. All very civilised and easy.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the beach( walkable distance). The breakfast served in the morning is good. Room is small but very clean. Bed can accommodate 3 people or a family with one child comfortably. Overall stay was good!
