Reviewed Mar 31, 2026We had a pleasant stay for 2 days. The location was very convenient, with many shops nearby. The homestay was clean and comfortable. It's like a new unit.
The only issue we faced was with the parking. The parking card was not functioning properly, and it was frustrating to use the intercom to contact the guard every time we needed to exit. Additionally, only one parking space is provided per unit, and any extra vehicles have to park and pay separately. There was also no dressing table or mirror in the unit, except in the bathroom and one bedroom. The other two rooms did not have any mirrors, which was a bit inconvenient.

To our surprise, even laundry detergent is provided. Will definitely be my go to place when we come back to Penang 🤩

The entire process was smooth and well-organized, from receiving clear guidance on key collection to finding the car park, taking the correct lift, and locating the unit. Every step was thoughtfully planned, making the experience seamless and enjoyable.
I'm not sure if the cleaning cost aligns with the market standard, but to me, it feels slightly on the higher side.

AT GROUNDFLOOR: -the convenient store (99speedmart/24hr 7eleven) -mamakstall nasi kandar 11pm-latenight -barbershop -24hr laundryshop HOUSE: -clean -comfortable. -feel safe. -fast wifi -everything function well. -i love how host provide extra mattress, -extra blanket,extra towel. all are enough for my 7 family member. PARKING: -get 1 personal parking no need to fight with others DEPOSIT: they ask you for deposit through whatsapp n will return asap as they finish clean n inspect the house.
