The downstairs and upstair rooms were very comfortable and perfect for a family trip. The air conditioning was nice and cold. Bathroom were clean. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay

I had a great stay here. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. I also liked that there was a washing machine, which was very convenient for my family. The location is good, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Penginapan yang selesa untuk kami 5 beranak. Pengurusan yang mesra dan memudahkan urusan terutama prosedur check in dan check out. Banyak tempat makan yang berhampiran. Sudah menginap di sini beberapa kali. Antara destinasi penginapan yang anak-anak suka.

Very comfortable and large space. Highly recommended for family stay. Got nice view. Easy access to shop, mamak’s restaurant and laundry.

The host created a so-called WhatsApp group that felt unnecessary and only served to frustrate me. The communication was very poor—they only responded promptly when it was time to collect the deposit. Other than that, my messages were ignored. I asked a simple question and was blue-ticked by not one, but three people in the group. I was also informed last-minute that the number of guests increased from 4 to 6. The listing stated the unit could fit 6 people, but upon arrival, it was clear that it could only accommodate 5 at most. The “sofa-bed” provided was not a sofa-bed at all; it was just a sofa. On top of that, the place was overpriced, but I didn’t have much choice at the time. Please be honest about the actual facilities in the unit instead of misrepresenting them.

The stay was a pleasant and comfortable. Easy n friendly checkin/checkout. The unit is quite near to the lift n carpark also near to the lift, which is very good as we bring our elderly parents (slow&difficult to walk). Location wise is superb. You can just go down and get a meal - breakfast, lunch n dinner. Lots of food stall. There's also a coffee kiosk, which we love.. Must try. Nasty Coffee 👍 Overall, it was a satisfactory stay 👏. Definitely will book here again if we are in Penang.

There's only 1 toilet 😅.

Easy check in, the unit settings, cleanliness and of course the Netflix 😍 Besides the location near to USM that meet my reason I am in Penang at that time.

Seamless check in and check out process. TV can connect to YOUTUBE. Clean toilets clean bedsheets clean floor clean kettles. Opposite has Nasi Kandar KAYU and malay stalls for midnight supper. The parking is easily drive up as well, sufficient turning space~

There is no standard room service, and each floor is a combination of offices and apartments. The duplex floor is situated at a considerable height, featuring a steel ladder with a steep incline that generates noise.

The room is clean and well decorated. We are comfortable to stay here. Host is helpful and responsive. We can get the food around the corner. We will come back again. Highly recommended to others.
