Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The B & B was close to the Bahia palace, the medina and the Jewish quarter. I was able to walk to all of these places. When I arrived there were boys with barrows to help take luggage and find the place. Once I got my bearings, walking around was easy and there was a nice hammam there too. Hammam Ziani. Its sasy to get a taxi to and from here too.It was mostly peaceful but lots of building going on as places destroyed in the earthquake are gradually being rebuilt. Breakfast was amazing and lovely to sit on the terrace to eat breakfast. Lovely family run B & B with beautiful woodwork and decoration and air con too, much needed in the heat.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Und das Riad sehr modern. Es liegt auch direkt bei zwei Sehenswürdigkeiten und man ist schnell am Jemaa-el-Fnaa und somit in der Innenstadt und bei den Souks. Das Frühstück morgens war sehr lecker ! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Terrazza piccola ma carina Abbiamo apprezzato la quiete Buona la colazione Personale molto gentile Ideale per una o due notti. Posizione molto strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale.
È difficile fa trovare e sulla porta non c'è alcuna indicazione. Si consiglia di rendere più visibile il riad con una targhetta

Some hangers for clothes would have been useful, also electric kettle would have been nice. One thing to note - there was no hot water. Maybe its just for the summer months, dont know. But it was fine as the days were hot.

On the Riad Booking site it was written that card payments are acceptable. When we got there, it tuned out we must pay in cash, which was a little bit problematic considering money exchange fees. That should be told us before we got there.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026La ubicación es muy buena, fuera del caos pero a solo pasos de los palacios y la plaza principal. De noche parece un lugar inseguro pero no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. La calle del riad no tiene acceso en auto sin embargo caminando es muy accesible a pocos metros. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Muy bueno el desayuno.
La habitación un poco pequeña pero muy cómoda, con aire acondicionado que fue importante ya que hizo mucho calor esos días.

Every guest need to prepare their own snacks or drinks because the property do not provide them in case you are hungry or thirsty. But everything else is wonderful.

Le rooftop soigné est agréable. Excellent petit déjeuner. Le personnel est aux petits soins et charmant. Emplacement parfait pour la médina près du palais de la Bahia. C'était top, nous reviendrons.

Non accettano la carta di credito nonostante su Facebook sia riportato di sì, obbligandomi ad andare a cercare una banca invece di poter sfruttare al massimo la mia visita. Ho sbattuto la testa più volte sia tra la camera e il bagno sia sulle scale: pericoloso.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Colazione e ristorante eccezionali. Abbondante e ottima qualità. Famiglia che lo gestisce è disponibile, accomodante e molto gentile. La camera e il bagno sono puliti. Il letto è comodo (abbiamo dormito 5 notti).
Le porte sono rumorose e si sentono i va e vieni dei clienti. Ma penso sia lo stesso in tutti i Riad per come sono fatti.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Доручак је био солидан. Класичан марокански доручак. Локација је у самом центру, што нас је и водило да резервишемо овај смештај. Особље је био одлично и хвала им овим путем.
Мало га је теже наћи, пошто такси не може да дође до те локације , па обавезно будите у контакту са особљем. Желим да скренем пажњу да, бар у нашој соби, није било врата на купатилу али ваљда је то њихов етно обичај.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux chez Ossama et Taha qui sont adorables et très accueillants et qui nous ont aidés pour l organisation du séjour. Le riad est très propre moderne, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans les chambres, une belle et grande terrasse en haut, la rue est très calme et on est à quelques pas des sites touristiques. Le petit déjeuner est copieux etdélicieux, bonne connexion internet, eau chaude...rien à dire !
Le seul regret est de ne pas être restés plus longtemps !

Omg the floor was soo sticky. I walked on it barefoot and then had to go wash my feet. The bed also slumped alot in the middle.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026L'emplacement idéal dans la rue du Palais de la Bahia, les chambres d'une rénovation récente. Le parking à proximité (mais cher : 100 dirhams / jour). Le petit-déjeuner bon et copieux.
Les chambres donnant sur la ruelle sont très bruyantes, car les fenêtres sont peu isolées. Les 2 nuits, nous avons eu besoin de boules Quies. C'est très dommage. Le lieu est un peu difficile à trouver car pas de panneau, ni dans la rue ni sur la maison.

La posizione è ottima: super centrale, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, il che lo rende comodissimo per visitare tutta la città. I ragazzi dello staff sono stati davvero carini, accoglienti e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza, facendoci sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Abbiamo anche partecipato alla loro Cooking Class ed è stata senza dubbio una delle esperienze più belle vissute in Marocco: autentica, divertente e molto ben organizzata.

The room was well laid out, incredibly clean and the beds comfortable. The hosts are so welcoming and happy to help with whatever you need. Excellent stay! I highly recommend it.

Hôtes très sympathiques et souriants, chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, avec rangements et patères donc super pratique. Propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner avec des produits frais sur joli rooftop. Possibilité de laisser son bagage une fois le Check out effectué.
Un peu bruyant à cause des scooters le matin : boules quies conseillées pour une grasse matinée.

Stanze piccole, mancano lampade ai comodini, manca asta doccia, prese staccate, bagno senza porta. La vista della stanza dava su un palazzo in costruzione e rumorosa la strada. Letti durissimi, con un topper potrebbero risolvere. Basterebbe qualche accortezza in piú per migliorare.
