L'emplacement géographique, la typicité du Ryad, le service de l'équipe de Malika.

S'agissant de notre chambre, la climatisation doit être changée ou réparée (trop bruyante), la literie du canapé est fichue, le sur-matelas du lit est trop fin et n'est pas confortable pour espérer une nuit paisible, de plus la couette au Maroc en août est une ineptie nous n'avions pas de draps, le petit déjeuner doit être adapté aux souhaits du client, plutôt que de lui imposer des produits qu'il ne consomme pas, surtout lorsqu'il s'agit d'un séjour de dix jours. Nous avons émis bien entendu ces remarques qui n'ont pas été suivies d'effet sauf à remplacer les ampoules grillées (ce qui aurait pu être fait avant notre arrivée). Autant que faire se peut s'agissant d'un Ryad, il est souhaitable d'insonoriser les chambres, surtout lorsque certains clients (arrivées de nuit, départ le matin ou petit déjeuner dans le patio dès huit heures) ne sont pas sensibilisés par le personnel, à une nécessaire discrétion et au respect du savoir vivre ensemble. Nous souhaitions lors de ce séjour profiter de la plage, cependant sur les plages de proximité, la densité humaine est tellement importante (vacances scolaires) qu'il est impossible de s'approcher de l'eau. La qualité des équipements n'a pas été eu rendez-vous et de loin, en France nous serions sur la base d'une étoile, sauf que le tarif est trois fois supérieur et que nous sommes au Maroc......Il faut monter en gamme et en qualité de service, être prés du client et à son écoute si l'on veut évoluer.

Riad molto caratteristico e ben curato. Personale composto da donne gentilissime e molto disponibili, specialmente Zaynab sempre sorridente. Colazione fresca e abbondante con cose tipiche. Stanza molto ampia e comoda.

Stanza poco illuminata dalla luce solare e bagno che avrebbe bisogno di un rinfresco.

L’emplacement est super, le personnel est adorable et très aidant. Le ménage des chambres est fait chaque jour, et le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le patio est agréable.

Les chambres du rez de chaussée sente très fort l’humidité et sont très sombres. On ne peut pas vraiment aérer car les seules fenêtres donnent sur le patio. De ce fait, on est aussi réveillés très tôt si des personnes prennent le petit déjeuner dans le patio. Je déconseille de réserver les chambres du rez de chaussée. Elles sont propres car le ménage est fait chaque jour, en revanche à cause de l’humidité et du manque de lumière, elles ne sont pas agréable si vous souhaitez y passer du temps, au delà de simplement y dormir. La décoration est un peu vieillissante, on n’est pas sur de belles chambres traditionnelles marocaines.

L'établissement est dans le centre de la médina, ce qui est parfait pour visiter tout ce qu'il y a autour. Après notre 30 minutes à pied de chaque monument De riad est très agréable et le personnel très souriant et serviable Je recommande

Das freundliche Personal hat uns herzlich empfangen und war über den gesamten Aufenthalt immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Das Riad war liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker.

Great location

Beautiful riad in a central location so peaceful and relaxing. Malika looked after us very well offered is tea on our arrival before checking us in and gave us time to relax after our travels, felt like a home away from home. Breakfast was lovely and varied every morning and you can ask for special requests, nothing is too much, perfect moroccan hospitality and that’s coming from a moroccan. We needed a slighter later check out and that was accommodated for. Five star service but In a chilled relaxed environment. Beach close by shopping close by perfect location, perfect staff and even more perfect riad.❤️❤️❤️ thank you so much to Malika and her team for being so welcoming. Will definitely come back to see Malika and this beautiful riad when we are next in Rabat ❤️❤️❤️ also area is very safe no need to worry good lighting and locals very helpful

L’emplacement, l’accueil et la gentillesse de Malika. Elle a tout fait pour que nous nous sentions bien malgré la déception liée à l’établissement. Merci encore à Malika pour ses efforts.

Nous nous sommes sentis lésés par la qualité des chambres, aucune vue sur la ville contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l’annonce. Pas de meuble dans la SDB. Chambres confinées sans aucune fenêtre.

Beautiful Riad located in a lively neighborhood. The owner, Malika, was super sweet and welcoming. She made us some traditional tea upon our arrival and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The room was nice and cozy. Traditional Moroccan breakfast right outside your room in the morning.

The sink in the bathroom was leaking. The towels were clean but a bit old.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Riad und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Riad ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet eine entspannte, authentische Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und das Frühstück war einfach lecker. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal. Insbesondere Malika und Fatima waren unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Die beiden sind wahre Herzensmenschen – stets hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Mit ihrer warmherzigen Art haben sie unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht und uns die Zeit im Riad wirklich versüßt. Vielen Dank für die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch sehr gerne wieder.

This is a beautiful Riad, and the manager, Malika, is very welcoming and kind. As a solo female traveller, I felt a bit concerned about getting back there at night time, due to the location in the heart of the medina, and its narrow streets that are like a maze, but I needn't have worried, as the locals were super friendly and helped me out when I needed. A great location if you want the medina and to be close to the sea. The next day, the lovely young lady who cleans there (sorry, can't remember her name) let me sit in the inner courtyard to do a few things after checkout, and kept me supplied with water, which was very kind. All in all, a great stay in a beautiful Riad with friendly and welcoming staff. Thank you!

No complaints, as I liked everything. All I would say is that upon my first entrance, the Riad seemed smaller than the photos suggest. And because it's a Riad, staying on the ground floor means you hear everything happening in the inner courtyard, but that's how it goes in riads. Some fresh fruit for breakfast would have been nice.

Staying at Riad Le Zineb in Rabat completely changed everything, especially after several disappointing experiences at other riads during my trip to Morocco. It was, without a doubt, the best stay of my entire trip. From the moment I called late at night to ask if they had a room available, the owner responded immediately and welcomed me without hesitation. I had just left another riad where I didn’t feel safe, and arriving at Riad Le Zineb felt like a huge relief. The biggest reason this place is so special is Malika. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She welcomed me with tea, reassured me that I had nothing to worry about, and treated me like I was part of her family. As a solo female traveler, that level of genuine care meant more than I can express. She made sure I was comfortable every single day and made me feel safe during a time when I had completely lost my confidence after several bad experiences. The riad itself is spotless, beautiful, peaceful, and very well located. The rooms are extremely clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and you can enjoy the lovely terrace whenever you want. I always felt comfortable staying there. I also want to thank Malika’s son, Karim, who kindly showed me around Rabat one evening. He made sure I felt safe and helped me discover the city with complete peace of mind. Their kindness and hospitality are truly exceptional. If you are a solo female traveler, I cannot recommend this place enough. It is the first place in Morocco where I genuinely felt safe, welcomed, and cared for. Malika will always have a special place in my heart, and when I return to Rabat, I will come back to Riad Le Zineb not only because it is a wonderful riad, but because of the incredible people who made it feel like home. Thank you, Malika, for your warmth, your kindness, and for making such a difficult moment of my trip turn into one of my most beautiful memories.

As duas senhoras são extremamente simpáticas e atenciosas. Um dos dias viram que tínhamos uma roupa molhada a secar no quarto e levaram para secar ao ar livre. O pequeno-almoço super completo e com qualidade. No último dia tínhamos de fazer check-out a hora que iniciava o pequeno-almoço e elas tiveram a atenção de nos preparar o pequeno-almoço para a hora que precisávamos. Todos os dias tinham a atenção de perguntar como estava tudo a correr e se precisávamos de alguma coisa. Tudo sempre bastante limpo, organizado e calmo. Só nos resta agradecer por tudo, e certamente iremos recomendar e inclusive regressar, obrigada! ☺️

I loved it truly probably one of the best places I have been. So beautiful, full of history. The bedroom was great and the bed very very comfy. The breakfast was delicious and Malika and Fatemah were warm and great hosts. I was travelling alone for work and they made me feel super good. Instead of going to a normal hotel, go to this Riad and you will go through a fantastic experience.

ينبغي قول الحقيقة والتوضيح للنزلاء الذين قديلبّس عليهم بعض النزلاء: - أفضل ما في الدار هم الموظفون وخاصة مليكة وفاطيما ومن معهما - النزل عبارة عن منزل قديم تم تحويله الى فندق. لكن لا يوجد به أي شيء من مقومات الفنادق إذا استثنينا السرير والانترنت - تنبيه للعوائل وكبار السن؛ لا يوجد مصعد، هو فقط درج حاد الارتفاع ضيق مظلم - يقع في المدينة القديمة - لا تستطيع السيارات الوصول اليه، بل يصعب على الساكن الوصول اليه عبر الأزقة الضيقة وتحتاج في أول الأمر الى أن تسأل أكثر من شخص من السابلة حتى تصل إليه - ما يقال عن أنه يبعد عن البحر 350 مترا هو محض افتراء. - لا يوجد قريبا منه أي مظاهر من مظاهر السياحة، ولا توجد قريبا منه لا سوبر ماركات ولا أسواق - على حد علمي- - انتبه وكن على حذر من السابلة فالدار في حي شعبي. ولذالك الدار مغلق الباب ليلا ونهارا. وفي حال نسيت مفتاحك فستضطر الى الطرق الشديد طويلا حتى يتم الفتح لك لأن الموظفات هم امرأتين فقط أو ثلاث، ولا توجد حراسة ولا شيء. - مناظر الدار في بوكنج خادعة . هي تصور الدار من الداخل فقط لكنها لا تجرؤ على تصويره من الخارج أو تصوير موقعه . بسبب ماذكرت . - الغرف ضيقة ، ولا يوجد تلفزيون كما لا يوجد دولاب ملابس .. - كانت ليلة واحدة ..ولكنها كانت إقامة غير جيدة - طبعا هذا رأي شخصي وللناس فيما يعشقون مذاهب. أقول هذا لمن وضع تقييما مرتفعا، وأعجبه المكان. أنا لم يعجبني الا حسن معاملة الموظفات فقط

Das Personal im Riad war super nett ❣️Besonders Malika war ein Herz von Mensch und war einfach total klasse und hat uns den Aufenthalt versüßt 🥰 Wir mussten schon sehr früh abreisen und sie hat uns ein Lunchpaket mitgegeben, was nicht in allen Riads der Fall ist Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und unser Zimmer war in einem super Zustand, was oft nicht immer der Fall in Marokko ist. Die Lage ist genial, man ist mitten in der Medina und schnell fußläufig in Einkaufsstraßen, die Promenade und das Kasbah Oudaya, der Strand und auch der Hassan Tower ist schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Danke für die 2 schönen Nächte im Riad 🙏

Hele mooie en rustige riad. Malika en de andere meiden hebben mij goed geholpen (solo reiziger). Ze heeft mij geholpen toen ik aankwam met mijn bagage en mij geholpen met het nemen van een taxi. Dat was erg fijn want ik spreek geen Marokkaans. Verder was er goed ontbijt en een goede locatie. Ik zal deze riad zeker aanraden!

Beautiful setup and amazing interior architecture. Supper clean clean room and the staff is amazing, kind and helpful. Ask for Malika the manager if you need anything.

A small fridge would be great for cold water at night time. Be aware cars cannot reach the place so be ready to push your luggage for about 300 meters from the road.

Beautiful riad (traditional hotel) in Rabat old town. Calm, quiet, immaculate, and welcoming. Lovely rooms and large breakfast with attentive staff. The best tiad I have stayed at in Morocco.

The staff were incredibly kind and did everything they could to make sure we had a great stay. The riad is located in the medina but is still easy to find. The rooms were spacious and clean, and there was fresh breakfast every morning. I would definitely recommend this riad.

The bathroom was on the smaller side, but this is quite common in Morocco and didn’t affect my stay.

Это был великолепный риад! Начнем с того, что нас встретили с табличкой в аэропорту и таксист очень милый молодой человек по дороге в риад сделал нам экскурсию! Было неожиданно и приятно! В отеле нас встретили с мятным чаем и печеньем, что с дороги было очень уместно и приятно! В номере есть кондиционер, что спасает в жаркую погоду!

Sehr schönes Riad, zentral zur Kasbah gelegen. Die beiden Powerfrauen Fatima und Malika sind jederzeit zur Stelle und helfen in allen Situationen. Es gab nichts, was sie nicht lösen konnten.

Wir haben vier Nächte im Riad Lalla Zineb verbracht und uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage mitten in der Medina ist ideal, um Rabat zu Fuß zu erkunden. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés sind bequem erreichbar. Das Riad ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet eine angenehme, authentische Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bei Fragen oder Wünschen jederzeit unterstützt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt war das Riad zudem ein ruhiger Rückzugsort zum Entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

We stay in Riad Lalla Zineb 5days. The room was big clean with an excellent wi-fi and comfortable bed. The staff throughout the hotel was friendly, helpful,special thanks to Fatima Alzahra and Malika. Location is very good walking distance to the nice beach ,tourist attraction and coffee shops and resturant .

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce magnifique riad. Le lieu est superbe, très propre, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et l’ambiance y est vraiment apaisante. Le personnel a été impeccable du début à la fin : accueillant, attentionné, toujours disponible et avec le sourire. Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Fatima, qui a été adorable avec nous durant tout le séjour. Sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et sa bonne humeur ont vraiment fait la différence. Elle a toujours pris le temps de s’assurer que tout allait bien et nous a fait sentir comme à la maison. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons ce riad les yeux fermés !

The place is beautiful, authentic and quiet! Two wonderful hostesses are always at your help. The location was great to feel the spirit of Rabat’s medina and visit casbah Oudaya. We loved breakfasts, the home-like atmosphere, sleeping to the sound of birds chirping occasionally at night, and especially the beauty of a traditional Moroccan riad.

Hospitality and family atmosphere. Fatima and Malika are great hostess of the riad. They are really trying to do everything to make your staying comfortable.

Very central location in the middle of medina. Living and navigating in such an authentic environment internally (in riad) and externally (in medina) make your Rabat experience completely different from standard hotel staying.

Colazione buonissima e abbondante, sono state gentilissime a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Camere spaziose e arredate molto bene, pulito. Comoda la posizione, praticamente nel cuore della Medina e a due minuti dal mercato e dalla Kasbah. Lo consiglio per la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff.

Fantástico Riad con una situación inmejorable. Al lado de la Kashba de los Oudayas y en plena Medina de Rabat. Dar las gracias a todo el personal por el trato y la amabilidad q hemos recibido. Todo estaba limpísimo, el desayuno era muy bueno y hasta incluso tuvieron el detalle de comprarnos aceite de oliva para que no nos faltara nada de lo que pudiéramos. La habitación era muy confortable al igual que la cama tan cómoda donde dormimos. Repetiremos en un futuro porque volveremos.

The riad is very beautiful. The staff are super nice and helpful. The location is easily accessible. You can park your car near the riad at the street with small money per day.

The riad deserve 10, but only problem was the WC smell that was intolerable. We told it to them and they will try to fix it.

Можно было бы гостям предлагать тапочки, номера достаточно просторные и комфортнее было бы ходить не босиком.

We spent 2 nights in this beautifully modern riad in the heart of Rabat Medina. Fatima and the team were exceptionally warm and welcoming, Fatima in particular went out of her way to make our stay special. We arrived Rabat early and our room was ready after few minutes while we were served Moroccan tea and snacks. Perfectly located for exploring Rabat on foot - the Kasbah des Oudaias, Bou Regreg riverfront and the Medina are all just a short walk away. A great breakfast set us up perfectly for each day's adventures. A wonderful blend of modern comfort and traditional Moroccan charm. We highly recommend this Riad.

Риад действительно атмосферный, чистый и красивый. Но впечатление было ужасно испорчено, так как нас здесь обокрали!!! Украли наличные деньги из сумки. Сумка оставалась в номере, в чемодане, во время нашей прогулки, там находилась определенная сумма на экскурсии, вытащили 100€ и 100$ в надежде, что не заметим и не станем пересчитывать. Но готовясь к экскурсии, я поняла, что денег не хватает. Зара сказала, что такого не может быть и у них везде камеры. На мою просьбу посмотреть запись с камер ответили отказом.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Frisches Frühstück. Super Lage. Uns wurde bei Abreise sogar um 6:30 ein Frühstück serviert und ein Taxi organisiert. Von zwei sympathischen Frauen geführt.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en attent. De Riad was centraal gelegen en rustig.

Heerlijke Riad midden in de oude Medina. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk ontbijt.

Kamer was donker en leek uit op de binnenplaats waardoor we onze ramen niet open konden doen voor frisse lucht en daglicht

Lovely team of ladies on staff. I left my phone in a cab on arrival, and the entire staff went above and beyond to help. (The cabbie found it and returned it within an hour. Phew! ) We adore our stay in Rabat!

Unsere Gastgeberinnen waren großartig. Wir sind spät nachts angereist, das Flughafen Shuttle war organisiert, wir wurden trotz später Stunde persönlich und sehr nett empfangen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Rabat. Die Betreuung war herzlich und persönlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
