Die Lage ist zentral gelegen und die Unterkunft war schön. Eine Klimaanlage war vorhanden. Das Frühstück war lecker.

Parkplatz - eine Empfehlung wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Abdou et Saïd. Nous avons été émerveillés par la beauté du Riad et de ses chambres spacieuses, arrangées avec goût, très propres et avec tout ce qu'il faut dans la salle de douche. (Produits de soins de qualité). Très bien placé dans la Médina. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse excellent avec des produits très frais et faits maison. Un vrai havre de paix. C'est le plus beau Riad que nous ayons réservé depuis plusieurs années lors de nos déplacements à travers le Maroc, rapport qualité/prix. Merci à toute l'équipe pour ces deux nuits passées dans cet endroit. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Peut-être envisager de poser des rideaux occultants sur les fenêtres pour les personnes sensibles à la lumière du jour. Le couple d'amis qui nous accompagnait a relevé ce détail.

The riad is beautiful, clean and full of traditional Moroccan character. We specifically chose a riad because we wanted our children to experience something different from a standard hotel, and it was exactly the experience we had hoped for. We received a lovely welcome with mint tea and biscuits, the staff were warm and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. The location inside the Medina was also very convenient, with restaurants and attractions nearby.

Unfortunately, the layout of the family room felt very unsafe for our one-year-old and six-year-old. The staircase and upper sleeping area are extremely open, with inadequate barriers around the edges. A small child could potentially go underneath the railing and fall from the upper level. We had booked seven nights but felt so uncomfortable with the risk that we left after just one night. Proper barriers around the staircase and upper level would make a huge difference for families with young children. There is also no parking directly outside due to the Medina location, although parking is available nearby.

The hosts did above and beyond for us during our stay. Not only was the property amazing, but they also accommodated us for extra days when one of our friends became ill. They stayed up late with us searching for pharmacies, went out to the market to grab extra medicine, and provided us with food and water during the emergency. I can not say enough about how kind and thoughtful our hosts were (thank you so much Said)!

Un Riad dentro de la Medina pero muy bien ubicado para dejar estacionada la moto. Parking subterráneo a 7 min andando y fácil de llegar. La terraza superior muy tranquila y bonita. La decoración y el trato de los empleados.

We had a pleasant stay at Riad Amaris. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the rain shower was particularly nice. The location was very convenient for exploring Rabat.

The breakfast selection was a little limited, but it was still perfectly adequate.

La cama era un poco pequeña y las escaleras para subir a la habitación son algo complicadas ya que los peldaños son un poco cortos. El secador del cabello casi no seca el cabello y sale el aire frío.

L'équipe est très à l'écoute et toujours disponible. La décoration des lieux est soignée. L'espace terrasse est agréable. On se sent bien dans ce joli riad!

Il posto è davvero bello. In una via perpendicolare alla via principale pedonale. Gestito da un ragazzo gentilissimo e molto attento. Il Riad è ben fatto, le camere sono grandi e probabilmente ristrutturate da poco. Comunque ben arredate e confortevoli. La colazione è servita sul terrazzo ed è stata una delle migliori di tutta la vacanza. Tutta la struttura è pulitissima così come le camere.

Io prezzo forse è leggermente sopra la media ma per la posizione è l’attenzione verso il cliente ne vale sicuramente la pena.

We had a lovely room with the bathroom underneath the bed. The bathroom was clear glass, it'd be nicer if the glass was frosted for privacy.

Zeer goed gelegen in de Medina maar in een rustige straat. Zeer gedienstig en vriendelijk personeel, zorgen zeer goed voor je. Ruime kamers. Fijn Marokkaans ontbijt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !!!! Superbe riad décoré avec goût et d'une propreté irréprochable emplacement idéal ce que nous avons le plus apprécié c'est la discrétion du personnel et leur disponibilité Un Grand MERCI à SAID et ABDOU ainsi qu'aux femmes de ménage.

Proche des centres d'intérêts, il est situé dans une agréable ruelle de la médina calme et agrémentée de plantes, et à 50 mètres de l’effervescence de la rue principale. Riad très lumineux et extrêmement propre. Beauté du lieu, beaucoup de charme, déco soignée, Jolie chambre agréable, literie de bonne qualité.

Every part of this Riad was perfect; the breakfast was so delicious, the staff (particularly Said, who is now a lifelong brother and Arabic penpal) were amazing and attentive, and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable!

Fijne locatie midden in de medina. De douche was erg prettig, het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook het ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Een extra pluspunt was de attente service: ’s avonds kwam iemand van het riad nog een heerlijk theetje brengen.

Het bed was wat aan de kleine kant voor iemand langer dan 1,80 m, vooral met twee personen naast elkaar. Daarnaast was de kamer vrij gehorig en leidde een steile trap naar het bed, wat iets minder praktisch was. Er was maar 1 kleine spiegel in de badkamer.

Première expérience pour moi où je laisse un avis aussi positif sur un riad. L’an dernier, j’en avais testé cinq au Maroc, mais aucun n’arrivait au niveau du Riad Amaris. Le riad est situé dans une ruelle très agréable, joliment végétalisée, ce qui le rend particulièrement accueillant. Il débouche sur une rue animée avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants, tout en restant parfaitement calme : une fois à l’intérieur, on n’entend plus aucun bruit. À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec un thé à la menthe et une bouteille d’eau, une attention très appréciable. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre Safi, au premier étage. Elle est aménagée en mezzanine avec un lit au niveau inférieur. La literie est confortable, plus moelleuse que ce que l’on trouve souvent au Maroc. Aucun problème d’humidité, et la salle de bain est spacieuse. À noter simplement qu’elle est séparée de la chambre par une paroi vitrée avec une porte en verre et un rideau, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangés. Le petit-déjeuner servi sur la terrasse est tout simplement fabuleux : copieux, varié et délicieux. Enfin, un grand merci au personnel, toujours souriant, attentionné et aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour.

The riad is spotless, comfortable, and stylishly furnished. After hearing that riads can sometimes be quite noisy, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet this one was. Importantly, the staff were tremendously friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived in Rabat, we had come down with food poisoning after our visit to Fez and had to spend at least a full day in the riad. The staff truly went above and beyond to take care of us. They arranged for a doctor to visit us, checked in on us regularly to see how we were doing, and brought us fruit, water, and anything else we needed. Their kindness, care, and genuine concern made a difficult situation easier, and we are very grateful for their outstanding hospitality.

We initially struggled a bit with the air conditioning, but once we figured it out, it worked well.

Un Riad très élégant, aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La chambre était belle, spacieuse et très confortable. La literie, de très bonne qualité. Tout était d'une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible pour rendre service, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et varié, servi sur la belle terrasse sur le toit. Emplacement idéal dans la médina, à quelques minutes à pied de la Kasbah des Oudaïas. En bref, un hébergement haut de gamme pour un prix très raisonnable. Merci beaucoup !

De Riad ligt in een heel rustig prachtig straatje te midden van de drukke medina. Het ontbijt is lekker, alles is voorzien. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Said en Abdu hebben ons goed verwend. Said bood ons altijd thee of sinaasappelsap aan wanneer hij ons zag. We voelden ons echt thuis!

Beautiful Riad, with spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. Bathroom was also spacious and the shower was very comfortable. We had the suite with 2 loft queen/double bedrooms and a single bed and a sofa. Breakfast on the terrace was extremely abundant and delicious. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. The Riad is located in the Medina, but very close to the main road. The train station is less than 5 minutes away (by taxi). Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent. The breakfast was superb: although it is a set menu rather than à la carte, it was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. The room was spotless, and the riad itself was very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the Medina, and I honestly don't think it could be better. The staff were also wonderful, especially the Haitian guy, who was always kind, welcoming, and helpful.

Overall, I had a great stay and would still rate the property 10/10. However, I believe it is not suitable for toddlers or very young children. Our room had the bed on a mezzanine level, accessible by a steep staircase with only a single metal rail, which felt unsafe for a child who is already walking. In addition, the staircases throughout the riad are very steep, as is common in older buildings, making it challenging and potentially dangerous when traveling with a one-year-old, like myself. For this reason, I feel the property should clearly inform guests with toddlers about these safety concerns, or avoid assigning mezzanine rooms to families with very young children. The same issue may also affect elderly guests, who could find the stairs difficult and potentially unsafe to use.

Location is great, tucked away in a quiet street, but a very short walk to the busy medina streets. Nicely decorated courtyard.

The bed is basically like you’re sleeping on concrete - my arms hurt the next day. The toilet seat was broken - shouldn’t have been difficult to repair. There is no shower cabin so the whole bathroom gets wet when you take a shower.

All in all it was good.

I think it’s my age. We had 2 rooms suite. Each room had a living down and bed at the mezzanine. Need to be careful using the stairs. If you sleep walk or have small kids, DON’T use the mezzanine. In USA, this will never pass building inspection but you are in Morocco; just stay safe.

The locaion, close to the tram, with the rooftop lounge and breakfast area made for a perfect four night opportunity to explore Rabat. The riad type of accomodaton was a new wondeful expereince serving a healthy freshly made breakfast.

Mooie, schone kamer, met lekker bed, heerlijke ruime douche (zowel regendouche als gewone douche. WC met bidet. Erg mooi en sfeervol verblijf. Ook het dakterras was erg gezellig.

Bij één "raam" zat geen glas of luik voor. Hierdoor kwam het geluid soms wel binnen, met name in de ochtend toen we iets langer wilden blijven liggen, maar wakker werden door wat hard pratende kinderen aan het ontbijt.

Le Riad est extrêmement bien situé, en plein cœur de la Médina dans une rue calme. Vous sortez de la rue et vous êtes dans l’effervescence des rues marocaines. Génial! Il est décoré avec des matériaux nobles et de l’artisanat local dans des couleurs pastels. Lumineux, extrêmement propre, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le service blanchisserie est un atout avec 2 enfants en bas âges. Le petit déjeuner est une merveille! Spécialités locales ou petit déjeuner continental, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Merci mille fois à l’ensemble du personnel avec qui nous avons partagé et échangé. Merci à Ahmed, Abdou , Etienne pour leur gentillesse infinie et leur grande tolérance. Nous ne pourrons que recommander grandement cet établissement pour vivre un séjour sans faute sur Rabat!
