Amalia Swan Haven Villa Seminyak

The property was way larger than I realised it would be and we had so many balconies that there was heaps of space for people to have private space. We also loved that there was karaoke at the property. The hosts were absolutely fantastic and really made the stay as well. We loved the pool and common areas and having breakfast was a real bonus. We ended up being less people at the villa than we had booked for and we were allowed to have a friend who was staying close by have breakfast with us each morning.

Everything was great. No complaints at all. We did have one issue where the hot water stopped working but as soon as we let Agus and Tari know they had someone come around to fix it within the hour.

The location was awesome close to everything beach ⛱️ supermarket and restaurants

The pool was too deep no shallow end and the villa itself needs some TLC tiles missing in pool & other areas hoses to pool done cheaply didn't look good & fountain not working Need to put floor plan on advertising as room not connected to main villa needs to be shown

We had a wonderful stay at Amalia Swan Haven! The villa was perfect for our group of two families and would also be ideal for four couples. The breakfast cooks were so friendly and kind, and the food was delicious. The location was excellent. Central but still peaceful, with everything just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We loved the breakfast the pool was awesome. The staff was great and welcoming.

We got 4 rooms cause there was a lot of us. And the 4the bedroom wasn't attached to the main residence and I didn't like that or was told it was separate from the main house.

The villa was exactly as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Yanti was so helpful in the time before, and during, our stay. Tari and Agus were always on hand to help and advise; they made breakfast daily and cleaned up after us daily as well. The villa is in a great location to many restaurants, shops, and the amazing Indian Ocean. High praise to all three for making our stay in Bali just perfect!

Yanti and her team were wonderful and the villa in a superb location. The villa was a perfect set up for us with 3 adults and 4 teenagers. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out together but also spread out and have your own time too with each of the 3 bedroooms in the main building having their own balconies. Bonus was all rooms having their own bathroom. Location was quiet and private but easy for us to get around, with restaurants and shopping all within close walking distance. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and we’d definitely stay here again if travelling with a larger group.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The staff, Agus and Tari, were exceptional—super friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcomed from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and we especially loved the personal touch of having a private ensuite bathroom in each bedroom. The balconies offered lovely views, and the 1.8m-deep pool was perfect for swimming. The main building is thoughtfully laid out across three floors, with a cosy living/dining/kitchen area on the ground floor. The location was peaceful, and overall, the villa had a comfortable and relaxing vibe.

That said, the villa is starting to show signs of age, particularly in the bathrooms. We stayed in Bedroom 2, and the shower cubicle leaked slightly—possibly due to worn-out rubber lining. Some minor maintenance would help, like adding cushioning or stoppers to the door frames, as strong winds sometimes slammed the doors shut with a loud bang. Also, while Bedrooms 1–3 are spacious and well-furnished, they only have queen-sized beds. Bedroom 4, which is smaller and located in a separate annex, is better suited for a solo guest. Lastly, the stairs (three floors) might be a bit challenging for elderly guests to navigate.

Beautiful property with all the amenities that we needed, location for first family trip was perfect, Yanti and team provided us with everything that we needed, above and beyond by providing some helmets to use with the bikes. 10 min walk to Beach, 2 min walk to Main Street in Seminyak.

We were not aware that the fourth bedroom was in a separate block with tight staircase but still on the property.

We like everything about the villa and the staff there. They made our stay next level from day 1. They took care of every small request we made during our stay.

The property was large with a beautiful outdoor area.

The ensuite of the second bedroom smelt like sewage when the shower was turned on, sometimes it was overpowering. There was a silicone nipple cover on the wall above the bed in the second bedroom which was obviously from a previous stay which was a bit gross. It was still there when we left. Having the staff there ready at any time was good, however I felt like we had no real privacy because they were always coming in and out of the yard or villa or walking around the premises.

Very attentive friendly staff. Tari & Agus both went out of their way to help us. They were always available to answer any questions during our visit. They were awesome!! The facility was spacious and clean, very well maintained. The kitchen had adequate supplies

The villa is in a fantastic location not too far from the main restaurants in Seminyak. Gede and Tari were unbelievable always willing to help and they make the most amazing breakfasts and are always willing to offer advice and help out. They made the experience so much more fun. They looked after everyone so well. The rooms are a good size, albeit the stairs do become a challenge after a few days. The pool was great always well looked after and clean. Overall a fantastic place to stay and great staff that make the Villa so welcoming.

Breakfast was awesome, the hosts cooked every morning for us - asked every day what time and what we would like them to cook for the next morning. They could not be more accommodating.

The bed was quite a bit more firm than my increadibly soft bed from home which meant I could've slept better but was still comfortable and would suit those that like a firmer bed.

Yanti, Tari and G’day went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. They were wonderful hosts!

Property is a little run down, particularly the bathrooms - they need a lot of work as they are smelling of mould, which affects bedrooms.

Lovely villa, very clean and spacious. Cooling off in the pool was great! Close to shops, restaurants and less than 15 minutes walk to the beach. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for sorting the repair of my daughter’s rucksack as well!

Breakfast was a lovely start to the day. Bedrooms were very spacious, giving everyone their own space. Once you get your bearings the locations is ideal. Outside the front door into a quite and safe ally that takes you to the main strip of Seminyah were all the restaurants and shops and bars are located. An easy walk to Seminyak markets for bargain shopping. Yanti and June made us feel so welcomed and always taking the time to talk to us and help with direction.

I like the whole place. Very clean and big for our family. It has a nice private pool and the staff are very friendly. The rate is also budget friendly.

An awesome property to stay in, we spent 6 nights here. Lovely helpful staff, very clean and tidy. Great location and awesome pool area

Four bedrooms to choose from which were larger than normal. Comfortable lounge area which was enclosed so was nicely airconditioned and away from bugs. Property host was able to accommodate an early check in as we were transferring from Sanur.

Small issues only; bottled water dispenser was supplied but was not powered so no cold water on tap. Quality of bathroom towels could have been better. TV reception spotty, channels kept cutting out.

The staff that served our breakfast each morning were such beautiful people and the breakfast was delicious and well presented.We were always greeted with a smile along with beautiful food every day.The Manager was also very friendly and helpful.

The staff at Amalia Swan Haven Villa were all great! they were so accommodating and all our needs were attended. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, the whole villa was amazing! a must visit with friends and family.

there's just 1 mirror in the room separated to the main room and it's in the toilet. compared to the other rooms where they have dressing rooms/mirrors. Also, the villa is not that close to the beach. You may need to walk 15 mins to get to the beach. But all good...

The villa is very close to restaurants and shops, making it easy to walk everywhere. The pool is perfect for cooling off after a long day. We had a great time, and the team managing the villa was always there to help if we needed it. Great value for money!

One of the bedrooms is a tad smaller and in another building (although in the same yard, so the entrance to it is right next to the main house). This was not an issue for us, but worth knowing in advance.

There was some noise from people and traffic until quite late. Also be aware that the walk to and from the beach are through back lanes which can get wet and the surface is very uneven .
