Kitchen very disoriented

The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive and caring. They will see to your needs before you even ask. Problems are taken seriously and are resolved with haste. The food is home cooked and absolutely excellent, breakfast is included and additional meals can be provided at reasonable price. The area is very calm and feels safe, you might think the airport will disturb you but you won't notice it!

Bathroom and bed/bedsheets are clean, but equipment in shared kitchen could be cleaner, the furnishing in the room needed dusting and the floors could use occasional vacuum cleaning to get rid of dust in the corners. The room did not have a comfortable space to work on a laptop (i. e. desk close to power outlet).

I did not like anything about the property as I was told that my booking was confirmed,but on reaching there I did not get my room.I was tensed and was very worried as I was all alone .Then after few hours of search I checked in at HHI Bhubaneswar

The breakfast was simple - eggs and toast. Thats what we wanted. I guess we could have a richer breakfast aswell. The location is a trifle difficult to get to, especially if one is new to the city.

Mr Ritesh who was at the place and manages the homestay, came to the main road to pick us as the bus driver did not know the exact location and was not sure if the bus can go there. Mr Ritesh and another person came on two wheelers and took us to the place. Mr Ritesh is very helpful and cooperative. We had asked the bus driver who was with us in our tour of Puri Konark etc, to arrange for a cab for visiting Cuttack. He agreed for a price and then demanded more. When Mr Ritesh learnt about this, he immediately contacted another cab operator and arranged for not only the visit to Cuttack but also for the drop to airport on the following morning. He arranged plates and other utensils for lunch and dinner without asking or any expectations. Really nice person!

This place is shown as very close to the airport. However, the distance by road is almost 5 KM. When I booked, I saw the distance as 1 KM so I thought we could walk if required. However, that is the aerial distance, and not by road. Apart from this, no issues.

Very helpful staff, especially Manager Ritun Mohanty and his colleague Bubu Mohanty. Took all the efforts in making our stay a memorable one.

At the time of booking we were not informed that it will be a shared room. Also power failures were quite frequent the entire night. The poor service chap could not sleep as he had to reset the genset everytime.

The location is very close to the airport, you can practically reach in 10 minutes. The place is amazingly clean. Service is top notch. The cook prepares amazing food. The owner is extremely responsive, I was answered within fraction of second. The entire home is well serviced, all you need is available there. I would recommend 100%

This property is in a quiet location very near the airport with the main city area easily accessible through autos, taxis etc Bedroom: clean and spacious with modern furniture. Bed: comfortable with fine mattress and pillows. Bath: neat and clean with modern fittings. Common Balcony: pleasant and quiet mostly but beware the mosquitoes. Common Kitchen: has enough facilities for making a quick brunch. The staff do offer breakfast and tea/coffee services for free. Subhasis is a responsive and responsible owner who manages everything remotely and is in touch within minutes of booking. The on-location staff are also prompt and willing to help.

The bed linen had a used feel. Even the changed sheets had some old stains.

Very quiet residential area, spacious room, exactly how it looks in the photo. Comfortable queen size bed. Clean bed linen and towels. Spacious shower. Finally we were able to sleep and relax. Close to the old city and all the temples - very short ride using tuktuk or taxi. Great neighborhood - beautiful houses and flowers. Responsive owner and administrator of the property. Thanks!

The room I got was very spacious and bed was tidy. The bathroom was huge with a tub. I booked it last minute and they accommodated me with late check-in. The location is perfect if u want to stay close to airport and peaceful as its located in a residential area. The staff were friendly and breakfast was amazing. Would love to stay on my next visit.

Although there is no problem but if u stay out late night, u probably need to inform the staff to wait for u. And the location is 15 mins away from city center. Although the beds were clean the only thing they can improve is on cleanliness. I found few hairs and minor stains on the bedsheets.

I loved the cleanliness and the finishing of the entire room interior. I stayed on the first floor and there was a comfortable balcony where you can relax and have your tea or coffee. The owner as well as the caretaker are very humble. The caretaker himself cooks food there as of now and the food was absolutely delicious and homely at the same time. He took care of everything so well. The linens were clean, the bathroom was well maintained. The owner is cordial as well. Called and checked a few times if everything is going smoothly or not. This kind of stay is a need of the hour. I hope they make it into a chain and maintain the class and standard at each of their properties. I enjoyed my stay there.

The location was far for me as but for those who need a stay near the airport, it'd be good.

The Nest is close to major spots of interest in city, offers a clean and cozy space with cooperative staff.

The room is very nice, and comfortable. The bathroom is very big, and with a Bath!! It doesn't seem you are in a Hotel, is more like living in a house. We liked that.
