Beware! This hotel is currently under major renovations, we had jackhammering in the room next door from 7am-5pm everyday which made it unbearable to stay in room during the day. Very disappointing considering how much we paid for the room. Staff didn’t seem to care and ignored our request to be moved to a new room, finally did move us in the last days of our stay but weren’t happy about it. While the facilities were nice I’d never stay here again, from check in there were issues and they offered zero compensation for not being able to use rooms during the day. Works were so loud that you couldn’t talk to the other person in the room without yelling

The front desk staff all the ladies their were amazing and welcoming. Also the dining area, staff was helpful and my little one really liked them. They were playful.

Overall, this is a very decent hotel in Da Nang. The common areas are excellent—particularly the rooftop pool and lounge zone, which are brand new, very well-equipped, and spacious. There are plenty of sunbeds and chairs, so we never struggled to find a spot. The pool itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff are incredibly attentive, and it was nice to always see hotel employees present at the rooftop bar. The breakfast area is also very spacious and offers a wide variety of food—though do keep in mind that the selection leans much more towards Asian dishes than European ones, which is pretty standard for Vietnam. On the plus side, we received a lovely complimentary fruit platter upon check-in, the WiFi was stable throughout our stay, and the location is fantastic—right next to the beach and within easy reach of everything you might need (restaurants, shops, convenience stores). Another wonderful touch: they serve a free afternoon tea on the rooftop every day.

However, there are a few drawbacks to be aware of. The rooms are quite small, and what is listed as a 'balcony' is really just a French balcony (essentially just a railing with a door—you can't actually sit out on it). For the same price, you could definitely find much more spacious rooms in the same neighborhood. Additionally, there often weren't enough pool/beach towels available, and with only a few elevators, we frequently had to wait a long time during peak hours.

Всё очень понравилось! Чисто, вкусно !Недалеко от моря ! Были во многих отелях в Дананге - в этот точно вернёмся) Спасибо персоналу ! Система кондиционирования очень продумана-не дует на кровать воздух как во многих отелях! Бельё и полотенца белоснежные! Стройка да, рядом, но нам совершенно не мешала .

Lo staff era molto gentile ma qualcuno di loro in reception non parlava bene inglese ed era un po' complicato capirsi, il letto era un po' troppo duro ma nella media degli hotel

The room was beautiful, very modern. The staff in the lobby were very friendly. Even walked us to a restaurant that he recommended. The breakfast choice was fantastic.

Чистый большой номер, постельное белоснежное, огромная ванная комната - и ванна и душевая кабинка. Отличные завтраки - на любой вкус: и европейская еда, и вьетнамская. На крыше бассейн с замечательным видом. Там же подают послеобеденный чай - фрукты, выпечка, йогурты. Район отличный - море через дорогу, куча кафе, магазинов.

Впечатление об отеле испортили две вещи: французский балкон - то есть, это не полноценный балкон, выйти на него нельзя. Второе окно - выходить на стену соседнего здания. А вид на работающую стройку, это просто ужас, если честно. Просыпаешься, а люди уже работают, причем мы были с ними на одной высоте, было очень не комфортно. Представлялось - утром сидеть на балконе с кофе в пижаме, любоваться морем. Реальность - балкон чисто номинально, вида на море -практически нет. Предпочла бы, заплатить дешевле и жить с видом на город.

Doing work on building very disruptive and staff were hard to convince to move us Then told we used 2 bottles of water when we honestly didnt. Wasn't impressed at all.aftrrnoon tea was a disgrace

Locatie en ontbijt is top. Personeel heel erg attent, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer schoon en bedden comfortabel en niet gehoorig. Afternoon tea is ook een lekker tussendoortje.

Enige minpunt is dat we 2 ochtenden last hebben gehad van de renovatie. Ze hebben zich hiervoor ook verontschuldigd. Met kinderen die wakker schrikken is dat het enige vervelende.

can hear outside noise at night and it’s very loud. lot of construction so not great views. bathroom would smell after using the shower every time. when you turn on the shower the toilet would get wet because there was no screen separating them.

Location was good. In the middle of hustle and bustle but noisy at night.

The breakfast wasn't the best Needed bit more selection. Felt chaotic at times. The housekeeping staff kept making mistakes. One evening they called to tell us we had clothes on the balcony which we did not. Then they called back ti apologise for the mistake but by then they had woken up my kids. Then the next day at 6am they knocked to give us shower gel which we did not ask for as we were SLEEPING, but they got the wrong room again, again waking up my kids.

The staff is polite and efficient. The breakfast brunch is great. Food is good at the other hours. The place is quiet.The gym is easily accessible, so is the spa.

The room is smaller than i would have thought but still comfortable and good enough.

Location excellent, quick walk to beach and all the good restaurants around the city area i prefer this area over being further North. The hotel has a lovely warm wooden feel to it.

Мы заехали в отель в 09-30 ч, хотя было раннее бронирование , заселили только после 14-30ч. При этом, несмотря на нашу просьбу, нас заселили даже позже тех кто приехал в отель намного позже. Нас было 2 семьи, и обе семьи, помимо того что заселили позже всех, предоставили номера с окнами на стены соседнего отеля в 2-х метрах. Полы в номере были грязные, и так как мы ходили босиком, то на ступнях оставались грязные отпечатки. На просьбу помыть тщательно полы было проигнорировано, так как то что совсем не мыли полы за все время пребывания в отделе можно было понять по остаткам мусора за мусорным ведром.

My stay at this hotel was a largely positive experience, and I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning. The location is perfect (10/10), providing easy access to all key spots, and the customer service (10/10) was exceptional, with a professional staff always willing to help. We were very pleased with our room (10/10), which was spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast (9/10) offered a solid variety for non-vegetarian.

The breakfast options for vegetarians were limited. The other real disappointment was the free afternoon tea (2/10); while it is advertised as a feature, the reality did not match the website's photos, as there were very few options and it appeared as if they were leftover items from breakfast. Our experience at dinner in their own restaurant was also average. The spring rolls which were recommended to us as their speciality, were too oily.

Great location, lovely staff, the buffet and afternoon tea never fail to amaze us it was delicious.

The foyer and lift is always stuffy, there’s no air con. The bed is comfy but the pillow needs to be replace. Staff at front desk should hold more general info for tourist.

I had a wonderful stay at Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel Da Nang. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Rora, the receptionist, for her exceptional service. She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. She assisted us with all our questions and arrangements, making our trip smooth and enjoyable. Her warm hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

Het hotel was dicht bij alle voorzieningen zoals winkels, drakenbrug en strand.

De airconditioning werkt heel slecht, ook na klachten bij de receptie. Daar hebben ze iets gedaan met de koeling .De airconditioning stond op 16 graden en het was en bleef nog warm op de kamer. We hebben boven de lakens liggen slapen. Er was geen stopcontact in de badkamer. Aan 1 kant van het bed kon je alleen het licht bedienen. Het was alles uit of aan. Niet even een boekje of tijdschrift lezen als de ander wilde slapen.

Property was central to everything & only a 5min walk to the beach! Great restaurants, massage parlours and nail salons on the same street. Rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and bathroom had both shower & bath. Staff are lovely & accommodating.

I really loved the hotel. It’s an amazing property to stay. Really appreciate the receptionist queens “rora” & “carn” & “Lena”. They are really amazing people. I really suggest this place for the good stay. And just 200 m to beach.

The location and the staff are this hotels biggest assets. The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous and spoke excellent English. My Khe Beach was 6-8 minutes walkway which was very handy. I had stayed in a suite which was of a good size and the bathroom was clean and modern. The double bed was of a good size and very comfortable

I stayed at this hotel during the Da Nang fireworks festival and the hotel promoted a 4 course meal for guests on their rooftop by the pool. When my soup and lamb main course arrived, both were cold. They immediately apologised and took the dish on each occasion back to the kitchen but only microwave them. I had a higher expectation for their service given that the hotel has "Luxury" in the name.

אתחיל בזה- שמלון במיקום מעולה. קרוב מאוד לטיילת, לחופים ובכלל לכל העניינים ארוחת בוקר מעולה ומגוונת הצוות קשוב מאוד ועוזר בכל שאלה או בקשה

אין באמת מרפסות, כשחיפשנו מלון חיפשנו מלונות עם מרפסת, המלון הזה כביכול מציע מרפסת אבל בפועל היא לא קיימת- מאכזב מאוד. חשוב לדעת- שליד המלון יש אתר בניה קרוב, מה שהקשה עלינו לישון בבוקר כי הם מתחילים לעבוד מ7 בבוקר.

Staff were very helpful and Hotel was always clean. Front desk always very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Location was absolutely spot on.

Some guests were spitting in the pool daily, which made quite a few of us very uncomfortable and we then had to leave the pool area. I think signs need to be displayed that if this occurs the offenders will be asked to leave the pool area

As soon as you stepped out of the taxi, a staff member came to help you with your luggage and take you to reception where you were asked to take a seat and given a welcome drink whilst one of the reception staff checks you in and then escorts you to your room . I had a Luxury Suite with bathtub, balcony and sea view on the 14th floor. Breakfast and Afternoon Tea was included. The suite was breathtaking. Immaculate, very clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable and I had the best sleep. Breakfast was buffet style, very tasty and lots of options to choose from. Afternoon Tea was from 2-4pm daily at the Sky Lounge rooftop bar on the 16th floor, which was fantastic. I really looked forward to it each day, along with my daily cocktail. The staff were amazing - always smiling and happy to help you in any way they can. went out of their way to help you. I’d like to specifically mention Bao Thoa (Helen) and Phuong Thao (Rora) at reception. Their happy, smiling faces always made me smile. They offered exceptional customer service and made me feel extremely welcome. Ryan, the Front if House Manager was also extremely helpful and always happy to stop for a chat. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was a little sad to leave, but I definitely plan to come back again. Thank you Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel for helping to make my first ever trip to Vietnam a memorable one.
