The hotel room was very clean with a comfortable soft bed. Breakfast selection was very good with a good choice of options. All the staff were very polite and welcoming. We were made to feel very welcome l, especially from Rosie. The pool area was also very nice with a good choice of drinks and food.

Very friendly Stuff, specially Rosi was very helpful with helpful recommendations for the area.

The staff in the hotel were great and the location is great Right next to the beach and a short drice from where ever you need.

Location is very good near the beach. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The room was clean.

The gym isn’t really a gym just an exercise bike, workout mats and a few free weights. It’s also outside on the roof top in the heat. Beside it is the pool area which is quite small with only a couple of lounge chairs, but I suppose that’s not too much of an issue since the beach is close by. Breakfast was only okay, but there are a lot of places around that you can get something for a reasonable price if you don’t like the options available.

Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend

Das Frühstück ist leider eher spärlich und die Kaffeemaschine ist leider ein Witz. Der Kaffee is ungenießbar. Es gibt aber frisches Rührei, Spiegelei oder Omelett.

Lovely staff & rooftop pool

Отдыхали в отеле 10 дней в августе 2026г. Понравилось расположение отеля, до пляжа Ми Кхе 5 минут пешком .Завтрак довольно разнообразные, была представлена как европейская, так и местная кухня. Персонал приветливый. Был поздний вылет-предложили оставить вещи до вечера, заказали такси., как комплимент от отеля. Рекомендую для,отдыха.

Около кроват не работала розетка

Fast am Strand, Bedienung ist perfekt, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer werden täglich geräumt, Klimageräte laufen rund um die Uhr.

The service was wonderful... trip to Bana Hills all arranged transport, tickets and everything for us which was great. You couldn't really call it a gym. Just feel its lost its shine. But again.. it was very well priced, Central location. So if you not worried about having a fancy stay go for it.. u won't be disappointed by the service.

To be honest I booked this thinking it would be high end looking at the pics online.. but was pretty disappointed when we got to our room. But in saying that it is a very good price so you get what you pay for i guess. The towels hv gone grey not white like they should be, look dirty, the carpet in the hallways looks so dirty like a hostel.. and in the room my husband banged his head 5 times on the dangling lights near the bed. Breakfast was ok. Could hear the neighbors from our room.

Personale gentilissimo, che parla bene l’inglese. Camera spaziosa e molto pulita, letto gigante e colazione ricca. Posizione molto buona in una via piena di locale e vicino alla spiaggia.

Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli ve güzeldi bizim damak tadımıza hitap eden şeyler, konum olarak çok güzeldi. Odalar konforlu ve rahattı. Personel çok nazik ve güleryüzlüydü. Her şey için teşekkürler

Room small, bathroom not private(the glass wall surrounding it didn’t go to the ceiling so your activities in there weren’t private), hallways and elevator were unairconditioned and hot, single elevator inadequate for 11 story building

Le service etait trés bon, une fois passé le contrôle de sécurité. Personnel tres souriant, à l’écoute. Specialement le bar de la piscine, avec des coconut coffees excellents. Petit dejeuner de bonne qualité. La situation était trés bonne, tout près de la plage, et la vue sur mer très agréable.

L’hôtel a plusieurs décennies, et besoin d’un rafraichissement pour soutenir la comparaison avec des établissements plus récents. L’odeur dans les couloirs et la chambre était un peu désagréable.

Un bon hotel, situat en un entorn perfecte. Gairebé davant la platja. Les instal·lacions són correctes. La piscina està molt bé. L'esmorzar equilibrat i amb alguns plats cuinats al moment, cosa que s'agraeix molt. El tracte del personal molt bo.

Potser l'únic que m'ha desagradat és el soroll de l'aire acondicionat a l'habitació.

This is our third time staying here, and we've always been satisfied. The staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel is located near the beach, and there are plenty of great restaurants and shops in the area.

The pool was clean, but it could use some maintenance.

The hotel was in an excellent location, 2 minutes to the most beautiful beach ever! The road itself is really busy with lots of resturants and shops. The hotel staff went above and beyond, the most friendliest people ever. Rosie and all the staff especially the cleaners were super nice. I can't fault the staff, they try to maintain high standards for a hotel that is a bit tired now. We were a big group of 20 and everyone was very pleased with the hotel and staff.

Rooms were a little small and no cupboard in the rooms. Breakfast was very limited but nice food. Rosie made sure to provide us with things we can eat as the buffet was not halal. One lift in the hotel, waiting times were abit annoying. Pool is beautiful but very small. No iron available on site which was really annoying. You have to pay to get your clothes pressed.

Property was as described… Very clean… Close to beach… staff were very friendly and helpful..

Hotel is in a great location. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good with a decent selection. Staff were all very helpful and kind.

Slightly noisy from street noise. The kids rooms was extremely bright at night. I mentioned to staff and they said we could have requested a curtain. Would have been good if that was there from the start.

Location, friendly staff, pool, great a/c in rooms and the comfy bed. They even packed us a breakfast when we had to leave on a tour really early one morning. We were really well looked after.

Hôtel bien situé prêt de la plage ,personnel accueillant et souriant . Nous avions deux chambres communicantes confortables . Nous avons pris le chauffeur de l’hôtel pour une journée de d’excursion et il était top!

L'hotel è molto carino e in generale il soggiorno è andato benissimo. La stanza tripla non è grandissima, ma siamo comunque stati benissimo. Lo staff è attento e si preoccupa che tutto vada il il meglio. Colazione ottima e piscina non grandissima, ma pulita e fruibile. Posizione centrale e comoda per muoversi.

La telefonata in camera ogni mattina alle 9:30 per avvisarmi di fare colazione entro le 10:00. Ok l'attenzione al cliente, ma senza esagerare please

El personal es encantador, bien situado en la zona mas vibrante y en segunda linea de playa pero con vistas al mar. Esta todo muy limpio y tiene buenas instalaciones. Muchos restaurantes alrededor, zona de compras y a 75 metros de la playa (te dan toallas de playa).

El desayuno puede mejorarse aunque te hacen los huevos como te gusten y te preparan bacon si lo pides.

La piscine sur le toit était magnifique et nous y étions seuls. Les équipements tel que le lit, les serviettes, les draps, étaient très confortable je recommande. Le petit déjeuner avait un large choix. Le personnel est au petit soin.

Personale gentissimo e posto molto accogliente! Ci siamo trovati molto bene.. per motivi nostri non abbiamo fatto due volte colazione da loro e hanno deciso autonomamente di offrirci il trasporto in aeroporto, non cosa da tutti. Consigliato assolutamente!

Super Lage , sauber , ordentlich und charmant ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Der Poolbereich ist nicht groß aber auch nie überlaufen gewesen. Von hier hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und bietet stets seine Hilfe an. Das Halina Hotel hat im Vergleich ein super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis & überraschte uns mit kleinen unerwarteten Extras . Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Die Poolbar könnte viel bessere Umsätze machen , wenn seitens des Personals Motivation & aktiver Verkauf gezeigt werden würde 😉
