Food was average compared to hotel

Location, cleaning and amenities. At present the price of hotel is worthy. The hotel in it's price more than that. Rooms are exceptional and very clean. TV is large and smart TV, you have to just log in with your user Id and password. WiFi service is good. Swimming pool is there. Reception staff is supportive. The avoidable things is that sleepers was not available during my visit and if you asked I have not asked for that. Restaurant is available within the premises of hotel and food is good. During my two days stay, I couldn't serve with dinner due to non availability of cook on that day due to rainy season, however swingy service is available. I suggest to visit hotel, if its offer in 3000 range.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with stunning views. The front desk upgraded our room, making the experience even better. Room service was top notch, and special thanks to Mr. Rohith for his exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Clean and good location

Very few options in breakfast. Felt staffs are very limited. The service is not prompt.

Parking, the mountain view from outside the hotel itself is good

We booked room from booking.com for the price is Rs 8100 including tax, The staff guy over the call told me that he can give me room for Rs 8000 . Once we went there, the staff asked Rs 1000 as commission. So total amount to be paid become 9100 which so cheating, Also there were no mountain view room free as they promised. Even though we booked top end room mentioned in the booking.com, there was no such room free there. Also there is no payment difference between mountain view and back side view rooms. Please don't get in trap. Ask first itself for mountain rooms otherwise they'll cheat you and give you a room with back side view which is so poor.

Complementary breakfast was not good, less option and gets over before time. The restaurant we went for dinner was horrible. Slow service. Stone on food, rice was uncooked. Tea was really bad.

The executive room was fabulous. It was spacious, the view from the balcony was just exceptional. You wake up to the view of the hills and clouds. The property is situated well. The staff are polite and kind.

The food for breakfast needs to be better. The lunch and dinner was good.

The spa at the property is extremely unprofessional. They do not change sheets, they don’t have clean or organised rooms for massage. It’s cluttered with unnecessary stuff, the girl at the spa was least bothered, she just applied oil with zero pressure and within 3 mins I was out of there. Super unprofessional. They lied to us at the spa while we were booking. Worst spa experience ever for me and my spouse. The hotel is still okay. But the food was really bad. And the room had lizards n the bathroom stank.

Lovely for a hotel so high in the hills; wifi was weak (I was there for work) but the service - and the willingness to step up and help with any issues I had was really good. For that alone, worth going.

Very peaceful place, with a very kind staff that listen carefully to all your needs. They take care of you. The rooms and the pool are beautiful. I recommend the place for all the people that want to rest or hike/travel. The location make it easy to reach beautiful places. That was a great moment there.

Breakfast spread can be made better with more options

I enjoyed my stay at the property. It's a new hotel, so it's clean and well-maintained. The staff members were courteous, and the restaurant offered reasonably priced and satisfactory food. Although the breakfast options were limited, the quality was commendable. Additionally, the hotel features a spa facility, and they offer discounts for guests staying at the hotel.

The children's play area is quite small, and unfortunately, the hotel does not have a parlor facility. Additionally, the breakfast options are limited.

The stay was really nice, the rooms were clean, the facilities were cool, the swimming pool was awesome, and the restaurant food was delicious!

The facilities were good. The view from the room was exotic. Overall, very happy with the stay and is recommendable to others.

If chairs were provided in the balcony, it could have been much better.

Modern, stylish, clean hotel with a wonderful swimming pool. The staff were friendly but seemed to lack training. The buffet breakfast was very good. The views from the top floor were beautiful.

With just a little bit of work this hotel could be excellent and would appeal to international travellers. For example the pool needs some sun loungers, the balconies in the rooms would benefit from some chairs and a table. My wife was not happy with the massage she had in the Spa.

Cozy stay

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area. The rooms are quite large and the beds quite comfortable. The view from our first floor rooms was passable but it would have been much better if we had been higher up and not had to look on to the parking area. The cab they arranged for us was really nice and fairly priced. Our rooms were cleaned and towels changed everyday even if they missed the finer details sometimes. Very good wifi.

I had called in advance for a room upgrade and assured that at least one room would be like the one in the pictures. However, after I arrived, I was told no upgrades were available. I think a lot was lost in translation and this was something we faced throughout the stay. However the staff are very polite and try their best.
