These nothing to not like about this place. These no washing machine available so this was actually a positive as it made us get out of hibernation mode and find a laundry matt.

Clean and Spacious and we were left alone to do us. We were surprised by a beautiful big couple of bags of enormous grapefruit and lemons 🍋 A beautiful batch of yummy cookies 🍪 😋 to have with out machine coffee and a pot of yummy jam to bring home 🏡 😋 THANK you for the hospitality Tree View Studio

Breakfast was plentiful and we particularly appreciated the fresh fruit, eggs, jam and baking. Comfortable couches and bed. Kitchen was very well equipped. Spotlessly clean in all areas. Good heating. Decor was tasteful. Gardens were well maintained in nice rural setting. Host was lovely and helpful without being intrusive. Great value for money.

The studio unit was so much more than that. It was a modern and very spacious unit with separate bedroom and in a superb garden setting. Chris and Jo were super- hosts and the home baking provided on our arrival was soo good. The location was quiet and a short drive from Te Puna and Omokoroa.

What's there not to like for a quiet semi rural stay.

Would prefer toast bread for breakfast not sandwich. Maybe some instructions fir the coffee machine concerned i might get it wrong but think we managed it 😀

It is a large modern space with personal touches such as breakfast ingredients.

The only recommendation is that given it is a large space, whether consideration could be given to a sleeper couch to accommodate 4.

Real hospitality still exists! We had a lovely 3-night stay in this super spacious and nicely decorated studio (more like an apartment). But the best part was the hospitality; the extra treats that were waiting for us in the kitchen, the lovely hosts that were bringing us fresh plums from the garden and were giving us tips on where to go - it truly was a perfect stay! Thank you so much!

Tasteful decor. Lots of space. Impeccably Clean. Immaculate condition. Quiet location but close to the main road to Tauranga. Jo and Chris were both friendly and welcoming. Lovely added touches of homemade jam, cookies, fruit and the all important Werther's originals. The bed was large and very comfortable. We had a very relaxing time - thoroughly recommended - we would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

I loved everything about this little gem! The accommodation itself is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and has absolutely everything you could ask for (and more!) It was very private, cosy and the hosts were incredibly helpful and generous. Absolutely loved my daily cuddles with Kelly, their adorable dog. The hosts are both lovely and so helpful, I enjoyed my chats with Jo and really appreciated all of the treats that were left for me to enjoy. The plum jam was delicious!

It’s a little off the beaten track if visiting Tauranga and Maunganui, but that means it’s nice and quiet too.

A beautiful, very tidy and well presented studio in a peaceful and quiet area. Was convenient to go to both Tauranga and the Coromandel. Very friendly couple who go the extra mile to ensure a perfect stay.

This is a wonderful property in a quiet and safe environment. The property is a stunning newly built building with a lovely entrance and spacious inside with all the things you could want in order to enjoy your stay for a few days. Comfy bed, spacious living area to move freely. A sofa and tv area away from the bed and a lovely modern kitchen and bathroom areas. Outside there are loungers to sit on or a garden table to sit and enjoy the sun without any eyes gazing at you. There is also a BBQ that you can use. I loved the peaceful nature of the gated area the hosts have created. I also loved chatting with the hosts Jo and Chris who are welcoming and eager to be at your aid should you need.

This property was stunning and peaceful. The accommodation was itself was thoughtfully set out to make the most of the space with a lovely outlook to the gardens at each window and door. We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful quiet accommodation set in the owners garden, totally fantastic. Studio done to a high specifications and little thoughtful touches like biscuits, fruit, chocolates on arrival. Daily visit by their dog Kelly who is delightful.

Fantastic place to stay. Cute, modern studio with Kitchen and ensuite. The room had everything you need. Lovely little touch with bread, jam, eggs and milk provided for breakfast. Fruit and chocolates also provided. Very comfortable bed with luxurious linen. Beautiful setting surrounded by lush gardens with two outside areas and a BBQ for those lovely warm days. Very warm, friendly greeting when we arrived, made to feel at home. The cute dog is a bonus too. Far enough from the CBD to feel like a getaway but close enough if you want to visit Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Katikati or Waihi Beach. 100% recommend Tree View Studio.

I was looking for a quiet sanctuary close to Omokoroa, Tauranga, and the Mount, and this tastefully decorated apartment delivered that and so much more! It’s cozy yet spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and make yourself at home. The kitchen is well-equipped, and if you prefer dining out or grabbing takeaways, Te Puna and Omokoroa are just a few minutes away. My generous hosts, Jo and Chris, provided thoughtful touches to get me started, including jam, butter, slices of bread, a bottle of milk, and a platter of fresh fruit. I loved the comfortable bed and the plump pillows that ensured a great night's sleep, the quiet surroundings added to the peaceful ambiance. The gardens are absolutely stunning, featuring a private area with a BBQ with table and chairs for two and there’s also a table and chairs in the main garden. There’s convenient parking right next to the accommodation with a security gate that adds an extra layer of safety. The hosts, Jo and Chris are amazing—kind and caring. I loved my stay here and will definitely be back!

Great tranquil place surrounded by nature, super spacious room, and lovely hosts.

The studio was cozy and modern with excellent styling throughout. Top 3 features were the bed - so incredibly comfortable, the facilities - with 2 cute outdoor seating areas, and finally the hosts Jo & Chris. They were phenomenal from first stages of bookings through to when our stay unfortunately was over. It was our first time overseas and they made us feel so welcome and comfortable as if we were visiting friends or family. The studio is by far the best accomodation we have ever stayed at. If we ever visit the North Island in NZ again, we would go out of our way to stay here. Thank you Jo & Chris for such a memorable and pleasant stay.

It was a cute little place! With nice outdoor seatings for both breakfast and dinner. You get everything you see and more!

It was so easy, I told Jo I was not tech savvy, and she assured me I had made the booking right, Jo helped us with information about Ubers, the cottage was very fancy and very clean. We were there for a wedding, if we are that way again, we will go back for sure, just lovely.
