Abian view house

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Abian view. L’emplacement est proche du centre de Sidemen avec une super vue sur les rizières. Kadek est un hôte génial qui fait tout pour que nous passions un super moment, il nous a expliqué de nombreuses choses sur la culture balinaise et nous a aidé à organiser nos transferts, la location de scooter et des activités ! On vous le recommande vivement !

Abian view house is a new guest house and a really hidden gem in Sideman. Room was very clean and big, it had very nice open bathroom, but the most fascinating was a view. Guest house is on a hill with spectacular views of a rice terrace, wich you can admire from terrace where they serve delicious breakfast with a very good coffee. Owners are very warm and friendly and always try their best to fulfill your needs. They rent a scooters, which you need, if you stay in a guest house to explore Sideman. I really liked to stay in Abian view house and if one day I come back to Sideman, I will surely stay here again.It's not really a problem, but be aware that room and bathroom is open, so geckos can come in a room and can be loud at night and the road to the guest house is very narrow and through the jungle, but owners drives suitcases in a motorbike, so it's not a problem. But over-all this all has it's own charm, because you're really in touch with nature and you have peace to really relax and I don't have nothing bad to say, because everything was extraordinary.

Car pick up can’t locate

Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno a Sidemen, in questo vero e proprio angolo di paradiso! L’alloggio è pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Il letto è davvero enorme e in camera c’è anche un piccolo frigorifero, molto comodo. Ma il vero punto forte è la vista: il panorama sulle risaie e sul Gunung Agung è semplicemente spettacolare. Gli host, Putu e Kadek, sono gentilissimi, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutare. Mettono inoltre a disposizione il servizio di noleggio scooter e di trasporto, davvero molto comodo per esplorare la zona. E poi le colazioni, davvero ottime! Spero di tornare presto a Bali e, soprattutto, di poter soggiornare nuovamente in questo posto meraviglioso!

La stanza è molto grande e accogliente, ha una zanzariera intorno al letto (il che è utile per chi come me viene punto spesso dalle zanzare!), e il letto matrimoniale è gigantesco! Ha un portico coperto meraviglioso per osservare la natura, e il bagno è molto caratteristico, all'aperto. Ha una vista bellissima sulle risaie, e la colazione viene servita su un terrazzo con lo stesso panorama. Non è proprio in centro, ma consigliatissimo.

L'unico appunto è sulla doccia, perché è scoperta e quando piove è un po' scomodo, ma d'estate non è un problema!

Posesja na której znajdują się miejsce noclegowe jest naprawdę ładna. Jest dużo zieleni. Obecność tylko dwóch domków zapewnia komfort i prywatność. Z tarasu na którym je się śniadania rozpościera sie cuuuudowny widok. Pokój jest naprawde duży. Nie brakuje w nim miejsca do przechowywania rzeczy. Łóżko jest bardzo wygodne. Łazienka z otwartym dachem to ciekawa opcja. W pokoju dostępny barek z napojami. Czystość na wysokim poziomie. Właściciele to naprawde mili i serdeczni ludzie.

C’était vraiment génial, la chambre est très propre et spacieuse, la salle de bain en plein air est exceptionnelle, la vue depuis le petit dejeuner est magnifique. La gentillesse de l’hôte ne nous a pas laissé indifférent. Je vous recommande 100fois de passer votre séjour là bas.

Logement spacieux, très propre, bien équipé (très bonne literie notamment). Le couple d’hôtes est charmant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et l’environnement très verdoyant. Mention spéciale aux délicieux pancakes servis au petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse surplombant les rizières. Nous recommandons vivement !

10/10 stay! Charming room with a comfy bed, outdoor shower, and beautiful extra touches. Stunning views from the balcony and breakfast area, and the included breakfast was delicious. The hosts are so warm and welcoming, helping us out with scooter rentals and transit. Definitely choose this place to support a wonderful local family instead of a big resort!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette guesthouse. La vue est tout simplement à couper le souffle et la chambre est spacieuse et très agréable, avec une literie particulièrement confortable. Nous n’y avons passé qu’une seule nuit, mais l’endroit se prête parfaitement à un séjour de plusieurs jours. Nous aurions volontiers prolongé notre séjour pour profiter davantage du cadre et de la tranquillité des lieux.

Le principal point négatif concerne l’accès à la guesthouse. Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver l’emplacement, notamment parce que le chemin qui devait nous y mener était fermé. Après avoir essayé de contacter les gérants à plusieurs reprises, ils nous ont finalement indiqué qu’il fallait se rendre à l’emplacement d’un autre hôtel afin de pouvoir accéder à la guesthouse. Ce manque d’informations en amont nous a fait perdre pas mal de temps à notre arrivée, et nous avons finalement dû compter sur l’aide de locaux pour nous orienter. Nous aurions apprécié que les indications d’accès soient communiquées plus clairement avant notre arrivée.

La ragazza che ci ha accolto è di una gentilezza incredibile e molto solare e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Ottima la colazione con vista sulle risaie e colazione abbondante e sufficiente ottimi pancakes. Possibilità di noleggio scooter, necessari per spostarsi. Bellissimo giardino, tutto molto curato. Camera spaziosa e pulita.

Solo nos quedamos una noche y la verdad que todo fue excelente, la atención del personal, la habitación, la limpieza etc

Si tengo que poner un pero diría, que es necesario que haya alguien próximo al alojamiento por si como en nuestro caso surge algún imprevisto se pueda solucionar. Ya que una de las habitaciones no tenía agua caliente y nos tuvimos que resolver por nuestra cuenta.

Das Homestay ist wirklich unfassbar schön und sehr komfortabel. Es gibt nur 2 Häuser in denen Gäste untergebracht werden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und immer bemüht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir haben sehr gute Tipps erhalten, um einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu erleben. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war der Trip zum Mount Batur. Vielen Dank für dieses Erlebnis und die Organisation. Über die Unterkunft kann man auch direkt einen Scooter ausleihen, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Si possible peut être avoir plus de pression dans le pommeau de la douche et l'eau un peu plus chaude.

Le personnel est serviable et très aimable, la chambre est assez grande, c'est très calme.

Il n'y a pas grand chose a proximité pour se promener en tant que touriste (autre que des warung).

La tranquillité, le grand lit très confortable, la chambre spacieuse,la salle de bain semi ouverte, la propreté, les petits déjeuners, le jardin, les offrandes, la salle en plein air du petit déjeuner vue sur le mont agung. Aucun bruit vous êtes réveillés tranquillement le matin par les oiseaux qui chantent doucement et bien sûr nos hôtes avec leur sourire, leur bonne humeur, et leur discrétion. Vous aurez compris que cet endroit a été notre coup de cœur. Un vrai joyaux dans la nature. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Bárkinek ajánlanám ezt a szállást. A hely csodás, Putu és a férje csodálatos emberek. Csupa kedvesség. Látszik hogy szívvel lélekkel teszik a dolgukat. A képek és a leírás alapján sokkal távolabbi és csendesebb helyre számítottam, de így is tökéletes volt. Bármikor visszamennék.

Las vistas y la habitación son espectaculares y nos ayudaron muchísimo con los traslados desde Ubud y hacia el aeropuerto y el alquiler de moto! El desayuno riquísimo también, recomiendo los pancakes de plátano

The property was clean, in very good condition and comfortable. The view of the rice terraces from breakfast was unreal. The staff were very accommodating and we were very well taken care of. The banana pancakes were delicious and the hosts even gave us breakfast to go (outside of breakfast hours) as we had to leave early. Hosts went above and beyond for us and we loved our stay.

Dit is echt een stukje paradijs op aarde. Er zijn maar twee huisjes, gelegen in een prachtige tuin met fantastische uitzicht. Hier hoor je niets anders dan krekels en vogels; geen verkeer, geen muziek etcetera. De kamer was ruim, zeer schoon en met een heerlijk groot bed. Een douche was lekker warm en had een fantastische sfeer doordat hij deels in de buitenlucht is, gedecoreerd met planten. Ontbijten met een potje heerlijke koffie en dat uitzicht, was een fantastische start van de dag.

This place was absolutely amazing. The room is very clean and spacious with great air conditioning. The property is picturesque and calming with views of the rice fields from the porch. Our hosts were also very friendly and welcoming! Breakfast every morning was delicious and the views made it even better. The location is great as well, as it’s only a few minutes walk from town. Highly recommend staying here!

Un super séjour chez des hôtes d'une gentillesse et d'une humanité incroyable. Je recommande à 300% .Le logement est encore plus magnifique en vrai que sur les photos. Et que dire de la vue, elle est incroyable. Le logement est au calme et aucun bruit. Nous avons même eu la chance de voir des lucioles la nuit. Petite marche de 25 minutes pour arriver au terrasse et cela vaut le coup. Le hasard a fait que mes 51 ans étaient ici et je ne pourrais pas les oublier.. Merci à cette famille incroyable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The couple that owned the property,Putu and Kadek went out out of their way to make our three day stay enjoyable. They even arranged ladies to come and give us massages, which meant they had to set up our room for it. One evening Kadek went into town and picked up an order of food for us which was so kind of him. The property is a hidden gem, so beautiful and peaceful. Each morning we were given a home cooked breakfast. We would highly recommend staying at this property..

Pour couronner le tout, un délicieux petit déjeuner complet avec vue panoramique sur la vallée et le Mont Agung. Possibilité de louer un scooter sur place. Une excellente adresse !

The accommodation is run by a lovely and hardworking couple who are very kind and welcoming. When you’re having breakfast, you can see the splendid view of the volcano standing over the terrace. The breakfast was delicious, I loved the banana pancake, toast with pineapple sauce, and fresh mixed juice. Our room was spotless and comfortable, opening up to a lush, peaceful garden at our doorstep. Plus, you can rent a scooter here at a fair price.

The access road to the accommodation is still under construction and can be a bit bumpy.

Wat een uitzicht! Ook de kamer is super mooi, schoon, sfeervol en comfortabel. Mooie badkamer en de hosts zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt wordt vers voor je gemaakt en is heerlijk :) Pareltje! En dat voor een hele mooie prijs ook nog! Wat handig is om te weten is dat Google de ingang nog via een soort bospaadje stuurt maar er is ondertussen een weg aangelegd zodat het nog makkelijker toegankelijk is. Ong 5 min lopen vanaf de hoofdweg.

A perfectly secluded quiet place. The houses are located really close to all the cafes and the village center but at the same time they are hidden inside from all the noise and action. So it is really peaceful there. And the view is to die for. You can hide from heat, listen to the rain or enjoy the sounds of nature sitting comfortably on your terrace. The hosts are very nice and welcoming, they will help you to get around and give you tips about the neighborhood. And feed you a nice fulfilling breakfast. It is a total bliss and I would definitely come back there for a jungle getaway.

Un des meilleurs établissements que nous ayons eu en Indonésie. Le cadre est idyllique avec une vue imprenable sur les rizières. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

Attention : le chemin pour y accéder peut être compliqué, les voitures ne peuvent pas y accéder. Le lieu n’est pas adapté pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

It’s a little slice of heaven! Beautiful nature view from the terrace, lovely traditional accommodation. We loved waking up to sounds of nature. We didn’t know at the time but this is the only guesthouse so there are no other people apart from hosts, who were lovely and attentive.

The room, the view, the hosts: all of them were just lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Kadek and his wife were so nice! Kadek gave me a tour through the rice terraces and drove me to the Besakih Temple and the Gembleng waterfall. He could tell me a lot about everything and helped me out whenever needed.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like, however, for those who are wondering: there is a new road to get to the house (across from restaurant Bali Maju). So the accessibility has definitely improved.

Dies ist eine aussergewöhnlich beeindruckende Unterkunft mitten in der Natur von Sidemen. Das inkludierte Frühstück ist an sich schon grossartig und dann noch der atemberaubenden Blick auf die Reisterassen. Diese Erfahrung wird mir unvergesslich bleiben und ich bin dankbar, diese Unterkunft mit den lieben Menschen dort gefunden zu haben !

El lugar es absolutamente increíble ! El silencio y la naturaleza dan una paz única y la hospitalidad y atención de sus dueños, Ketut y Putu, es inmejorable. La habitación es muy grande , súper cómoda,limpia y tiene de todo! Heladera/nevera con botellas de agua que reponen cada día, toallas, agua caliente, hervidor , té y café . El baño es precioso! Y el desayuno muy muy rico y abundante! Te lo sirve Putu con tanto amor y amabilidad! Realmente volvería a alojarme aquí mil veces más y lo recomiendo a todos los que visiten Sidemen. Una experiencia maravillosa!

Nada! Solo aclarar que la llegada en coche es hasta un punto que queda a unos 500 mts del hospedaje y luego hay que caminar por un entorno natural para llegar a él pero Ketut te espera a la llegada y te lleva el equipaje entonces caminar hasta el lugar es un paseo de disfrute y no molesta en absoluto. Para nosotros no fue un problema, al contrario, lo hemos disfrutado mucho.
