ממש על הנהר , מידי רועש . המארחים לא הראו גמישות , לא נתנו לנו תיק אין מאוחר אפילו בחצי שעה . צריך לשלם הרבה על חניה ( למרות שהחניה שם גדולה וריקה) לא מקבלים כרטיס לאטרקציות וצריך לשלם שם תוספת על מס עירוני

jedna ze dvou ložnic je přímo u hlavní silnice, kde je již brzy ráno provoz a ložnice je tedy hlučná a ráno nás hluk budil:-(

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026Location just steps from Giggijoch Bahn was perfect! Room and bathrooms were clean and warm. Kitchen was well appointed, everything available to make breakfast for our group. Parking in large garage was nice. Ski room in garage was clean, and not stinky (as some can be)
The trash in the kitchen was never emptied. We didn't have a lot, but it would have been nice have it removed daily.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026Top lokatie , aan de skilift en naast de après-ski bar zonder er last van te hebben . Mooi nieuwe appartement, met hele fijne bedden . Skiverhuur , parkeergarage en skibox onder het appartement.
De prijs is behoorlijk hoog zoals het meeste in Sölden maar dan zit je hier wel op een toplocatie.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026Instructie vooraf voor de sleutel was duidelijk. Modern ingericht. Gelijk bij de skilift, dit was ideaal. Eigen parkeergarage. Op de website stond dat je moet reserveren, niet gedaan, maar is niet nodig, was plek zat. Lift in het gebouw, was ook erg fijn. Bedden waren goed. Eigen kussen meegenomen, dat is wel een aanrader. Eigen ski depot, welke afgesloten is. Niet gehorig. Dicht bij het centrum.
Geen handleiding van de apparatuur of informatie in het appartement. Beperkt aantal handdoeken en deze werden maar af en toe gewisseld. Bij binnenkomst een brief waarin gelijk een dwingend bericht stond dat we binnen 24 uur voor parkeren en toeristenbelasting moesten betalen. €182,00 Waarom dit bedrag niet gelijk in de aanbetaling?

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The trash was taken out every day and the towels were changed. Convenient garage, comfortable bed, ski lift access nearby. Bus stop is also nearby. The room is well insulated, no street noise can be heard. Everything was great!
The only thing we didn't like was that the key card stopped working on the last day. This was inconvenient because while we were carrying our things to the car, someone had to stay in the room to prevent the door from locking.

Reviewed Dec 20, 2025O apto fica a 50m do lift principal e o aluguel dos esquis é na loja bem no térreo (com locker para armazenar no local) ou seja: impossível ser mais Ski in ski out que isso! Apto bem moderno limpo e conservado com quartos e banheiros bem amplos e confortáveis.
Estava tudo ótimo. Podia ter um secador de cabelo no apto.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025Lokalita blízko kabinové lanovky, ideální pro lyžaře. V pokoji vše potřebné, dalo se i přitopit krbem.
V pokoji byla k dispozici porcovaná káva (2ks) s kávovarem - ale chtít připlácet 1 euro za použití je myslím vzhledem k celkové ceně zbytečné a kazí to jinak celkový pozitivní dojem.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war perfekt! Somit gab es keine Probleme bei der Abholung der Schlüsselkarte. Tiefgaragenplätze sehr geräumig. Man muss nur beim Ausfahren aufpassen. Toll ist, dass die Unterkunft auch Kurzaufenthalte anbietet. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche.
Die Schuhheizer im Skidepot waren nicht eingeschaltet. Wir sind keine Freunde von Padmaschinen. Die Kaffeetasse wird erst nach dem zweiten Mal drücken voll. Viellicht ist die Wassermenge nicht nicht richtig eingestellt. Man muss nur beim Ausfahren aus der Tiefgarage aufpassen. Unsere Meinung: Ausfahrt hätte aufgrund der heutigen Größe von Autos etwas größer gebaut werden können. Zu zweit schafft man die Ausfahrt problemlos.

The underground garage is quite narrow and is paid for separately. I would suggest to add salt and pepper on the kitchen, it would be really convenient.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2025Very near to ski lifts, ski depot downstairs, lift in the house is comfy after skiing. I had the apa with fireplace, that was relaxing in the evening (electric but very authentic). Calm place, we slept very well. The cleaning lady passed by every day, it was nice. Close to the centre, we had nice walks in the city and nature around. Very beautiful ski resort. A lot of opportunities for bikes, rides for kids. Skiing was great, big choice of lifts and slopes. Even for little kids with less ski skills. We loved funslope, funcross and snowpark, kids have a fun there.
There was nothing that I can say.
