A little tricky to find at first, wish the rooms had a mini fridge to keep water and some snacks. However, neither of these would stop me from staying here again.

Un séjour exceptionnel au cœur de la Medina. Un accueil chaleureux, un personnel très à l’écoute, un confort des chambres. On ne peut pas rêver mieux. Mention spéciale à Ali qui nous a guidé tout au long du séjour sur les activités à faire à Marrakech. Je recommande !

The property is beautiful, immaculately kept and is perfectly located at a 2 minute walk from the Jemaa el-Fnaa square. The property only has 9 rooms so it is never busy and is an oasis of calm amongst the chaotic square outside. The Staff are lovely and every detail has been thought about. Breakfast is divine.

We genuinely loved everything about the property and the Staff. One small thing, as a female, that would have made the rooms slightly better is a chair and surface where I could do my hair and make up in the main bedroom, but that is the only thing. It certainly didn’t spoil my stay. Everything was amazing and we would definitely return if we came back to Marrakech.

En este caso, nuestra experiencia fue algo decepcionante, especialmente teniendo en cuenta el precio de 1.600 dírhams. Tuvimos la sensación de que las chicas no eran muy profesionales, hubo bastantes parones largos entre los tratamientos y, durante los masajes, hablaban continuamente entre ellas. El hammam tampoco nos pareció muy completo y, en general, esperábamos una experiencia mucho más cuidada y profesional por el precio pagado. Great location for the medina and souks The riad is BEAUTIFUL and if you’re looking for a place that aesthetically pleasing this is the place The rooms are air-conditioned , very clean and the bed is so comfy the decor and the whole aesthetic of the Riad is beautiful The spa and hamman is good value for money and very quick to book can book few hours in advance The staff are super friendly and helpful and made us feel safe during our stay ** if it’s your first time here I’d pack light or check in / check out earlier times or prepare to travel by foot for 10 mins through the busy medina with luggage but during certain early hours of morning taxis can drop off closer to the Riad **

If you’re booking on booking.com and think the balance just gets settled at the end of the stay with the card you booked with , just be wary as we wanted to pay credit card and it was very frowned upon, I didn’t pre empt to bring cash to pay for accoms as I’ve always used CC and we was told it’s fine to pay cc and not to worry and then at the end it was forgotten about and then was abit funny because we refused to pay cash/ bank transfer we wanted to use credit card .. just something to bare in mind not a huge issue but just a caution for others

Une très belle expérience du début à la fin. Et surtout, un immense merci à Hamid pour sa gentillesse, sa générosité et toutes ses attentions qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away on a peaceful street, right in the heart of the Medina—the location couldn't be better. The rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated, and the shower was fantastic with great water pressure and fast drainage, which can be hard to find! Special thanks to Hamid, who went out of his way to help us with car arrangements and introduced us to local Arabic culture and language. His warmth made our trip truly unforgettable. Tutto lo staff è stato estremamente gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, la camera era impeccabilmente pulita e molto confortevole. Il cibo è stato davvero eccellente, con piatti gustosi e preparati con grande attenzione. L’atmosfera del riad è rilassante e autentica, ideale per vivere al meglio il soggiorno a Marrakech. Un sincero ringraziamento a tutto il personale per la professionalità e la calorosa ospitalità. Everything about this Riad was perfect. The staff, Hamid and Mohammed were so so helpful and went out of their way multiple times. It was so clean, so gorgeous inside and we have no issues / complaints. The Riad is in a good central location, it’s so close to the square and the walk there is incredibly safe. Mohammed / Hamid even walked to get us when we’d come back late. 10/10, would recommend.

The staff were very warm and welcoming especially Hamid who went above and beyond to make stay so wonderful. The road was very clean and our rooms were cleaned very well every day. The location was central and we could walk into the souks. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Our first time in Marrakesh and we didn't know what to expect. The Riad was an oasis in the middle all all the chaos. We had the Sultan spa when we arrived and it was brilliant, the rooms were spotless and the beds comfy. We loved chilling by the pool in the afternoon as it was 47deg and was o much cooler in the Riad. The location was amazing too, just a mins walk to the main square. I would defo go again. We had a very late flight and we were invited to stay and use the Riad facilities (at no further charge) until our departure. Breakfast each morning was also very good.

The AC struggled in the room, but this was mainly due to it being so hot outside.

Perfect riad in the heart of the busy market! The room was big, and beds comfortable. Breakfast was exceptionally amazing too (orange juice so fresh)! Shoutout to the amazing staff, especially the receptionist host for taking care of us so well. He even offered to push our luggages out to the main square so we would find our way. Really such an amazing stay, and can’t thank the staff enough for making our trip great! We’ll definitely book to stay here if we ever visit Marrakesh again.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war außergewöhnlich und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Auch die Lage ist einfach top und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir würden das Riad jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

If you're looking for a Riad to properly experience Marrakesh, we highly recommend this one! We were collected from the airport, and a porter helped us take our baggage to the Riad and navigate the streets. We were then greeted by Hamid, who took the bags to our room and offered a fresh mint tea sitting by the pool in the courtyard. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and escaping the noise and chaos. Morocco were playing the World Cup while we were there, which was being played on the big screens nearby in the square and we didn't hear a thing! On our last day we had a Hammam, Massage, and Facial. It was lovely. We couldn't recommend this place more.

Un merci particulier à Amide qui a été très serviable, souriant et de bons conseils. Accueillis par Amide avec un thé à la menthe et des biscuits, au bord de la piscine. Emplacement à 1 minute à pied des souks et de la place Jamal El Fna. Petit-déjeuner maison servi sur la terrasse, sur les toits. Riad décoré avec goût dans les tons sable-blanc. Piscine ombragée très agréable. Cadre idyllique : rien ne laisse présager ce cadre depuis la petite rue toute simple. Odeur de fleurs d’oranger dans tout le Riad tellement agréable.

Our room was on the bottom floor so people were often checking in or out, or hanging out by the pool outside our windows. Shower overflowed first day until we got the hang of it.

Really great Riah just off the main square in Marrakesh. Lovely staff who were very friendly and helpful. Perfect spot to come back to after a few hectic hours in the souks! Lovely small plunge pool with seating around it and a nice rooftop area.

Un petit mot suite à notre séjour dans ce merveilleux Riad entre amies. La propreté du lieu, les endroits soignés avec des odeurs agréables, les petits déjeuner délicieux, les massages géniaux et bien entendu la magnifique piscine étaient aux rendez vous ! Nous tenons sincèrement à remercier tout le personnel pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance, plus particulièrement Hamid qui est venu nous chercher à pied du taxi jusqu’à notre Riad pour récupérer nos valises. Soggiorno eccellente, colazione ottima e struttura situata in una posizione perfetta. Tutto era impeccabilmente pulito e ben organizzato. Un elogio speciale va però allo staff, che ha dimostrato una professionalità e un'umanità davvero straordinarie. Durante la nostra permanenza, uno di noi ha avuto un malore a causa del forte caldo mentre stavamo andando a prendere un taxi. Il personale è intervenuto immediatamente, gestendo la situazione in modo impeccabile: ci ha raggiunti, assistiti, accompagnati nuovamente in hotel e si è preso cura di noi con grande attenzione. Non solo: dopo averci assistito, si sono occupati di contattare l’hotel successivo in cui avremmo dovuto soggiornare, gestendo ogni dettaglio del trasferimento. Ci hanno anche procurato un tuk-tuk e sono rimasti con noi fino all’arrivo del nostro transfer diretto alla struttura nel deserto. Un servizio ben oltre ogni aspettativa. Uno staff davvero speciale che ci ha fatto sentire al sicuro e accolti in ogni momento. Viva il popolo marocchino per la sua ospitalità, gentilezza e generosità.

Just returned from Marrakech and spent my last night in Maison Dar Saada after returning from hiking in the Atlas Mountains - it was just what I needed! A bit of luxury and comfort. Staying on my own, from the moment I arrived Hamid made me feel welcome and safe. The orange blossom smell throughout the riad is incredible, and the mint tea and Moroccan biscuits on arrival was a lovely touch and when I was shown to my room - wow! Beautiful decor, very clean and a really good size. Bathroom was gorgeous and lovely scented toiletries provided. I had massage in the afternoon, laid by the pool and ordered some lunch. You won't want to leave this riad! I stayed in a few different riads and this location was best - central, but peaceful and quiet on a safe, clean street. I found it easy to find. Breakfast the next morning on the rooftop was wonderful - a good selection, served by friendly staff. Hamid booked and walked me to the taxi the next day, carrying my luggage - he couldn't have done enough, and I really look forward to my next visit.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté de l’établissement, la literie très confortable ainsi que le petit déjeuner qui était excellent et varié. Le personnel était accueillant, attentionné et toujours disponible. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement quelques minutes de la place Jemaa el-Fnaa, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied.

Quelques points négatifs tout de même : les taxis peuvent accéder au riad uniquement entre 6h et 10h. En dehors de ces horaires, il faut être déposé près de la place Jemaa el-Fnaa puis marcher environ 10 minutes, ce qui est peu pratique avec des valises. Le riad est également assez mal insonorisé : on entend les allées et venues des autres clients, notamment les portes qui s’ouvrent et se ferment. Nous avons aussi été surpris que l’eau servie au petit déjeuner soit facturée sans que cela ne soit précisé à l’avance. De plus, une seule bouteille d’eau était mise à disposition dans la chambre pour tout le séjour alors que l’eau du robinet n’est pas potable. Autre point à noter : des frais supplémentaires de 3,5 % sont appliqués en cas de paiement par carte bancaire directement auprès de l’établissement. Nous n’avions pas été informés de cela lors de la réservation sur Booking.com. Aucun frais en revanche pour un paiement en espèces.

La chambre est vraiment très Belle et spacieuse

красивый уютный риад в центре медины, от площади три минуты. отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал. поющие весь день птицы. такой островок спокойствия в центре города. в номере был коврик для йоги, что приятно.

Maison Daar Sada in Marrakech is an absolutely magical place ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the atmosphere of this beautiful riad. The design is stunning — authentic Moroccan style mixed with elegance, warmth, and incredible attention to detail. Every corner feels unique and full of charm. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and created the perfect place to relax after exploring Marrakech. The whole property has such a peaceful and intimate vibe that makes you feel truly special. The service was exceptional — everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The staff made us feel at home from the very first moment and were always ready to help with anything we needed. This place made our stay in Marrakech unforgettable. A true hidden gem with amazing atmosphere, beautiful interiors, and wonderful people ❤️

Location and RIAD were fantastic. Such lovely's styling and gorgeous little birds visiting. We Loved the pool and had a good Hammam and amazingly good massage. Food was also good.

Unfortunately the accommodation was impossible to enjoy due to Loud maintenance being carried out while we were there. I booked 1 night only as a birthday treat for my daughter and was so disappointed with the hammering, drilling and banging going on. We were not warned of this and when I mentioned it I was told the work/noise was about to stop, which it did not.

The property was so aesthetically pleasing, staff were super helpful, particularly Hamid who arranged our taxi back to the airport and walked us to meet it. The location is perfect … round the corner from the main square and not too far into the medina that you are wondering around with your suitcase for ages, but still close enough for you everything to be in walking distance and get a great experience. Breakfast was amazing
