Bien pour quelques jours, la salle de bain est un peu petite mais je le savais déjà avant de venir dans cette établissement ce qui ne m’a pas dérangé. Le personnel est sympa. Le est un peu dure mais si vous restez quelques jours ce n’est pas très dérangeant. Il y a plusieurs restaurant, métro et bus limousine à côté ce qui est bien.

La cuisine n’est pas très propre, ce qui nous donne pas envie de cuisiner.

Never got in there. The guy wanted me to go thru all these changes before he would let me in. I followed the directions, then he wanted more money. I cancelled and got a refund

Realmente no volvería aquí, cuando llegué realmente pensé "¿a dónde vine a meterme?" porque al menos en las fotos se veía agradable. La cocina es compartida y no tengo problema con eso sino que realmente estaba en pésimas condiciones y muy sucio; la habitación también estaba algo sucia, el baño olía mucho a moho, los mueble estaban muy gastados y la cereza del pastel fue ver una cucaracha cuando iba a entrar a mi habitación :( Soy consciente que por lo que pagué no esperaba ver muebles de lujo ni nada por el estilo pero mínimo sí deberían de mantener sus instalaciones limpias y en buen estado. El hotel está en una calle donde son puros restaurantes y los mismos restaurantes al sacar su basura y desperdicio hacía que oliera feo. Para el transporte público tienes que caminar como 10 min para llegar a la estación del metro de la línea 2.

Clean and comfortable, amazing price considering you get your own private room and bathroom. Owner is very helpful and responsive on messages. Pretty good location, 5 min walk to subway and from there you can easily access everywhere. Out of the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas but if you don't mind going on the subway everywhere then the location is good.

The bathroom is really tiny, you basically shower over the top of the toilet, but you get used to it :)

Die Küche war extrem dreckig, alles klebte und der Mülleimer lief über. Der Wasserspender war eklig versifft( schimmelig) .Es dauerte oft zwei bis drei Tage ehe jemand saubermachte, man bekam auch keine neuen Handtücher.

Everything, never had a worst experience. The owner told me that for the first night he couldn’t give me the room because another customer had damaged the toilets, and he took the freedom of booking a place in a completely crappy and rundown motel, I still had to pay full price +10% cause I paid by card. I was coming out of 13h flight I just wanted to sleep so I didn’t argue that much and that’s on me, but I feel scammed. He should have refunded me at least the first night and recommend me a place, but not book a place for me and tell me that I should stay there because he already paid. Btw, he also told me that the room he paid for was more expensive than his place, which is true, but at this crappy motel, there was no AC, hair and dust everywhere, the sink was leaking, stains. Like, come on. When I got the room for my two other nights, it looked completely different from the pictures. It was more of a prison cell rather than a cosy little hostel room. Bathroom was so small I couldn’t sit facing front, and I’m not that tall.

水周り: こういうタイプのお部屋は下水の匂いがするイメージだったんですが匂いは全く気になりませんでした！シャワーはお湯もしっかり出ました！水圧は若干弱いですが、洗うには十分です。水がトイレにかからないようにシャワーを浴びるのは無理なので、トイレットペーパーは外に保管するのが良さそうです。トイレには一度に大量でなければペーパーも流して良いとのことでした。 換気:トイレの電気とセットです。シャワー後数時間ドアを開けて換気していれば床はだいたい乾いていました。 防音: 階段を上がる音はハッキリ聞こえましたが、それ以外はとても静かでした。 アメニティ等: ドライヤー、ハンガー5個ほど、ハンドソープ、ボディソープ、シャンプー、電気毛布 タオルはフェイスタオルサイズのものが2枚あり、厚めのしっかりした生地感でした。 交通:2号線沿いなのでどこに行くにも比較的便利でした！

テレビ？モニター？があると書かれていましたが実際の部屋にはありませんでした。 ゴミ箱がないので、都度１階のゴミ箱に捨てるか自分で袋を用意しておくと良さそうです。

Расположен во дворе, поэтому относительно тихо. В двух шагах супермаркет, много кафешек, станция метро в 5-7 минутах ходьбы. В комнате есть все необходимое: душ, туалет, холодильник, стол, стул, телевизор (ни разу не включала), кровать, полотенца, мыло, шампунь, гель для душа, туалетная бумага, кондиционер. Я целыми днями ездила по городу, поэтому мне нужно было поспать и помыться, и данный вид размещения удовлетворил эти мои потребности.

Someone tried to open my room at mid night , that was scary me and tbh...ruined my trip with this place

Kiedy leciałem samolotem, dostałem informację, że nie ma mojego pokoju z powodu „remontu”, wić wylądowałem nie mając gdzie się zatrzymać. Po chwili kłótni z właścicielem przez Kakao Talk, zobowiązał się zarezerwować mi inny pokój w pobliżu, czekałem na niego ponad 2h, po czym zaprowadził mnie w jakieś podejrzane i szemrane miejsce, którego nie ma nigdzie na mapach Google jako hostelu, ani na booking.com, płatność tylko gotówką i stara Pani nie mówiąca po angielsku. Pokoje z drzwiami akordeonowymi bez bezpiecznego zamknięcia, zacieki na ścianach i rozpadające się meble. Nie skorzystałem, straciłem przez to wszystko 4 godziny i zarezerwowałem gdzieś indziej. Na koniec właściciel namawiał mnie, żebym anulował swój pobyt (zgodnie z zasadami booking.com, w takiej sytuacji musiałbym mu zapłacić mimo wszystko i nie byłoby to z jego winy).

To, że nawet go nie zobaczyłem i straciłem 4 godziny z pierwszego dnia pobytu oraz najadłem się niepotrzebnego stresu.

Staff is very helpful and nice. Also I appreciate warm bed. They have kitchen so I cooked some tasty meals. They also offer you washing services. Very good value for money. Recommended.

The accommodation is a form of officetel and has everything you need - a bed, mini fridge, a TV, a desk/chair, a hair dryer, and a mini toilet. The location is great - near to the train station and have many restaurants nearby. There's also this river nearby (I forgot the name) that people go to to exercise and socialise and play sports.

The place is totally cramp and some people may not like it, even using the toilet is extremely uncomfortable because the lack of space makes it hard to sit and your head will probably hit the glass in front of you. There isn't bedsheet nor pillowcase provided; When I enquired, I was told that the thin disposable pillow protector and the thin disposable bedsheet protector is the pillow case and bedsheet! No bath towels either - only two small hand towels. Not much space to hang dry your clothes after washing, especially if you do not have any hangers with you. I found many other better officetels online for the same price later on.

This is my first bad review on here and it is earned rightly so. I have waited a month before I made this review because I wanted to be clear before I sat down and typed it all out. To start with : Clearly the pictures that have been used for the place I stayed in were taken from another unit in the apartment, I get in and there's no sanitary bin so that takes out 50% of the population that can stay in this unit right there. There was communal trash in the shared kitchen area but no woman wants to be throwing that sort of private stuff away in a communal bin that everyone can see. I booked to stay here 3-4 days after the first night I heard my door code being attempted I shouted loudly 하지 마 아니요. Also in english Multiple times clearly and right next to the door. This would prompt the person getting in to stop and double check why the person inside might not want anyone to be barging through. The door was successfully opened and left ajar. I closed this. I received a message from the host apologizing for the mistake and it was miscommunication from the staff and them which I was willing to accept and I replied that I can understand they got the wrong check out date of another tenant or something and that I accepted the apology. This however as a solo woman then puts you on high alert. I made sure not to play anything like music for sake of the other tenants and so I could hear if that was to happen again. 3 hours go by of the same day, I put on my headphones wanting to relax a bit and listen to 2 songs which can be around maybe 6 minutes. I hear a quiet by subsequent tapping. I take off my headphones and play my music out loud and clearly so if anyone was just tapping at my door it would deter them from doing so again. I then start hearing the code of the door being entered again, again shouting in english and Korean for them to stop. Then proceeded to open the door seeing me and closing the door.

The host messaged me saying it was them who opened the door and they were wanting to apologize for earlier didn't hear an answer from inside so opened the door. The entry and exit of that room is for the person that's paid to stay there, the host forfeits that right to do so when a guest is there unless in great emergency. This was a direct misuse of your power in the property, this made me greatly fearful of who at any given time believed they could now walk in and I still had days left in this property. To be declined for a refund unless I left with immediate effect. This was late at this point and couldn't find another stay, I had to stay the nights I had booked, scared and could not relax at all.

walking distance to trains and buses. Lots of places to eat. Also Airport limousine was close by to and from the Incheon airport. As I found out myself walking around. Good clean bathroom and toilet. Quite small it’s okay

Wifi not working properly was frustrating. There was no TV provided. It was detailed in my booking. Asked the host answered still no TV. Wifi He did help as much as possible. I felt it was the bad connection and reception from the place. Kept loading and losing the connection A lot of smokers around the area especially at night just to let you know. If you’re a non smoker like me.

Была в мае. Всё очень понравилось. Вежливый персонал. Рассказал как подключить вай-фай, код от входной двери. Было чисто в номере и коридоре. Расположение удобное. Рядом метро и много кафе и магазинов. Обязательно сделаю бронь в следующий раз.

In cucina non c'era neanche un coltello e mi sono trovata in difficolta' nel momento i cui avevo bisogno di tagliare del cibo.

Уже второй раз останавливаюсь здесь, первый раз - в апреле. Расположение прекрасное - рядом круговая ветка метро и автобусная остановка в разные части города. Вокруг много заведений питания и кофейни. 5 минут до остановки автобуса в аэропорт Инчон. На первом этаже кухня с холодильником, водой, стиральной машинкой.

the stay was great! it was nice and cozy

The property was clean, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The room was small (good for one), comfortable, and the staff were friendly throughout my stay. Collin, the manager, was really nice and accommodated my requests, which made the experience even better. There are also some nice restaurants and bars nearby, mostly visited by locals, which gave the area a more authentic vibe.

Getting to the city center took a few more stops than expected, so travel time was slightly longer.

I really enjoyed my stay. Yes, it’s compact. Yes, it’s a bit far from central Seoul. But I thought the room was great. Really liked some of little details like have a couple of hangers and a railing to hang clothes. I think the check-in / interaction with the enters could be a little more personal. But doesn’t really matter. Great links with public transport too. I recommend getting the metro from / to the airport - much more economical than the bus and quicker (maybe traffic was just bad for me).

Interaction with owners could have been a little more personal, but don’t spoil the experience overall.

La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. No estaba excesivamente limpio pero por lo que pagas tampoco hay que esperarse ningun lujo. El chico que lleva los alojamientos es muy simpatico y resolutivo, responde al momento. La habitacion donde estaba olia un poco a tuberías del baño, asi que le pedi que me cambiara y lo hizo sin dudarlo.

Las instalaciones comunes si que estaban bastante sucias, sobre todo la cocina. A mi me dio igual porque no cociné pero es importante tenerlo en cuenta si quieres usar la cocina.

Эта комната может показаться маленькой для тех кто привык к отелям три звезды, комната выглядит не такой как на фото, она меньше. Одежда висит над кроватью. Трудно переключить кран на душ. Этот район где находится хостел может понравиться не всем, там много корейских ресторанов с людьми которые курят на пороге, бросают сигареты на порог. Стиральная машина есть но где сушить бельё во влажном климате я так и не понял.

The room was good for the price with well working AC. The staff was very nice and let me check in early at 12:00. You can also leave your luggage under the stair before check-in which is very helpful. You get a kitchen you can use. The room also has a hair drier which was nice. Overall good value for money.

There were a lot of little bugs in the room, maybe because I was situated on the ground floor. No towel was provided.

The owner was very kind and responded quickly on Kakaotalk. I found the location easily to find and there are plenty of shops nearby. the bus and metro are nearby. I had a great time there. I would definitely come back.

Basic comfy. Convenient for a solo traveler who will just need a place to sleep, bathe and change clothes for spending most of the day for exploration. Compact space but yoga and plyometrics can still be done inside the unit. Location is very convenient as it`s near the metro and surrounded by eating places and coffee shops. Wifi is fast.

I was aware of the amenities based on the photos and the comments of previous guests. It is as stated.
