Shilla Stay Guro - Guro Digital Complex Station

Clean, tidy with nice staff Enjoyed breakfast

I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and the staff were very kind and allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. I really love the atmosphere of the hotel, and the location is very convenient, with the subway station nearby. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. This was already my third time staying here, and I would definitely come back again!

Pokojová služba nám každý den donesla čisté ručníky a i když jsme bylio pryč jenom hodinu, stihla mezitím úklidit v pokoji :)

Snídaní jsme neměli v ceně, byli jsme jednou během našeho ubytování a nestálo to za to, takže jsme byli rádi, že jsme si ji nezaplatili předem.

BeenThe welcome front desk staff. They made a huge difference on our stay. Both Lenny and Coco were great to explain in depth detail of the hotel. I truly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Excellent Customer Support and Service. Thank you for having us stay in this Excellent Hotel. Joseph Lorenzo Seattle, WA

No Complains

The location of it is great! Very close to the underground station. As well as convenience stores and cafes. The way to the hotel a breeze and it’s facing the main street so it’s easy to spot!

Nothing really. Everything was really good. We had a pleasant stay.

Location and cleanliness

A little small sized for a family room. The air conditioner was not functioning well (went upto 26.5 degrees C), I had to call up the engineer several times. Breakfast timing can be extended to 10am on weekdays too, for the convenience of a tourist :)

Ihana hotelli. Mukava palvelu.

Small disappointment, when we first entered our allocated room I went to use the toilet and found whatever it was in the toilet not flushed… Rest of the room and overall the tidiness was good.

The toilet not flushed bit

Wir immer liebevolles Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück (superpreis). Top Lage. Man erreicht einfach alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Seoul innerhalb 30 Minuten

Clean and great location

For the past two nights we had a very pleasant experience staying at the hotel. All the staffs were very friendly and considerate. Would recommend 10/10!!

To WC by si zasloužilo vlasní recenzi. ;-)

Nic mne nenapadá.

Konumu güzel

Odaları çok küçük. Temizlik yeterli değil.

We had a really great stay! The breakfast was excellent – there is a gentleman making a very good omelet and another chef preparing a delicious broth where you can add ingredients of your choice. The staff was super friendly. I especially want to highlight the gentleman who greeted us and checked our room number at the breakfast entrance – he was incredibly pleasant and the best! The hotel is very close to the subway, and Line 2 basically gets you everywhere you need to go. The neighborhood itself is very local and authentic, with great prices compared to touristy areas. We also had a really nice view from our room, and having a currency exchange kiosk machine downstairs in the lobby was very convenient.

The soundproofing could be much better. You can hear the noise from the subway even up on the 20th floor, so the window sealing probably isn't the best, and the walls between rooms seem quite thin. The gym is also really tiny. Additionally, while the subway connection is great, the hotel is not located in the city center – you should expect at least a 20-minute subway ride to reach the main attractions.

The breakfast buffet was really great. You can enjoy a lot of kinds of foods there. And the hospitality was also great. During our stay, my daughter, who is in Korea now as an exchange student, wanted to stay with us and we talked to hotel staff and they kindly serve the room with the best price even though we asked them at the last minute, like 22:00 o'clock. They were so kind and generous.

The facility was old, and cleanliness was not so good. Though, I think location and the quality of breakfast buffet covers their bad side.

I loved everything and everyone was so nice

There was nothing to dislike

Nahe zur U-Bahn, hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr sauberes Zimmer.

Nichts

Potrawy z kuchni koreańskiej i europejskiej - każdy znalazł coś dla siebie. Pyszna kawa. Wszystko bardzo smaczne i pięknie podane. Personel w recepcji i restauracji pomocny w każdej sytuacji. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane, ręczniki wymieniane codziennie, środki do mycia w dużych ilościach i niezłej jakości: szampon, odżywka, żel do mycia i balsam do ciała, nie trzeba brać swoich. Suszarka bardzo dobra. Łózka bardzo wygodne. Do metra i autobusu blisko, 5 minut spacerkiem, do centrum ok 30 minut metrem. Widok z naszych okien przepiękny! Według nas wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Polecam bez wyrzutów :) Opuszczałam hotel z żalem.

nie mam zastrzeżeń

The staff was super friendly and very accomodating

Floor carpet

Veldig sentralt, veldig hyggelige ansatte!

Frokostbuffet hadde litt lite utvalg, men god kvalitet.

Friendly & helpful staff, special thanks to Sophie

I travelled with my family, and our stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff was very accommodating. We could travel to the main attractions easily using the metro line 2, which is easily accessible from the hotel.

We could not find a room for 4 people in this hotel. The hotel staff tried to give us the best possible room, but almost all rooms are same size and they have at most three beds in a room. Also, the location is a bit far from main attractions, so it takes a bit of time to get there by metro but for a city like Seoul, it is unavoidable.

Good location, close to subway and lots of restaurants! Clean, comfy, nice staff!

We loved the service. Their receptionists Sophia and Ella helped a lot in making our stay comfortable. Will definitely come back to stay at Shilla again next time.

Their amenities could accommodate two people in a room better, like toiletries.
