besonders ungewöhnlich ist das höfliche und aufmerksame Personal. "Der Fisch fängt eben am Kopf an mit Stinken", der Chef und seine Frau sind eben gute Vorbilder für diese Stimmung und arbeiten selbst mit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt wie selten auf Reisen und kommen wieder in dieses Haus.

Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, doch für 30€ zu zweit happig. Wir haben in diesen 8 Tagen nur 2x gefrühstückt, sonst unterwegs.

Zentral gelegen, nicht weit zur Altstadt, super Frühstück,der Pub unten hatte sehr leckeres Bier,daß Personal war sehr nett

nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'équipement agréable de l'hotel (décoration mobilier, taille de la chambre) et de qualité ! le petit déjeuner était très copieux. c'était pratique d'avoir aussi un restaurant pour les repas en bas de l'hotel. quant à l'emplacement ce qui était sympa c'est que l'hotel était près d'un zone pédestre /vélo très sympa (plage) et pas très loin du centre ville

il est vrai que l'emplacement m'a un peu "déçue" dans le sens où il était en bordure de route très passante. mais il faut dire que grâce à l'air conditionné nous avons pu dormir sur nos deux oreilles fenêtres fermées. l'autre aspect négatif est que l'hotel n'a pas de parking privé et nous devions payer une place de parking pour le séjour. par surcroit il était obligatoire de payer une carte par personne pour les transports en commun qui était calculée à partir de votre jour d'arrivée et quelle que soit votre heure d'arrivée ! on nous a dit que c'était une taxe pour l'environnement. mais je le déplore car au final nous avons été doublement taxés (parking + carte de transport que nous n'avons finalement utilisée qu'une fois) .... !!!

Sehr freundliches Personal und perfekte Lage. Unser Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den Abbildungen beim Buch ungs Vorgang. Es wird wohl, wie bei vielen Unterkünften, eine Sammlung von Bildern für alle Zimmer verwendet. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, auch einen Wasserkocher. Mir persönlich war das Bett zu weich. Klasse: es gibt eine individuell steuerbare Klimaanlage.

Das Zimmer wirkte ein wenig verbaut. Hat wohl einen schwierigen Grundriss.

Klimaanlage, somit auch bei sehr heißen Temperaturen empfehlenswert; bei geschlossenem Fenster stört der Straßenlärm überhaupt nicht.

War alles wie beschrieben bzw. gem. Rezensionen, somit gabs keine Überraschungen

Hôtel bien situé à proximité du centre et de l'EV15. Accueil sympathique et petit-déjeuner varié et copieux. De plus les chambres disposaient de l'air conditionné.

Wir hatten zwei Übernachtungen im Hotel Bilger Eck und sind positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und wir konnten aufgrund der Lage des Zimmers nach hinten gut schlafen. Das sehr gute Frühstück wurde in dem Irish Pub im Erdgeschoß serviert, die Damen waren sehr freundlich und haben immer wieder aufgefüllt und uns mit gutem Capuchino versorgt. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir über eine Rampe diebstahlsicher verstauen. Das war für mich etwas beschwerlich, aber mein Mann hat es gut hinbekommen. Die Lange des Hotels ist unschlagbar, man ist schnell in der Altstadt und am Wasser. Wir werden gerne wieder dort übernachten.

The fridge in my room was broken for the whole of my 3 day stay and this was during the recent heatwave with temperatures in the high 30's. The fridge was checked by one of the male staff members shortly after I arrived who confirmed that it was indeed not working but no alternatives were suggested. I had to get a bucket of ice to put inside the fridge to keep my water etc cold. I was then told the next morning that the reason my fridge wasn't working was because I'd put an ice bucket in it!

Comfortable room and bed. Loved the AC. Easy access to the pub downstairs, but it was never loud.

Location was good, public transportation available. It was right across the public pool with access to the lake. A big supermarket near by.

Great location close to bike bridge and swimming spots was very welcome in the hot weather. As was the excellent aircon in our room. Room was clean and serviced every day.

Good location about 10 minutes into the main part of Konstanz a really beautiful walk over the river rhine with gorgeous views of the lake.

The room was a bit darker and noisier than I expected, but it was fine for my stay

A nice location just outside the Constance city center, a 20-minute or so walk to the center; there are also buses, and a nice pedestrian bridge next to a park to connect to other nice Constance neighborhoods. The rooms have a/c, which is not always easy to find, and it worked well. The beds were comfortable. I think the hotel is a bit overpriced for what it is, but comparable to other hotels in Constance, a very expensive town, it provides value. And again, there were many other much more expensive options with no a/c ... I can't abide the idea of paying a fortune to sweat all night, so I appreciated this hotel offered this.

The hotel is above a pub, and on a fairly busy street. We had windows closed and a/c on, as it was hot during our visit, so it wasn't too bothersome, but just head's up as you make your choices. I felt the pub was the owners' primary interest, and the hotel more an afterthought. It was hard to speak to the "front desk" because they were essentially pub staff running food and drinks out to the customers Rooms on the small side. That said, I do believe this is a good budget option in Constance, given the generally high prices of hotels there. I think you can book with confidence, I only provide these thoughts as context.

Sijainti oli meille sopiva, kun tulimme autolla. Lyhyt kävely (n. 1 km) vanhaan kaupunkiin ja satamaan. Lisäksi saimme hotellista paikallisliikenteen bliput 5 päiväksi ja läheltä meni useita busseja. Henkilökunta ja aamiainen olivat loistavia. Huone oli tilava ja viihtyisä, sänkykin hyvä.

Ilmaista parkkipaikkaa ei ollut lähistöllä, mutta ilmeisesti ei koko kaupungissa. Lähellä oli kohtuullisen edullinen parkkitalo.

Frühstück war ganz okay

We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the rooms were cleaned each day, there was A/C in our room, and the overall vibe was good. The location isn't central to the historic town and boat docks but it was very walkable and not far from Konstanz Petershausen Train Station. There was an Irish pub downstairs but we were never disturbed by noise, two bakeries nearby, bicycle rental shops, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. The staff were also very friendly, responsive, and accommodating.

My only minor complaint was that the shower doors did not align and would not close completely allowing a tiny bit of water to leak onto the floor while showering. Otherwise, this hotel was top notch!

The location of the hotel is convenient since the center is easily reachable on foot and public transport by bus is good. It was decently clean, though a bit old.

However, it is worth noting that in the same building, right below the hotel is a pub, which makes sleeping very hard because there is loud music until 2 am. So if you are bothered by noise, this hotel is not the best choice.

Super Lage zur Innenstadt. Direkt gegenüber der Fahrradbrücke.

Der Irish-Pup lud zu einen netten "Absacker" ein. Kurzer Weg in die Stadt über die "Fahrradbrücke" - diese ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar.

Hatte ein frühe Anreise und konnte aber mein Gepäck bereits am Empfang deponieren, welches mir dann direkt auf's Zimmer verbracht wurde. Im Haus befindet sich ein "Irish Pub" mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Zimmerfenster sind schalldicht, sodass kein Strassenlärm (4-spurig vor der Haustür) zu hören ist. Auch die Außengastronomie stört den nächtlichen Schlaf dadurch nicht. Das Hotel liegt im Stadtteil Petershausen. Bei Zuganreise ist es jedoch einfacher bis Konstanz Bahnhof direkt zu fahren und von dort aus mit Buslinie 6 direkt vor die Haustür (Haltestelle Ebertplatz). Besser geht nicht!!!

Das Bett war mir persönlich zu weich. Bin harte Matratzen gewöhnt, Aber - mein persönliches Empfinden. Frühstück sollte im Übernachtungspreis inkludiert sein. Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und vielfältig.

O funcionário que nos recebeu era excepcional. Estava super atribulado com o bar, que estava lotado, mas foi extremamente atencioso para tentar arrumar nosso ar condicionado.

Reservamos um quarto com ar condicionado pois devido a um problema de saúde, meu marido sente muito calor. No entanto o controle do ar tinha sido programado para um mínimo de 24 graus. O ambiente não ficou adequado as nossas necessidades.

Das Pub war sehr gut besucht, Preis Leistungsverhältnis gut. Unser Zimmer lag direkt über dem Pub und direkt an der Hauptstraße aber alles war sehr ruhig.

Trotz 3maliger Mitteilung an die Rezeption, der TV bringt kein Bild und der angebotene SKY Kanal lässt sich nicht einschalten, wurde nichts unternommen. Wir sind normalerweise nicht auf den TV angewiesen waren aber als Helfer beim Landesturnfest eingeteilt. Arbeitszeit von 5 Uhr bis 11 Uhr und abends von 16 bis 23 Uhr. Da braucht man zwischendurch Pause zum herunterfahren. Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt obwohl wir sie zum trocknen aufgehängt hatten. Wurde am 2ten Tag dem Personal explizit mitgeteilt. Keine Änderung.

Sehr sauber und gute Nähe zur Altstadt, um diese zu Fuß in 15 Min zu erreichen. Nähe zum Ruderverein.

Die nächtlichen Gesänge der Vorbeilaufenden auf der Straße, Fenster war gekippt. Aber mit Ohropax kein Problem. Dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts, dafür perfekte Lage für unseren Reisegrund, Nähe zum Ruderverein.
