Location was just off eat street so great restaurants

A lot of mosquitos and the outside bathroom has a clear opening near the shower so free access for mosquitos to thrive.

Das Personal war super freundlich. Die Unterkunft war groß. Durch die Security hat man sich sicher gefühlt. Die Lage war das beste an der Unterkunft.

Es war sehr dreckig. Die Toilette hat sehr stark gestunken. Der Abfluss sah reudig aus. Die Dusche war auch komplett eklig. Gelbe und braune Flecken auf dem Bett. Überall Ameisen sogar auf dem Esstisch.

Lost power to the Villa staff were quick to reset but the kitchen didn’t come back on.

Location was great, villa was faultless

Location was perfect, walking to everything. Loved the size of the 2 bedroom villa and private pool.

Club Villas sign broken and rubbish at entrance to laneway, not a good first impression. Villa lacked the final touches ie. Flowers on the table or bed, canopy over bed was ripped. Outdoor shower needed hooks or rack to hang towels.

The Villas are very spacious and private. The team at Reception were happy to help with anything around the clock, and the in service dining and included breakfast was great.

We arrived at the villa and within 10mins left the pool was filthy with slim on surface the bathroom was disgusting we have taken photos the sinks were filthy we checked out within 30 minutes

I didn't like the toilet they smelt and the sign said not to flush toilet paper in toilet there was only a open bin available very unhigenic. Also the doona cover was very old supposed to be white grey in colour bed was made daily but sheets were not changed for our 7 day stay. The out door table was not clean properly as had glass smudges everywhere.

The staff were excellent really catered our needs and was always there to help and the place was tidied and taken care of

Probably the villa itself is very old so some of the pool area and the furniture in the villas could use some maintenance work

The Villa was big with a lovely outdoor area and pool. Right in the middle of Seminyak but down a quiet street. The breakfast served in the villa was great.

Very dated and not as clean as I'd expect. But good value considering the room rate.

Excellent location and staff are really helpful and friendly. The villa is clean and spacious and the bed and pillows are super comfy. The area is so central to everything.

Could do with the curtains having a good wash and towels replaced as a little old and warn.

When the holiday ended - we had to say goodbye. So very sad as the people who worked there had become family.

I loved the cleanliness, the amenities, the staff and the breakfast provided. The communication was excellent. It’s the warmth of the staff that makes it all worthwhile. The pool is clean and excellent.

Everything about this place was perfect. Especially loved the pool, it was a good size and was the perfect temperature. Spacious villa, location was great, 10 min walk to beach, great breakfast, helpful staff.

Late arrival met with reception taken to our villa and explained room. Biggest bathroom i have ever been in for a villa. Lovely pool great amenities and walking distance to bars restaurants and Seminyak square.

The size of the villa was amazing, the pool was a great size, everything was well presented and clean, and the breakfast was perfect everyday. We enjoyed our honeymoon.

Sometimes road noise can be noisy but that dies down about 11pm at night.

The villas are very spacious and the private pool was great for privacy and to cool down on a hot day. The location is very good as it was a short walk to lots of great restaurants and Seminyak beach.

Although we had daily "cleaners" all they did was empty the rubbish bins, remake the bed and give us fresh towels and 2 bottles of water. We actually had to ask for fresh sheets as it seems they had no intention of changing them at all. Not once in the 2 weeks we stayed there was the floor washed - there was a very brief sweep but the floors really were never clean. The kitchen was not stocked at all - in fact, we had to ask for a jug to have a cuppa and also had to ask for an ice tray. There were a few plates and some cutlery but no cooking equipment. The villas are down a very narrow side track which is not well lit at night and the ground is uneven and full of pot holes, not to mention dodging scooters and cars. It would be so easy to lose your footing and twist an ankle. The bathroom, although spacious, was very smelly and full of mould around the shower. The whole place needs a really good clean.

My third stay at Club Villas, again choosing the Honeymoon Villa type due to the larger pool and villa size. This particular villa is huge with an open air kitchen, dining and sitting area leading to an oversized bedroom and large bathroom inside the air-conditioned portion. Daily breakfast is delivered to the villa and served outside so you can enjoy eating in the soft morning sun. The best feature of the villa is of course having a private pool to relax beside in peace an quiet or take a dip at any time day or night. Club Villa's central location makes it easy to walk around Seminyak and nearby beaches, or grab a taxi to places a bit further away. Perhaps what makes a stay at Club Villas so special is how sweet the staff are, always greeting with a smile, addressing guests by name and helping out whenever needed. Will be back again - absolutely love staying here!

Minor maintenance issues in the villa almost every day. Once reported the staff quickly arranged repairs, but the villas really need some serious proactive maintenance to avoid guests needing to report problems. Sheets and towels are extremely old with many holes and a permanent "off-white" colour that bleach can't change. This is something that needs to be addressed asap as it impacts the overall feel of the superior looking villas. These 2 points are why I can only rate the hotel an 8 even though I love staying here. Hopefully management with invest in new linens soon.

Everything was just perfect. Breakfast was yum and delivered to the villa. Beds were absolutely comfortable. A/C was spot on. Location perfect. Top notch villa. Will be staying again for sure.

The outdoor shower head needs to be replaced, water was trickling out, Linen is aged and fraying. Quite a few Mosquitos downstairs room as well.

O alojamento deixa a desejar no que toca ao controlo dos insetos e como prevenir a entrada na vila. Além disso, a gerência tem falta de brio e profissionalismo, sendo que quando chegamos só tínhamos 2 toalhas de banho, após pedirmos toalhas de rosto e mãos, foram-nos trazidas. No entanto, sempre que limpavam o quarto levavam toalhas e não as repunham. O pequeno almoço é fraco, não há consistência e são incapazes de levar um pedido direito.

Lovely villa with wonderful staff and so close to eat street with all its attractions, lovely gardens and a well maintained property. this was a return stay and we really loved the property

Really great hotel. The room was big, the pool was private, the staff was great, and the location couldn't be better. We will stay here again for sure.

We loved the privacy of a gated villa and private pool. The staff were super friendly, polite, helpful and always happy.

The decor was a bit dated and tatty and didn't have the warmth and comfort of what is advertised.

We stayed in the beautiful Honeymoon Villa. From the welcome at reception to entering our villa, it was breathtaking and inviting. Surrounded by lush greenery, the private pool and the living space was peaceful and serene. The staff were beyond helpful and courteous from admin staff to the pool man they were fantastic. Loved them all and always willing to offer a hand and their smiling faces.

The staff were fantastic. I asked for privacy, and was spot on I messaged the manager what time I would like breakfast and then again when I was out of the villa so the staff to clean the pool garden and make up the room.

On arrival I was very surprised by the size of the unit it totally exceeded my expectations. The pool was great and had a huge amount of sun on it during the day while also giving good shade when needed. Very nice choices for breakfast which was pre ordered the day and delivered on time at my choice of time. Nights were very quiet and had no trouble at all while staying there and would gladly recommend these villas for anyone looking for somewhere in Seminyak.

Villa was lovely, pool very nice and private. Breakfasts great. Location just mtres from "eat street" so no need to cook or prepare food in the villa.

As no cooking is done and there are really no cooking utensils would suggest kitchen sink wastes be covered.

Absolutely everything was wonderful about the villa I stayed in.

It’s is not the fault of the villas but the entrance road was quite damaged making it difficult for cars to enter.

This was my second stay at Club Villas and at the time of booking only the Honeymoon Villa type was available. I was happy to discover this was even better than the standard villa I stayed in last time. Honeymoon for 1 - why not! The superstar feature is of course the private pool which is amazing. Being able to take a dip at any time of day no matter what the weather is fantastic. The villa itself is large and private, with about 50% open air, including the kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The bedroom and bathroom are inside the air-conditioned portion for comfortable sleep. Daily breakfast is delivered to the villa and efficient daily housekeeping service keeps everything clean and fresh. The central locations makes it easy to walk around Seminyak and nearby beaches, or grab a taxi to places a bit further away. What completes the stay is how sweet the staff are, always greeting with a smile and making sure everything meets your needs. Will return to this villa again - absolutely love it!

Kitchen needs a microwave for late night snacks, though I think if you ask the staff they can provide one. Not a big deal.

The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance — restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and even the beach are just a short walk away. All the staff were incredibly kind and always attentive to our needs. My husband was celebrating his birthday during our stay, and they surprised us with pancakes and a candle, which was completely unexpected and something we will always remember. It was a very thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special.

The cleanliness could be slightly improved. We also booked a couples massage. I had an excellent experience with my therapist; however, my husband’s experience was not as pleasant. His therapist was quite rough, used her phone during the session, and seemed rushed, as if trying to finish quickly. In contrast, my therapist provided a very professional service and took the time to do everything properly.

Included breakfast was average, rather just go out and buy breakfast. Location was good other than the street being quite run down and dingy and flooded with any rain. Pretty much no facilities to use outside of the villa, the "gym" was a joke.

Perfect location in the centre of Seminyak, was so easy to walk around as evrything was right round the corner (markets, restraunts, clubs etc) Staff were super freindly and happy to help out with anything we needed (let us keep our bags at reception whilst we went out for the day) Having a full sized fridge was an awesome addition And the bathroom was so elegant (semi outdoor shower & bath) Wish we couldve stayed longer !
