Everything!!! Stunning property the pictures don’t do it justice. The staff were very attentive and helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Location is perfect, short walk to the strip, we were in villa 11, they have a golf cart to pick you up and drop you at your villa if you don’t want to walk. We had our 2 year old with us and the staff were amazing with her, pool fence was easy to order and have set up making it safe. Porta cot was easily ordered and all set up for our arrival. Wish we had stayed longer!!

Nothing we loved everything, especially the massage in our room which was complimentary with our booking.

Staff were so helpful and the location is close to restaurants and spas. Room was so clean and just like advertised.

私たちは26年8月に4泊しました。プール付きのヴィラ（5号室）です。日本語対応可能なフロントスタッフはとても親切に応対してくれました。道路からかなり中に入っているので部屋は静かで快適でした。毎日お掃除に入ってくれる人たちもフレンドリー。すぐ隣にコンビニがありますし、徒歩6〜7分のところにはスーパーもあります（細長いヴィラの敷地奥にあるスパの出入り口のほうから抜けて行くとアクセスがスムーズです）。洗濯機の操作はシンプルで簡単（乾燥機能はなし）、冷蔵庫やキッチンの設備も一通り揃っています。プールも快適でしたが、水深が1.5mあるので、そこは要注意です。

【宿への評価ではないのですがご参考まで】バリ通の方には常識なんでしょうが、私たちは初訪問でしたので、道路の混雑＆喧噪には戸惑いました。ヴィラに面した路地はかなり細いのに一方通行ではなく、バイクがどんどん走ってくるので、最初は道の反対側に行くのに苦労しました。

Third year in a row at Disini Villas. Lovely hosts. Sure the villas are starting to show their age with a tile missing here, an outdoor sun lounge needing replacing there, but overall, still great value for money. Very spacious Villas, great comfy bed, hot showers with great pressure, perfect pool temperature, good aircon etc. Had some small plumbing and electrical issues that were fixed quickly. The best location in Seminyak IMHO with a short walk to all the shopping, restaurant, beach action as well as a handy convenience store and Massage on the hotel doorstep. After a day out in the wonderful Bali chaos, you cannot beat locking that gate and kicking back in your own huge private outdoor oasis with a cold Bintang and swim!

The road noise was loud and so weee the clubs :-( But I think it was just our villa as we had villa with no pool at the back of the property. We had to sleep with ear plugs

バンガロータイプの部屋に泊まりましたが、写真より広く感じました シャワーのお湯がしっかり出ました ベッドの寝心地が良かったです 清掃も行き届いていて、タオル類も清潔でした 夜中の騒音は、部屋の中にいる限りはそこまで気になりませんでした

トイレの蓋の安定がやや悪かったです（前に倒れてくる）

Walking in and seeing the pool was beautiful, the large bed was amazing. Staff were accomodating.

No tv in the lounge area. So to watch tv it had to be in the bedroom. No cable or apps could be used on tv even though was a smart TV. The bath tub had a crack in the bottom which had water underneath and black water came from the crack when going to have a bath. No towel to dry dishes after washing up.

Stanza grande con vasca all’interno! Letto enorme.Siccome il percorso a piedi sarebbe lungo, carino che ti ortano ogni volta che hai bisogno con macchinina elettrica

Luci fioche. Il bagno assolutamente non rispecchia un 5 stelle, piccolo e datato. L’acqua calda dalla doccia non è mai uscita, nemmeno tiepida.

住宿位置很方便 水明漾廣場十分鐘沿路逛過去 後門走出去有一個24小時超市 水壓算夠！正門有停車位置方便司機上下車搬行李 床都非常好睡好大 竟然有飲水機！發瘋的貼心！

假日慎選！外面夜店非常吵，平日也會播音樂很大聲但是好像比較早結束（大概晚上11.12點左右嗎） 住沒有泳池的房間要走一個超級長的長廊都最後面的後門（後門只開放到晚上十點唷）

The breakfast arrived cold. I would not recommend taking the breakfast& no decent coffee either.

Location is amazing and it’s very quiet even though it’s close to everything. Villas are spacious. Staff are friendly.

Room is very dark. Needs a renovation - bathrooms were pretty gross lots of rust everywhere on handles in shower etc (even the bottle opener had rust). Pillows were really uncomfortable. Housekeeping would forget things on some days.

I love everything about this villa, it was clean, safe, the staff were friendly, polite and professional. Its close to a lot of restaurants but also very convenient to order delicious meals from the grab and gojek app which delivers straight to your villa. The staff is very attentive and informative. The pool was amazing the rooms were so much better than the pictures and the bathroom was to live for a bathtub double shower, water pressure was fine, I had a massage and reflexology and I fell asleep and was snoring thats how good it was. I can't wait to visit again.

I couldn't think of a thing i didn't like.

The location is close to everything yet far enough from the noisy roads, bars etc. making the place really quiet. The staff was very professional and friendly as well.

Amazing, close to the heart of Seminyak. Everything was right by the hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The villa was splendid. Could not fault a thing.

Bathroom fittings could have been better maintained but staff immediately resolved any concerns… so not an issue really.

Totul curat și îngrijit, extrem de aproape de centru, 2-3 min de mers pe jos. Stafful foarte amabil si primitor. Ne-au lasat sa mai stam in camera pana seara pentru ca avionul nostru decola la 12 noaptea si am platit o mica taxa in plus pentru acest serviciu. Recomand 100%! Daca mergeti in Seminyak nu ezitați sa va cazati acolo. Totul foarte curat si ingrijit!

The individual unit, not a room in a building, was nice. The room was nicely appointed. Staff was very nice.

Not enough hot water, so couldn’t use the nice in-room tub or take hot showers. Room was a bit worn looking and dark; there was not enough lighting.

Vi har bott på Disini flera gånger och vi älskar att bo här! Nära till precis allt. Givetvis skulle hotellet behöva att fräschas upp lite här och där.

Tutto perfetto! Volevo organizzare una sorpresa per il compleanno del mio ragazzo e sono stati molto disponibili. Hanno decorato la camera con petali di rose, palloncini e una torta con candela. Al check in, ci hanno accolto con del the al lychee e un piccolo brownies. L'alloggio è molto fornito, sia prodotti per il bagno che tutti gli utensili per la cucina. Addirittura avevamo un kimono e ciabattine. La struttura è molto pulita. La posizione è perfetta, proprio difianco all'alloggio c'è un supermercato. Mentre a neanche 10 minuti a piedi, troverete un piccolo centro commerciale, tanti negozi e ristoranti. Super consigliato per chi cerca relax.

Nothing we didn’t like, but the self cleaning of the pool and water feature had been switched off so the water level dropped and wasn’t cleaning properly. Brought to attention of staff and immediately dealt with. No hot water on arrival as gas bottle was empty, rain shower head tap was broken but this was fixed promptly as soon as possible.

The size of the villas, the close proximity to the shops and beach.

The villas are starting to look a little tired and could do with a refresh.
