Reviewed Jan 9, 2026It was a lovely quiet retreat and perfect for one night. The bed was super comfortable and having Sky TV was great.
Don't think I would stay for more than one night as Kitchenette facilities were very basic and not enough plain water glasses (only 3). There was an air fryer but we have never used one before so would not attempt using this.

Only a kitchenette (as advertised), but so amazed with the facilities provided - more than expected bench space, a hot plate, mini oven, air fryer and pots and pans - so a proper meal could be made if desired. It's all very compact, but very modern. Every room felt cosy and yet spacious.
Didn't realise the guest house is attached to another/main dwelling. While we didn't see anyone, they could be heard in the bedroom as their lounge/other common area may be located on the other side of the wall. Also, when we pulled up, we thought there may have already been guests staying there due to the vehicles. Just a bit confusing.

Didn’t realise the accommodation was attached to the hosts home by just a wooden door with a chain lock. From the description it looks like a whole separate space but we could hear them through the wall. The wifi was really bad, couldn’t even load an email. No full length mirror or no shampoo or conditioner

Reviewed Apr 4, 2024Nice location. Quiet from traffic noise. Great view of mountains. Peaceful setting. Ideal for a long weekend etc. Facilities for cooking are limited so for us personally staying longer wouldn’t work, however a couple nights was fine.
Didn’t appreciate owner coming into apartment whilst we were not there to trim up a curtain in bedroom. Something that could have waited until we had departed. Felt our privacy was invaded.

As with the other reviews you can hear through the walls into the main house very easily (and I imagine vice versa). Aside from this there is nothing to complain about.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2024The flat is in a beautiful Golf Estate and ideal for a couple. We would love to come back and play a round of golf. Unfortunately, the space for breakfast/dining is limited and the inside doors are poorly soundproofed.

You can hear cooking and conversations thru the walls and felt like we had little privacy from the rest of the home. Lots of aggressive dishwashing - or cleaning? Layout was a bit odd with the toilet down the hallway from the shower/powder room.
