Reviewed Nov 19, 2025The pictures do not lie, the place is beautiful and cozy. I love that we had kitchen essentials like spices and oil, incase you want to cook. You don't have to spend on the little things. The sofa bed was extra comfortable. I found myself sleeping on it more that the bed because it was that comfortable. We enjoyed out stay.
The TV could use some basic streaming app subscription, I tried casting from my phone but that did not work so maybe having a subscription on that would make this a perfect home away from home.

The neighbors was noisy the whole night, only went to bed at 03h00 am due to the noice, could not sleep. Security staff weren't very helpfull, stood at the gate for approx 20min before they helped us to enter. They were having conversations and walked off to assist other cars behind us, whilst we were waiting to access the gate

Reviewed Aug 12, 2025The location was great, close to the beach, a mall and many eating places. The unit did not lack anything one would require for a stay away from home. I have to add that the bed was very comfortable, as well as the couch, which meant quality relaxation. The bathroom was also rather spacious.
The bedroom was just a bit too small. Our one set of neighbours was also a bit noisy.

It would be great to include an extra bin bag, especially for guests staying more than one night. Otherwise, the place had everything we needed — one of the most well-planned and comfortable accommodations we've ever stayed in.

- Poor sleep environment - loads of light pollution from the hall which you can't block out. - Host is non contactable, doesn't respond to you on WhatsApp or booking.com - Host provides no welcome or advice on the local area. You just have to work everything out for yourself. This includes how to access the site and how to access the gym. We relied on the on site security guard for advice. Not ideal.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2023Apartment was located very close to the mall so we were able to walk to the mall and beach. The room was clean and it's interior design was great. It had everything one would need. The key was hidden safely inside the lockbox.
The host could try to be available more on the phone for communication. For the fact that you have to sort out the towels yourself the following day so luckily because there was a washing machine so we washed the towels.

The check in process is tedious. They want you to fill in a form about your personal details which they already have in order to enter the complex. It’s a very nice unit however they need to make the whole process of checking in pleasant.
