We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really stood out was the staff — everyone was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We also used the hotel’s airport transfer service and were very happy with it. Everything was smooth and convenient, which made our arrival and departure much easier.

Удобное расположение отеля, рядом с аэропортом. Удобно для транзитных пассажиров, чтобы отдохнуть перед следующим рейсом. Чисто, уютно, вкусный завтрак. В основном русскоговорящий и очень приветливый персонал. Если возникнут проблемы можно обратиться к Омеру, он решит практически любой вопрос.

В номере запах канализации. Вид из окна на трансформаторы которые шумно работали и не давали спать. Душ поломан, сидение унитаза также. Завтрак очень скудный! Полотенца уже не белые, а желтые от старости. Не знаю кто дал 5 звезд этому отелю, он и до 3х не дотягивает!

Останавливаюсь не в первый раз в этом отеле. Все вопросы решаются, спасибо Омару. В отеле чисто и есть все необходимое. Отдельный респект за туркиш кофе. Азиз варит его прекрасно.

Clean, well maintained hotel close to the Istanbul Airport-convenient for an overnight stay between the flights. Very helpful and friendly staff. Efficient airport transfer.

It was strange that instead of a double room with balcony we were accommodated in a family room with beds for 4 (though we were only 2), but without a balcony.

It is old hotel and almost 3 star. I booked it with dinner but food was cold n when i complained they told me i should asked for refund from booking.com .

It is the good location for sleepover if you travel from IST airport. Please do not expect 5 star service and facilities from this hotel. The central location makes it easy to walk in neighbourhood which has many cafes, restaurants and shops. The significant advantage is location, it is about 20 minutes drive from IST so avoiding traffic jams from Istanbul center is the significant advantage of this hotel. Price was also very attractive to stay there, my overall experience is quite positive.

Comfortable enough to spend a night between flights. Clean and tidy, Omar was very helpful and the staff overall very friendly. Nice service. Reasonable price.

It’s posted as a five star hotel so there are certain expectations. However, it couldn’t be more than three stars in reality. We booked all inclusive full board and did receive meals but they were set meals, soup and salad repeated at lunch and dinner, at breakfast all food that you would expect at least warm (eggs, sausages, fries) was cold. Selection very limited. There were some photos of the food which we assumed would be served in the hotel, but hey are actually from a sweet shop next door, so that’s misleading. Toilet paper ran out and was only one roll in the room so we had to ask for refill straight away. There was coffee and tea and a kettle, but the cups were paper, so really not five star hotel quality.

Очень дружелюбный персонал. Особенно хочется отметить Омира, он хорошо говорит по-русски и готов помочь в любом вопросе. Хорошие матрасы, кондиционер в номере. Для ночевки между рейсами неплохо

Оценка отеля явно завышена. Обильный, но не вкусный завтрак. Очень плохой кофе.

Хотелът се намира в оживен район, на 10 минути от метростанцията. Стаите не са много големи, но имат всичко необходимо. Банята също беше добре. Веднъж използвахме летищния трансфер и шофьорът ни закара до там много бързо и безопасно. Горещо го препоръчвам. Закуската беше напълно достатъчна: наденички, омлет, яйца, зеленчуци и малко плодове. Вкусен чай и кафе. Бих се върнал отново.

Hi everyone! We’ve stayed at this hotel several times. The service is good, the staff are polite and helpful, and the rooms are clean with quiet air conditioning (which is very important to me). They offer clean, comfortable shuttle services. The location is wonderful, with many shops nearby. There is also a fantastic shop in the same building selling Turkish pastries—a huge selection of baklava and cakes—at great prices. We recommend it for a great stay. Всем привет!Мы останавливались в этом отеле несколько раз. Хороший сервис,вежливый и услужливый обслуживающий персонал, чистые номера с тихими кондиционерами( очень важно для меня). Имеют чистые и комфортные трансферы, замечательное расположение, очень близко много магазинов. В том же здании находится шикарный магазин с турецкой выпечкой( бахвала и пирожные в огромном ассортименте) по хорошим ценам. Рекомендуем вам для хорошего отдыха.

Омер нам очень помог и вкусный завтрак и рядом аэропорт ехали 20 мин.

Мне нужен был отель рядом с нужными мне банками. Тут всё так и было. И потенциальный вид из углового номера на высоком этаже пойдёт. В остальном - всё мимо. Ну может цена норм, но там и не сейчас что брать больше.

Это не пять звёзд!!! Тут максимум 3 и те с натяжкой. Как они заработали рейтинг 8.4 мне тоже тяжело понять. Фото на букинге не соответствуют реальности ни в каком месте!

Am Hotel hat mir besonders gefallen, dass es für Alleinreisende ohne Kinder sehr gut erreichbar ist. Mit der Metro fährt man bis zur Station Arnavutköy-Hastane, von dort sind es zu Fuß nur etwa fünf Minuten bis zum Hotel. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es außerdem viele kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht.

Was mir an diesem Hotel nicht gefallen hat, ist vor allem die Darstellung als Fünf-Sterne-Hotel auf Ihrer Webseite. Nach meinem Eindruck entspricht dies nicht der Realität. Ich konnte vor Ort keine offizielle Kennzeichnung oder Dokumentation einer Fünf-Sterne-Klassifizierung feststellen. Auch das Gebäude, die Lage und insbesondere der Eingangsbereich vermitteln keinen Eindruck eines Hotels dieser Kategorie. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr begrenzt und entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen an ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel. Die Sauberkeit im Außenbereich ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Das Hotel verfügt nur über einen Aufzug, und in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen sowie auf den Fluren war ein deutlicher Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit wahrnehmbar. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein. Im Duschbereich habe ich Schimmel festgestellt. Zudem ist die Schalldämmung sehr schlecht, sodass man Geräusche und Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern deutlich hören kann. Die Fenster sind aus Sicherheitsgründen nur minimal zu öffnen. Das ist zwar nachvollziehbar, dennoch empfand ich dies als unangenehm. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte zwar einwandfrei, jedoch war das Zimmer bei meiner Ankunft noch feucht bzw. nicht vollständig getrocknet. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption bei meiner Ankunft. Er war freundlich, sprach gut Englisch und war hilfsbereit. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt jedoch nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Beschreibung als Fünf-Sterne-Hotel geweckt wurden.

The property is close and convenient for short stays. I highly recommend if you have a stop for a day or two in Istanbul.

The beds were decent and the shower ok

The location was terrible, 20 minutes from the airport and the hotel charged 55 euros the two way transfer to the airport. The place was also noisy with the avenue at the front. The air conditioner didn’t work!!! How a hotel in 2026 has a room without a proper air conditioning????!!! The staff was limited to two kids working during the night clearly without experience. There were objects left at the room from other guests, including a balloon and a perfum, imagine how cleaned was the room. The people how have rated this hotel a 3,4 or 5 star should rethink because they are no lt helping anyone else.

I don't know how this hotel scored 5star in booking.com!? It can gain maximum 2star . They faced with urban electricity problem and their generator can not provide enough energy . Thus the air conditioner stops whole the night and it is too cold in our room. Also they can not provide hot water . The elevator also face problem and not safe to use. Hotel internet is also stoped. If your site also ranked such a hotel as five star hotel,customes' cnfidence on your site dramatically drop.
