Tudo na experiência foi perfeito, me senti como se estivesse em um tour personalizado e quase privativo. O Peter cuida de todos os detalhes desde a nossa chegada ao porto, durante todos os momentos do cruzeiro, até subirmos no transporte para ir embora. Ele nos tratou com um carinho imenso, ganhamos um upgrade e outros benefícios por fazer a reserva através do booking e com o genius. Valeu muito a pena. Sem dúvidas a melhor experiência que vivemos no Vietnã!

Chambre confortable. Concernant la nourriture, le premier déjeuner et dîner étaient corrects .

Le petit déjeuner et le brunch avec trop peu d'intervalle, et le brunch à 09.30 durant la fin de la croisière très rapide, on sentait l'équipage déjà préoccupé avec la prochaine croisière. Ça ne laisse pas trop le temps de profiter du paysage.

El guía "Peter" muy muy amable y atento!! Y la comida del barco...EXCEPCIONAL! Además, nos cambiaron la habitación en el último momento (íbamos con un niño de 7 años) y nos dieron una mucho mejor con otra cama para él y con terraza (pedazo vistas!)

El barco se nota qje es antiguo y le faltaba un poco de limpieza en las habitaciones, pero el resto muy bien!!

Wir waren im August 2026 für eine Nacht auf der La Regina Cruise und waren begeistert! Wir haben spontan ein Upgrade auf die Luxus Kabine bekommen welche echt geräumig und sehr sauber war. Besonders die Dusche war super weil sie ein großes Fenster nach draußen hatte, genau wie der Rest der Kabine! Auch das kleine private Deck war sehr gut zum entspannen. Das beste an der Kreuzfahrt ist natürlich die Aussicht und da sind wir auf der Route voll auf unsere Kosten gekommen, besonders mit dem großen Sonnendeck und den Fenstern überall. Auch die Aktivitäten waren spaßig, am besten hat uns das Kayakfahren gefallen. Das einzige das wir kritisieren können ist das Essen, hier sollte man keine großen Erwartungen haben. Das Servicepersonal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und besonders Peter, der Cruise Manager, ist ein Schatz! Er hat sich um jeden Gast hervorragend gekümmert und war immer gut drauf! Er spricht sogar Deutsch. Der Transfer hat gut funktioniert und man wurde automatisch an das richtige Gate am Hafen gebracht. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung, alleine wegen Peter!

Het personeel doet uitstekend zijn best. Peter weet veel interessante dingen over de omgeving te vertellen en heeft voor ons transport geregeld naar Tam Coc. Tot slot kregen we een klein presentje na afloop van ons verblijf omdat we via Booking geboekt hadden.

Het schip zelf ziet er goed uit, maar is wel aan de oudere kant. Het raam van onze hut kon bijvoorbeeld niet goed dicht. De airco op de kamer is fantastisch, in het restaurant gedeelte bleef het aan de warme kant.

Comfort, Personal, Essen war alles Top. Haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen

Peter (nom internationalisé) a été un orgnaisateur et guide parfait : toujours présent, souriant, toujours prêt à aider ou renseigner.

Très belle expérience de la découverte de la Baie d'Halong (Tu Long pour être précis). Tout a été fluide. Peter, notre hôte, s'est plié en quatre pour que ces deux jours soient exceptionnels !

Esperienza fantastica, stanze molto confortevoli e spaziose per essere una nave. Abbiamo scelto questo tour per navigare nella baia di Bai Tu Long e abbiamo fatto proprio bene, poche barche rispetto ad Halong ma un panorama comunque mozzafiato. Le attività sono molto carine, la migliore il giro in kayak tra il villaggio di pescatori. Cibo buono e abbondante. Il responsabile Peter è stato simpaticissimo e gentile, rendendo il soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Forse migliorerei la manutenzione di alcune parti della nave, aggiungerei qualche opzione dolce alla colazione e rivedrei il giro della grotta un pò troppo affollato.

Outstanding Experience A Highlight of Our Vietnam Trip We recently enjoyed a one-night cruise with La Regina Cruises in Halong Bay, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived at the La Regina Lounge, we knew we’d made the right choice. The attention to detail was immediately evident. The lounge was spotless, beautifully air-conditioned, and offered a well-stocked bar where guests could relax with refreshments while waiting to board. The organisation throughout the entire experience was exceptional. From the transfer between the lounge and the ship to the welcome briefing, everything was seamless. A special mention must go to our Cruise Manager, Kevin, who was absolutely outstanding. His professionalism, enthusiasm, knowledge and genuine care for every guest ensured everyone felt welcome and had a wonderful time. Our accommodation was excellent. We were four friends travelling together and had two twin cabins. The rooms were clean, modern, comfortable and very functional, with outstanding air conditioning, a real bonus during the warmer months. Our vessel catered for around 40 guests, with 36 on board, giving the cruise a relaxed and uncrowded atmosphere. The activities were varied and well organised. During the afternoon we explored spectacular caves, enjoyed a speedboat tour around the limestone islands, and finished with a refreshing swim. Back on board, Happy Hour offered an excellent selection of beers, wines, cocktails and other beverages. There was something for everyone, including a Vietnamese cooking class, squid fishing in the evening, kayaking, cave exploration and plenty of opportunities simply to relax and enjoy one of the world’s most beautiful natural landscapes. It would be equally suitable for couples, families or groups of friends. Dinner was another highlight. The meal featured several delicious entrées followed by an excellent main course. My travelling companions also enjoyed the wine selection.

Ha sido una experiencia increíble. El personal ha sido encantador, sobretodo Peter, han estado muy atentos en todo momento. Las habitaciones bastante amplias, el baño genial y las vistas espectaculares. La comida riquísima y las actividades muy entretenidas aunque un poco breves (tampoco da tiempo a mucho más). Sin duda volvería a repetir!

تمت ترقية غرفنا من La Regina classic إلى La Regina Royal قبل بيوم لكن الغريب كانت واحدة من الغرف بتراس بينما لم يكن هناك أي تراس في الكروز الجديد.. بعض من أفراد الطاقم لطيفون.. يوجد هناك جاكوزي وشطاف في دورة المياه.. الغرف جميلة ونظيفة وواسعة.. المنطقة جميلة والفعاليات رائعة.. بالذات القارب السريع

We booked the Regina Classic and got changed to La Regina Royal. They said it was an upgrade but let me doubt. The boat is old. They have not taken any care of it. The food was basic, we barely ate. But the worst is that at the middle of the night we woke up with rotten sewage smell in the room. It woke us up at 3 am and had a terrible night. We were rushed to checkout and we didn’t have a shower because of the smell. They offered to let us shower in another room but we had everything packed and were on our way back to the port. It is worth for the views. Not the cruise. The staff having to live the makes me very sad

Staff friendly and clean boat but overall very disappointing experience.

As a single traveller got ‘paired up’ almost date like with the other solo traveller which made all meals awkward and rather intrusive. Scenery decent but what was quoted a luxury experience lacked that feel.

I chose the 2-day La Regina Classic cruise because I wanted to experience the quieter side of Ha Long Bay, and it exceeded my expectations. We cruised through Bai Tu Long Bay, where we were often surrounded by nothing but the stunning landscape, with only a few other boats in sight. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. We visited a fishing village, went kayaking (which I loved), and explored Grass Cave. Every stop was well organized and gave us the chance to appreciate the beauty of the bay. The ship itself has a classic charm and character rather than a modern luxury style, which I found very fitting for the experience. Having a suite with a private balcony was a real treat and the perfect place to take in the stunning scenery throughout the cruise. The food was delicious throughout the cruise, with plenty of variety and beautifully presented dishes. What truly made the trip special, however, was the crew. Peter, the manager, was outstanding, but every member of the team was welcoming, caring, and genuinely friendly. As a solo traveler among mostly couples and groups, I never felt overlooked. The crew always made sure I was comfortable and enjoying myself, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for a relaxing cruise away from the busier parts of Ha Long Bay, with beautiful scenery, great food, and exceptional hospitality, I can highly recommend La Regina Classic.

Der Kundenservice und besonders Peter als Manager war einfach exzellent! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Auf Allergien oder Unverträglichkeiten wurde besonders Augenmerk gelegt. Peter war so authentisch und sehr sehr lieb und hat uns immer zu den Ausflügen interessante und spannende Infos gegeben zu den lokalen Menschen dort. Die Route war so leer und mit kaum anderen Schiffen besiedelt. Liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass wir die Bai Tu Long Bay gemacht haben. Die Zimmer waren sehr urig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Essen war sehr lecker und auch die gesamte restliche Crew immer aufmerksam und hilfreich. Trotz des anstregenden Tages hatten sie immer ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht. Ich bin so dankbar diese Cruise gefunden zu haben und würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Hier stimmt einfach alles und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist eine 100 von 10

Die Regina Classic Cruise ist jetzt nicht die neuste und luxeriöseste Cruise wie die Majesty, daher sind die Räume ein klein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber nichts desto trotz noch immer gemütlich und vor allem sehr sauber

We really enjoyed the cruise. Peter took great care of us and made us feel very welcome. Everything was very well organized. Bai Tu Long Bay was very peaceful, with not many other boats around. The activities were enjoyable, for example, kayaking in Vung Vieng Fishing Village, where there was nobody else except the guests from our boat. We had a room with a private terrace. In the end, we did not get to use it that much during the one-night cruise, because there is actually quite little free time alongside all the activities, but it was still worth it. Unlimited drinking water was provided free of charge on the boat, which was great. Overall, we are extremely happy that we chose this cruise!

A small downside was that besides us, most of the guests were part of one very large group (around 30 people) who were a bit noisy. We would have enjoyed a quieter atmosphere. The food was fine, but nothing particularly special or memorable. Also, the terrace room does not offer any privacy from the neighboring terrace room, as the terraces are connected. It would be nice to have a bit more privacy from the neighbors.

Ubytování na lodi La Regina Classic Cruise bylo skvělé. Personál byl velmi milý, pečlivý a ochotný, vždy připravený pomoci s úsměvem. Kuchyně opravdu luxusní a jídlo vynikající. Oceňuji také dobře připravený program, díky kterému byl celý pobyt skvělým zážitkem.

Loved the room, it was so beautiful! And it had a private deck, which was so lovely to spend time on, at night and early in the morning. The views were spectacular. The crew maintained the schedule well throughout the trip. The food was AMAZING! Initially, we were wondering what options we would have for vegetarian food, but they exceeded our expectations. Loved it! Mr. Peter was so friendly and he was witty too! Thanks for taking us around.

On sent que le personnel n'est pas encore prêt pour le tourisme, pas de sourire, ils viennent sur notre terrasse personnelle pour se détendre...etc. rien de grave mais c'est pas encore ça... Un petit up pour peter qui est celui qui gère tout ! Il est au top ! Quoi que vous lui demandiez il répond présent avec le sourire ! Il est génial.....

Gentillesse du personnel, Peter a été extraordinaire, il donne du temps a chaque touriste, il est drôle, attentionné. L'équipe de service était dévouée mais manquait de formation en service. Il étaient tous très serviable et travaillaient avec enthousiasme. Les 2 excursions étaient super intéressantes, le cadre était idyllique. Le groupe de touristes était super agréable . Nous avons adorés notre nuit et nos 2 jours sur le bateau. Peter nous a même surclassé et offert une suite! Vraiment belle expérience.

La croisière était superbe. Peter sait mettre une très belle ambiance sur le bateau. Les visites sont chouettes et bien rythmée pour à la fois ne pas s'ennuyer et profiter du lieu. Nous avons passé 24h au paradis !

In the photos, the ship and rooms look better than they do in reality. There are a few maintenance issues that should be addressed.

Fantastic value for money – Ask for Peter! We had a grat experience on the La Regina Classic. It is a great choice for those looking for a solid value-for-money compromise without sacrificing comfort. I highly recommend booking the Suite with Terrace; having that private outdoor space made the views even more special and is definitely worth the upgrade. ​A huge shout-out to our guide, Peter. He managed everything with exceptional efficiency and a genuine friendliness that stood out. He was, without a doubt, fundamental in making the entire experience feel fluid, clear, and truly memorable. Everything ran like clockwork thanks to him!

Le service était convenable, le guide plutôt sympathique et agreable. Mais c'est le seul qui parlait anglais. Les activités n'étaient pas très intéressantes mais on y va surtout pour la vue des paysages karstiques. L'eau est assez sale et polluée mais une fois le bateau éloigné des côtes et immergé dans les montagnes karstiques, c'était très beau notamment au coucher du soleil, et au lever du soleil, avec un petit cocktail (au sunset hein!), c'était très agréable. Les chambres étaient correctes, vieillottes mais propres, et il y a le nécessaire.

Je trouve que c'est assez cher pour la qualité. Les repas en revanche n'étaient pas terribles en général, buffet varié mais qualité moyenne. Dommage vu le prix de la croisière. Je pense que si les repas n'étaient pas aussi moyens (on mange mieux dans les street food), j'aurais moins eu le sentiment d'être dans un attrape-touristes. Ah les lits s'enfonçaient.

El crucero se hace en un bote hermoso, la habitación que nos asignaron era de nivel superior al que escogimos, amplia e iluminada, la ducha es enorme. La comida es deliciosa, abundante y variada. El gerente está pendiente todo el tiempo de las necesidades de sus pasajeros, es muy amable. El crucero es altamente recomendable.

Good meals during the trip, unlimited water, good cocktails for a reasonable price. We had the room with terasse which is really great. Of course this ship is not brand new but this contributes to the relaxed athmosphere on board. We really enjoyed everything. Organisation from the pickup at Hanoi to the end was perfect, special thanks to Peter who did an excellent job. Thanks to him we felt welcome from the beginning. We definetly would recommend to choose Regina Classic Cruise

Très belle expérience, une croisière au calme, préservée du monde et qui offre des paysages extraordinaires. Les activités sont super, Peter et Travis sont disponibles et animent parfaitement la croisière. La cabine était super, literie confortable mais les toilettes étaient minuscules, mieux vaut être souple 😉

Cruzeiro super bem organizado. Facilidade de comunicação com todo o staff desde o início da reserva até ao final da estadia. Staff maravilhoso, bastante simpáticos, acolhedores e sempre disponíveis, especialmente o Peter e Travis. Comida deliciosa com opções locais e ocidentais. Desde o início foram extremamente amáveis connosco, fizeram-nos upgrade do quarto de forma gratuita. Sem dúvida, bastante recomendável toda a experiência.

Είχαμε κάνει κράτηση 31/12, για 1/1 ζητώντας και transfer. 1:30 μ.μ μας έστειλαν στο WhatsApp για να επικοινωνήσουμε για τη μεταφορά και μας ενημέρωσαν ότι το δωμάτιο που είχαμε κλείσει (δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι) δεν υπήρχε ! Ενημερώσαμε ότι εμείς κάναμε την κράτηση στη συγκεκριμένη κρουαζιέρα κυρίως για το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο και ζητήσαμε να μας παρέχουν αυτό που είχαμε κάνει κράτηση (δεν λάβαμε απάντηση), το πρωί μας έστειλαν αν θέλαμε τη μεταφορά και μας είπαν ότι δεν υπήρχε δωμάτιο καθώς επίσης μας έστελναν άλλα δωμάτιο μέσα από το σάιτ τους… πήραμε την μεταφορά 8 η ώρα και μας είπαν μέχρι 9:30 να έχουμε αποφασίσει για την αλλαγή δωματίου που αυτοί έθεσαν σε εμάς! Τους ενημερώσαμε ότι βάση πολιτικής της booking υποχρεούνται να μας παρέχουν αυτό που κλείσαμε είτε στην ίδια είτε σε μεγαλύτερης αξίας κρουαζιέρα… έπειτα σταμάτησαν να απαντάνε σε κάθε επικοινωνία που προσπαθήσαμε να κάνουμε (ενώ ήμασταν οδικώς προς επιβίβαση). Τέλος όταν πέρασε η ώρα που μας είχαν θέσει ως όριο και καθώς είχαμε επικοινωνήσει με την booking, τους ενημερώσαμε ότι πλέον επικοινωνούν με την booking, καθώς εμείς δε δεχόμασταν την αλλαγή δωμάτιου… ξαφνικά απάντησαν σε μήνυμα και ως δια μαγείας βρήκαν το δωμάτιο που είχαμε κλείσει… το οποίο δε δεχτήκαμε καθώς είχαμε άλλη επικοινωνία με τη booking. Σταμάτησαν λίγο να απαντάνε… έπειτα προσπάθησαν να μας κλέψουν χρήματα από τη κάρτα και όταν είδαν ότι δε μπορούν… μας ζήτησαν συγγνώμη και μας έκαναν δώρο τη μεταφορά. Απάτη !!

All staff speak great English, especially our cruise manager Peter, he was so kind, professional and helpful, gave me a lot of advice on Cat Ba, and also has a great sense of humour and shared his knowledge about the area. Coffee and breakfast at sunset are one of the best memories about Vietnam.

Maybe activities could be more interesting.

We did a the cruise on New Years eve and it was exceptional. The crew provided a special fancy dinner and then at midnight, snacks, drinks and fireworks on the top floor of the boat, under the stars. It was truly a night to remember. Peter was a great host and the staff was fantastic

I loved everything.

Wat het meest beviel was de mooie omgeving en het bezoeken van het vissersdorpje. Het personeel doet erg zijn best maar verstaat bijna geen Engels maar zijn behulpzaam en lachen vriendelijk met je mee.

Het voldeed niet geheel aan onze verwachtingen, wij hadden twee eenpersoonsbedden gevraagd maar kregen twee enkele matrassen in een tweepersoonsbed. De douchebak van de kamer boven lekte in onze douchecabine, de transfer heen was perfect met een limobusje, de terugweg naar Ninh Binh werden wij een bus met locals gestopt. Het personeel doet zijn best, maar wij vonden het mwoaah, geen goede value for money. De exclusieve uitstraling op de foto's voldeed niet in het echt.

Nous avons eu « Peter » quia été un très bon manager et excellent guide pendant nos activités. Le rythme était idéal nous laissant le temps de profiter de la vue sur le pont.

S’il faut faire une remarque, il manquait l’ampoule à la lampe de chevet

Personalet var gjennomgående hyggelige og imøtekommende, og spesielt Peter utmerket seg med svært god kundeservice. Maten var helt grei, og selv om rommet opplevdes som noe trangt, hadde balkongen en god størrelse med fantastisk utsikt og solsenger.

Nice old ship which goes to a quiet route in Bay tu long. I was really impressed that the stops weren’t too crowded. We anchored overnight in a bay with only 3 other boats. Even though it was cold we did the kayaking and had lots of fun. The private room and bathroom was great and comfortable. Lots of pressure and hot water in the shower in our cabin. Peter, our guide was great. Friendly and helpful and gave us lots of information. He even helped us get a taxi after the cruise had finished. He really helped create a fun vibe on the ship with the 40 guests. The rest of the staff didn’t have too much English but they were very friendly. Unlimited water refills on the boat was really useful.

For the price we paid, the food was very average, an improvement in the quality and service would really improve our experience. I would also like to recommend to the servers that they remove the main dishes before trying to serve dessert - it was a bit chaotic and would have been more relaxing to have good waitress service. Perhaps splitting the group into 2 for activities and tour guiding would be better as 40 people is a lot to have in one group and sometimes you don’t hear all of the information.

Todo, de verdad que fue una experiencia maravillosa y la ubicación que eligen en la noche es bastante tranquila, lo que para mí fue un plus. Como era navidad nos prepararon varias sorpresas y la comida estaba deliciosa. 100% recomendado. El personal es encantador

Peter and Travis were excellent hosts and always attentive to us. The boat cabins are very nice and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The buffet-style breakfast and lunch were very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from depending on your taste. The activities offered are interesting, but simply sailing through Ha Long Bay is already an unforgettable experience.

Personally, I did not enjoy the dinner. The food was not to my taste, and sharing small dishes with the neighbors felt a bit awkward, especially since we were not given serving utensils. The plates were very small, and the main dish was also quite small, which made it difficult to eat comfortably. We noticed that the table next to us ordered the vegetarian menu, which was a pizza. We asked for one as well, and the friendly staff kindly provided it for us :)

Tutto. Le attività, il cibo, il posto ...e lo staff era sempre disponibile, ci hanno accompagnati anche ad aspettare il transfer. Tutto perfetto, sicuramente tornerò a rifare questa esperienza!!

Tout d abord, nous avons adoré la croisière. C’est très bien organisé. Nous avons réservé la Suite avec terrasse qui est vraiment très bien, très lumineuse et magique sur la baie d’Halong. Peter le responsable est vraiment au top, très souriant, accueillant et explique bien tout. C’est Peter aussi qui fait le cours de Tai Chi et c’est très bien. Nous fêtions nos 25 ans de mariage avec nos deux filles, Amy nous a décoré merveilleusement notre Suite pour cette occasion ainsi que notre table du dîner . Peter a gentiment surclassé la chambre de nos enfants pour que nous soyions à côté. Tout l’équipage est vraiment très gentil. La visite du village flottant est intéressante et vous choisissez de la faire en kayak ou à bord un petit bateau traditionnel. La visite de la grotte est aussi intéressante, c’est une belle grotte avec un beau point de vue. Le bateau se met au mouillage où nous avons pu observer le magnifique coucher de soleil. Il y avait 3 autres bateaux au mouillage autour de nous. Ce n’était pas gênant.

Tout est vraiment très bien et très bien organisé je dirai juste La pêche au calamar le soir avec les odeurs du bateau. Comme cela se fait à la lumière d’un gros spot, ils sont obligés de faire tourner un générateur et on a les odeurs en plein dans le nez.

A great way to see Ha Long bay on a boat with Rustic charm. The staff were super helpful & very friendly. There were great food choices throughout all meals, all great tasting and served buffet style, with the exception of the evening dinner which was served at your table. Our room was great, we were given an upgrade by the cruise director so ended up with a room with a balcony at the room, this was a wonderful experience as meant we could sit on the sun loungers in the sun enjoying the sights of the bay. The bed & pillow were really comfy and we both had a great nights sleep on the gentle & calm waters of the bay. We really enjoyed the activities, to us, this came as a surprise as we did not know they were included. The rooms & boat were clean & presentable. It was a great value for money trip.

From the moment I was picked up by the DCar, everything ran smoothly. The manager greeted us warmly, and Travis took great care of us, guiding us through the entire cruise. We cruised to a quiet area of Ha Long Bay where there were never more than two or three other boats around. The water was clear and the whole experience felt calm and unspoiled. We stopped at a small local fishing village that also runs a pearl farm. There was a shop, but absolutely no hard selling — which honestly made most of us want to buy something anyway. We also visited Thiên Cảnh Sơn Cave, which was a real highlight. The food was better than expected for a cruise — tasty and satisfying — and the beer prices were very reasonable by cruise standards. Lastly, the shower was hot and the water pressure was great! Big thanks to La Regina. Highly recommended, without hesitation.

Only if the toilet in the room could be a little bigger, lol… but if it’s too small for you, you can always use the one near the entrance.

Peter el coordinador es un crak, la visita al pueblo marino fue corta pero interesante, hacer los rollitos sin más, y la cueva bastante chula, la comida buena y en grandes cantidades

Le transfert jusqu’au bateau de croisière est extrêmement long Il y avait des remontés d’égout dans la salle de bain , odeur très désagréable Nous avons pris l’option « limousine » à l’aller et au retour. À l’aller pas de problème, mais au retour nous avons mis 4h à rentrer au lieu de 2h30 car le chauffeur roulait à 70km/h sur une autoroute, il a fait des détours incompréhensibles, beaucoup de perte de temps inutiles

La habitación es genial y la cama muy cómoda, la comida muy buena y el personal amable.

Las excursiones muy masificadas, cambiaría la experiencia si eligiesen lugares diferentes a los que van todos los cruceros, es muy agobiante.
