Reviewed Mar 5, 2026Immaculately clean and well appointed townhome. Ideal location that was close to restaurants in the CBD within an easy ten minute walk. Loved that there were laundry facilities and a well-equipped kitchen. Lovely outdoor area where you could maneuver the louvers to adjust the amount of sun you wanted.Kate could not have been nicer, and helped us sort out an issue with the HVAC on our first night. This is a wonderful property that is well managed and a very good value. Totally recommend.
HVAC controls were a bit hard to understand. Recommend that they include more info in their unit guide about how to operate and adjust. Ours had been set on cool by the previous user and because it was chilly, we wanted to turn on the heat and despite setting the temp higher it wouldn’t adjust. We spent a chilly first night, but Kate responded quickly in the morning and we sorted it out without any further problems,

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Property was centrally located, and parking was right up front. great communication and host easy to reach. Property was beautifully clean, warm and comfortable. Shower was incredible and automatic night lights in hallway were fantastic
everything was amazing but I would have loved a mirror downstairs for a final outfit and makeup check before heading out the door. also, I looked for hangers to hang my suit but couldn't find any. A place to hang a suit in the master would have been excellent.

Thought the shower needed some shelving to put your shampoos etc on. Didn't like the sachets for body wash etc.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025Everything was so well appointed, it was classy and comfortable, the outside area just called for wine and cheese. You could find a sunny spot or be in the shade. Comfortable beds and loved having all the little touches right down to Jam and toothbrushes. Easy communication with the owners for access code. Air conditioning in each room for individual comfort.

Reviewed Feb 7, 2025Location was close to Cbd and river walk. Lovely garden and patio area. Very clean with 3 nice bedrooms.
All good but could use a mirror in 2 smaller bedrooms. A luggage rack is needed in one of the bedrooms and a place to hang clothes in the other bedroom.
