Only things we would change are 1) Maybe put a door at the top of the stairs to stop the hot air going down the stairs. 2) Electric blankets on the bed. 3) A bigger notice on the fridge about wi-fi and whatever else it may have said as I kind of needed a microscope to read it.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025Fabulously appointed. The bedroom is at the back so away from the road. Nice space to sit out at the front. Short walk into town and to the river. Jo and Molly are great with communications .
It is on a main road (behind a wall) so you can hear traffic if you are sitting out or in the lounge.

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025Great little unit, very pretty and well maintained, a dishwasher is always good! Messaged the host with a wifi problem and was assisted immediately. Close enough to walk to town.
We had large suitcases and you have to go straight up a set of stairs. One set of stairs didn't have a handrail. We were travelling for three weeks. This place is perfect for a weekend stay when you don't have large bags.

Very loud, lots of noisy people in other apartments and on the street at night was our only issue. Wouldn’t have booked that specific apartment had I known that the stairs had no door, very stressful with our toddler! Otherwise it was great.

Parking was an issue as on gravel area not ideal for a bikes. We did stop outside the property to load and unload
