It was winter but you needed to keep the heater going even during the day otherwise the apartment cooled down very quickly.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2025Location was great, short walk to the main street of the Mount for dinner and even shorter walk to Marine Parade for breakfast/brunch. Beautiful weather helped! Very clean and tidy, bed really comfortable. Would stay again.
No milk in the fridge for our cuppa tea and more bath towels for a longer than a weekend stay. We stayed four nights.

That it didn’t have a washing machine and tumble dryer in apartment! But was stated there was in the apartment description when I booked,( booking.com’s error) but it’s on level 2 in the building! Bonus is it’s free to use including washing liquid,and theirs 2x washing machines,2x dryers☺️

Just a tip, get the cleaner to clean around the bottom of the shower. Gave it a spray with exit mold and a scrub. But otherwise, a great stay.

If anything, be good if it had a bath but that wasn’t a major.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2024Perfect location. We have stayed at The Mount many times over the years and always enjoy the beach views and how easy it is to go out for a meal. Always enjoy a walk around The Mount and now the lovely extended boardwalk. Beautiful new furniture in the lounge and bedroom. All the linens are also a lovely quality. Enjoyed a few spas(temperature always abit hot for me to stay in very long) The view from the lounge and bedroom was a real bonus with seaviews and golden sand. Would definitely like to make this place our go to for staying at The Mount.
The curtains in the bedroom take out the award for thinking it's daylight in the middle of the night and it's so bright once dawn arrives. Not what you want in a bedroom curtain and an addition of a blackout backing would make guests readily want to return.
