Executive Oceanside Apartment

The apartment is immaculate and spacious and fit my family of 5 comfortably. Beds are super comfy. Luanne met us and showed us around which was lovely.

Really easy, the lady met us and showed us inside. She explained everything we needed to know and left. Very nice lady and helpful in answering any questions we had.

Fantastic spacious, well equipped apartment in the best location - so close to the beach, harbour, shops and cafes. Great large deck to relax on.

Absolutely outstanding, we had the most enjoyable stay here, didn't want to leave, location is second to none, the apartment is impressive, killer views, everything you needed is there, amenities were great, can't wait to be back there, Lu is the best host and makes your stay so welcoming!

The apartment had everything you could want without hesitation I would stay here again.

Just a suggestion, there were 3 of us in the apartment, late 70s and daughter, if you were watching a 2 hour film on tv, the bucket chair was a bit hard, maybe a more comfy chair?

Beautiful, modern apartment right in the heart of Mt Maunganui. The apartment was clean, beds very comfortable, lovely towels and linen. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. Would recommend!

Views, comfort, it’s an amazing apartment. Well stocked with all that you need. Peaceful and comfortable. Parking is easy. The host met us at the car park and welcomed us. It was a super nice touch.

There is a strange smell coming from the bathroom off the master, also the pressure in that shower is sub par compared to the pressure in the other shower. It is very clean in the apartment however roof vents and vents in the washer/dryer cupboard were very full of lint. Please keep an eye on this as it was a lot. We cleaned it out on our arrival.

Great space and facilities for a family, awesome location, and Luanne was an excellent host who made our stay easy.

The pool is temporarily closed for refurbishment but guests receive 50% off entry to the hot pools across the road :)

Location was perfect. We didn't have to use our car everything we needed was within walking distance. Beautiful views of the mountain & sunrises & sunsets a highlight 😍 comfortable, warm & very spacious for our wee family. 2nd time staying & will be staying again in future 😁

Location was excellent, apartment was modern and offered all facilities. Everything in the apartment was carefully kept of quality standards. Overall exceeded our expectations. Will return for sure.

2nd bedroom did not have bedsides. Its minor but can be definitely looked into.

Loved everything about this gprgeous apartment! It was exceptionally clean and tidy! The views are so beautiful that every window captured spectacular angles of every photo and video we took from our phones even! The large sliding doors that took us out onto the terrace made us feel like we were in our own penthouse oblivious to its twin tower parallel to us, we left them wide open every single night whilst sleeping, it was exhilarating!

Didn't like that we hadn't booked for a longer stay!

Would be handy to have a barbecue on the deck. Car park unfortunately has a leak above it which dropped rusty water all over our vehicle.

The view and the pictures don't match. There is not really “sea view” and the cost isn't worth it. Really affect our trip.

Confirmation of the carpark number and apartment number before arriving would be good, the instructions were great but we did second guess ourselves

Absolute Prime Location, Luanna made it so easy and simple to collect keys, Thank You so Much for the great communication, checkout was also stress free and simple. I cannot wait to come back and revisit. The Apartment was Absolute Luxury and perfect for me and the kiddies, Kids loved it, so spacious and Very Very Clean, Comfy and Cozy, Thank you So Much for having Us :)
