Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Wir haben unser Frühstück im Apartment selber gemacht. Es gibt eine schöne, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Bad gut ausgestattet. Die Lage mit Blick über Finale und den Strand ist sehr schön. Jeden Tag unterschiedliche Sonnenuntergänge vom großen Balkon aus zu sehen. Stadt und Strand sind über einen Fußweg/Pfad innerhalb von mind. 15 Minuten erreichbar, aber eng und steil. Klimaanlage im Ess-/Wohnbereich und im Schlafzimmer.
Wir wurden zwar mittels einem Schreiben auf die "Oliven-Mücken" hingewiesen, und einen Anti-Mücken-Stecker gibt es vor Ort. Es wäre aber viel hilfreicher es würden in Schlafzimmer, Bad und Küche Fliegengitter an den Fenstern angebracht werden. Dann könnte man Fenster und Türen zur Abkühlung nachts geöffnet lassen.

Le fait qu un seul escalier desserve tous les appartements entrave à l intimité des autres résidents! Le petit déjeuner est copieux , bien présenté mais qualité décevante !

We were unsure how breakfast worked so ate out both mornings ( we are up early and wanted to get to the beach). Directions to the location are outstanding. Good parking but tricky road in and out. Confusing on how to use sky light in the bathroom (the controls are in the clothes cupboard). You are not able to walk anywhere from here as it is located very high and there are no paths.
Access in and out, no proper mini fridge a very tiny fridge was offered. Confusion on tax and wine payment on departure.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026We had a beautiful self-contained apartment. The view was just spectacular and it was well equiped for what we needed. The help from the owner was amazing, helped us find a taxi and gave some excellent advice. They were amazing and posted my glasses on to my Italian family after I'd left them at the apartment after I'd departed. We loved it here and I would love to return.
There was nothing we didn't like. However, we didn't have a car and it was quite the walk back up from town in the heat of the day. There aren't a lot of taxi's in Finale - however, if you ahve a car or transport, this place is spectacular and there is nothing to complain about.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Breakfast is delicious and really nice to eat outside with a view. The closest beach is stunning but is quite the hike if you walk to and from the beach.
The photos make the accommodation look a lot more impressive than it actually is, obviously professional photos taken at all the right angels, quite deceiving! You just can barely see the sea from the rooms unlike it's shown the photos. Also the bath towels were tiny, closer to hand towels. They should at least give more than one if they are that small. Also the 10am check out is quite strictly enforced which is too early! This is 7/10 property not a 9/10 like its rating, particularly considering the value for money.

Se devo trovare un difetto, si potrebbe avere qualche accorgimento in più sulla manutenzione in quanto c’era qualche muro un pò scrostato..ma niente che abbia cambiato il mio giudizio sul soggiorno

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti nell’appartamento tramontana ed è stato tutto perfetto. L’appartamento è molto pulito e moderno ed è dotato di tutto il necessario. Ha inoltre una terrazza molto ampia con una vista meravigliosa sul mare. L’appartamento è dotato di parcheggio, utilissimo nei giorni più affollati quando è difficile trovare posto in centro. Il personale è estremamente disponibile e gentile e ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno ancora più speciale.
