Noise.the hotel was clean but the area where is located is dirty. Very nice staff .no usb charge in the room

Dance bar noise can be heard in 17 floor. Housekeeping is the biggest flaw in this hotel

The rooms are okay but no closed by convenience store. We arrived and no towels inside the bathroom.

I will say this : the staff are wonderful! They clean your room daily and nothing is ever missing ! I felt safe leaving and still coming back knowing my belongs are there still!

The location was a bit farther from the area I wanted to visit, but the hotel itself was excellent, offering all the services and amenities I needed within the building.

Clean, comfortable, and super friendly staff.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The building, old and a bit tired, is elegant, with marble in the foyer. On our second visit we got a renovated room. The bathroom hardware had been replaced (waterfall, hand-held and bath faucet), which was pleasing. The room was large, tastefully decorated with marble and timber, bed was very comfortable. Great air. Free bottled water. The power points were not working and it was fixed that day. Some negatives. Pillows are hard and high. The website promotes the hotel as a dining and entertainment hub, with four restaurants and various bars and clubs. In fact there are two function room-style restaurants on floor 1, whose use is confined to breakfasts, plus a bar that opened in May 2025, with loud disco, no customers, and serving Lebanese food. I can’t speak for the clubs etc but there was no energy of that kind during either stay. The other major issue is location. Contrary to the claims made on the website, the hotel is located in a wasteland of run-down, dirty, local-style eateries (almost exclusively populated by men), gyms, hole-in-the-wall takeaways, vacant allotments and abandoned construction sites. Huge highway right outside. There is no restaurant or cafe, or even an approachable takeaway. So there is no inducement to leave the hotel. No view: glass high-rise next door, vacant lots. Windows very dirty (being cleaned soon). Pod coffee maker with no pods. Mini-bar containing 3 cans of soft drink. No wine or spirits.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Seven Seas Hotel in Dubai, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my visit. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, ensuring my check-in process was smooth. A special thank you to Hakim, as well as the rest of the wonderful staff, whose names I may have forgotten, but who made my experience unforgettable with their incredible support. The hospitality provided by Leman and Anu, along with everyone else on the team, truly made me feel valued and cared for throughout my stay. They were also very supportive in assisting me with calling for a taxi when I preferred not to use Uber—an added convenience that I greatly appreciated. The amenities at the hotel were equally impressive. The swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi offered a perfect retreat, and the staff attending to these areas were wonderful, ensuring everything was clean and inviting. I highly recommend The Seven Seas Hotel to everyone looking for a memorable stay in Dubai. The combination of exceptional service and fantastic facilities makes it a top choice for travelers. While I particularly enjoyed my stay, staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful…… food selection was not as good as I thought it will be. Options were very limited if you didn’t eat what was provided, it is geared towards the culture of the surroundings, I wish in the future that they will include more varieties and not just particularly for ethnicities but also for westernized pallets.

This place exceeded my expectations! The comfort of the bed ,the linens the size of the room and the pool , jacuzzi …everything was to my liking and the staff…so accommodating and professional!

They weren’t accommodating to us when we arrived earlier than check in time. Other than that everything was good.

Stayed at the hotel for a month. The staff was extremely polite. There were people at the front door (Raghu, Asheaf, Salman) that were always smiling and polite The staff at the restaurant at breakfast were very helpful. I remember some names of the staff (Vasanth and Krishna). Always keeping the pace clean and helping the guests The staff at the front desk were no exception. From the manager Ayaz to the staff Wasi, Kamla and the rest. I don't remember all the names for the staff but there is not a single conplaint against any member. The person managing the sauna was also very friendly. The housekeeping staff, Jahanzeb and team were very co-operative. Wish I remembered everyobe's name so I could specifically write about them.

Very nice place, room very spacious and bed comfortable. No microwave, have to pay for a bucket of ice. Very small fridge which could only hold 4 small bottles of water. They don't given enough Towels you have to ask for it. Food not hot, just warm or cold in some cases. Not a whole lot of choices when it comes to food. Only 4 channels for TV with only one channel in English with outdated shows. Friendly and helpful staff. If you want to go anywhere, use Uber or taxi, do not use an agent in the hotel that helps to organize outings or excursions. They will rip you off. They will tell you that taxis is expensive and uses meter, but they will get you better rate. Do not listen to them. Take Uber or taxi or the Metro if you know where you're going or have time.

My stay was wonderful and I had a great time it is close to many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood in walking distance. And a nice and friendly staff.

Really appreciate my stay. The staff is very welcoming, from the moment you reach, the room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was also good, with a lot of options. A special shoutout to Mr. Ronald from front desk reception who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. He was always present in the corridors, checking if i needed anything, His dedication and friendliness truly made a difference

Were given interconnected room and they didn’t had keys to lock it complaint to staff and even the duty manager but no one helped, we changed the room next day Extremely unhelpful and lying reception staff.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. However the property is extremely outdated and dirty. The first room they put us in on the lower level had roaches and mold. They then moved us to higher floor and that room was much better.

Hotel was average and in some areas below average. The toilet seat had urine stains and changed colour, the toilet smelt of urine. The breakfast was actually not good, i stopped going all together. The staff, particularly those that work in the kitchen are unfriendly and unhelpful. Couple nights i couldn't sleep because they had an event almost all nights on the ground floor event hall.

We stayed at the hotel from 10 of February 2025until the 17 of February 2025 .As soon as we got to the hotel , we had valet parking done. TAHA service us at the reception desk, he told us about breakfast been included. Which was a great deal and less hassle for us. The breakfast was amazing continental dishes every day. TAHA also helped us in booking a full day private tour in Dubai. Its was amazing. Totally recommend anyone that wants to see all the attractions in Dubai. TAHA is a very professional and committed.The dinner at Delhi 6 was delicious. Sourav has a amazing customer service. The restaurant is amazing for delicious desi dinners 10/10 . Then coming to Geoffrey’s Sports Bar , they have an amazing collection of drinks and delicious appetizers. I was amazed by these staffs at Geoffrey’s Sport Bar.The Barman - Manoj , Sarmilla, Astish and Mandi. They are so professional,caring and hardworking. I would give them a 10/10.We had an awesome, amazing experience at Seven Seas hotel. Totally recommend it to my friends and family.

Hotel staff is very courteous welcoming goes out of way to take.care to make you feel at home. I had to go to emergency medical treatment they called ambulance and checked on me at hospital. Due to my medical condition they did me a late check out. I will give them a 5 star rating.

First stay breakfast was included and second stay after a week breakfast was not included go figure.

Needs a lot of fixing. Open doors and defective safe, and TV not set up. etc. However, the room was quite big and clean.

It’s an average hotel on the outskirts of dubai . great if you want to do a quick in and out of dubai , or you’re a transit passenger . There is a club on the ground floor which kept playing music past midnight and it was irritating. The room was big but the ac gave us trouble it kept switching off and on since I’m a light sleeper it wasn’t working for me
