The owner or the property care taker was disturbing to checkout even before 10 AM not allowing us to complete the purpose of we visiting Udupi. and the checkout was as per the documentation at 11 AM and not 10 AM as well and still we were pestered for vacating it before 10 AM.

Attitude of the caretaker is not at all satisfied. No bath towel, soap, sugar and tea bags. Only after demanding, the said items received. The bath towel is not a good one. The thread is coming out of the towel everywhere in our body when we used after bath.

Cleanliness- The property looked as if its not cleaned after the previous guests left. In all toilets, we found used soaps and fridge was full of half-used water bottles. Cleaning scrubs were lying all over the bathrooms. The soap dispensers were rusted and stale liquid soap was leaking. Complimentary Refreshments- Most apartments keep basic complimentary refreshments like 1 milk packet, few coffee and tea sachets. Here we dint get these also no towels or soaps were provided. These gestures go a long way.

Reviewed May 14, 2025The apartment was great .. very spacious. We had booked a 3 bedroom apartment for our stay in Udupi. The apartment is fairly close to major attractions in Udupi like Shri Krishna matha, malpe beach etc. it is near the main bus station and railway which takes hardly 15 to 20 min by auto to reach either places. The apartment was very well maintained.it was clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and stove etc needed for a quick meal fix. We ordered groceries from swiggy instamart which got delivered in under 20 min. The washing machine available was very useful fr us . We had just thrown out day clothes in fr a quick wash n dried thm on the clothes rack available on the balcony n they were fresh to pack away next day thy even an iron box in the apartment.. so no hassle of washing a big load when u get bk from vacation. Overall a pleasant and convenient stay for us as we had travelled with our 6 month old and my parents. A great stay... Definitely recommend.

Only one bedroom has attached bath. The other bathroom is not close to the second bedroom. Not so comfortable. In kitchen Tea powder and Sugar were empty. These need to checked before and replenished.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2025The cleanliness, the peaceful location and the amenities. Made it a home away from home... Would definitely recommend it strongly to all those travelling as a family or a group. Supportive caretaker- very cordial and polite. Walking distance from the city centre and Shri Krishna temple.. All in all, was a great experience!
The only suggestion I have is for a rod or hanger for clothes in the washrooms...
