Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Bardzo przyjemny apartament blisko najważniejszych atrakcji Florencji. Do tego znakomita obsługa, szczególne pozdrowienia dla zawsze uśmiechniętej i pomocnej Nailet. Pobyt minął Nam doskonale, w sporej mierze dzięki właśnie zakwaterowaniu. Przy powrocie do Florencji, raczej na pewno skorzystamy drugi raz. Kolejnym plusem jest obecność marketu po drugiej stronie ulicy.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Camera grande e location centrale. Letti molto comodi. Personale molto simpatico e disponibile. Possibilità di accedere alla reception senza l'utilizzo di chiavi e quindi di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in o dopo il check-out in caso di treni molto presto/tardi.
Stanza poco pulita: capelli sotto il copriletto e sul comodino e polvere intorno alle pareti. Avendo il soffitto in mattoni e travi a vista (molto bello), abbiamo trovato anche qualche detrito sui bagagli. In doccia spesso la pressione dell'acqua non era abbastanza e la temperatura era variabile. Colazione abbondante, ma tutti dolci confezionati.

La stanza era molto comoda e funzionale, la colazione non male e lo staff super disponibile, soprattutto Nailette molto carina e gentile. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, lo consiglio per qualsiasi tipo di viaggio.

La ubicación del Split del aire acondicionado, a parte no llegaba a enfriar la habitación estando al máximo y tuvimos que mover la cama y desplazarla hasta el armario para poder dormir. Las mesitas de noche, con mucho polvo. Pero en general todo bien.

Purtroppo la stanza e il bagno non erano molto puliti. I teli erano giallognoli e avevano anche delle macchie. La zanzariera della finestra era strapiena di polvere. Il frigo faceva un rumore assordante durante la notte. La luce del bagno non funzionava, per fortuna funzionava quella dello specchio del bagno. La colazione così così, alcune cose erano un po’ dure come se non fossero molto fresche. È un peccato perché con un poco di attenzione in più questa struttura potrebbe diventare da 10.

The room was VERY filthy, and outdated. There was a drop of dried urine on the toilet seat, the bathroom floor had dirt, the faucets were dirty, the overall room was outdated, dirty and rusty and smelling of mildew. The towels had stains and the bedsheets were not clean. It was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay. I will never recommend it. No matter how the location is, it’s not worth it

Reviewed May 27, 2026Ideally located near all the main touristic points, between Ponte Vecchio and Santa Croce, but without being in the overcrowded centre. Quiet back street, with lots of options to eat, drink and shop nearby. Even though it was hot outside (34 degrees), the room stayed cool and pleasant to sleep in. Very friendly host who is available to help where possible.
The room can do with a little update (showerhead can't be fixed, shower door doesn't close 100% and some other small items). Main problem: the people living upstairs, above our room. Till midnight they like to move furniture around, do tapdance (or was it playing basketball?) in their living room, or doing laundry with a rather noisy machine right above our heads. And the screaming kids apparently don't have to be in bed before midnight, even on schoolnights.
