Reviewed Apr 3, 2025Very beautiful venue, family enjoyed the stay, clean environment with great working Aircon and all needed kitchen equipment. 2 full separate rooms with TV's in both rooms. Tracey is also a very friendly host.

I don't know somehow the host seemed not to be comfortable accommodating my friends at her place. she seemed too uncomfortable, too many warnings yet we told her over and over the purpose of our visit. the last straw is the message she sent me. yes I take responsibility over the dirty pillowcase because the head scarf fell off. she describes that as her bnb was left in huge mess. that made it all clear that the lady regretted having them there

Reviewed Oct 2, 2024The location was superb, particularly for those looking for some fresh air and relaxation. The property includes a swimming pool, a barbecue area, and extra blankets. I definitely recommend this place.
What I didn't like about the place was that the air conditioning was only working in one room, and the showers couldn't be opened at the same time; if you did, the other shower would be chilly.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2024The cottage was warm and welcoming, very well equipped for anything you might need and spotlessly clean. There was fresh milk in the fridge when we arrived along with rusks on the counter, Tracey, our host, made us feel at home right away. We were colleagues travelling for work and it was really nice to have the inter-leading room with its own bathroom for privacy, essentially its 2-bedroom, both en-suite. Tracey was a very welcoming host and saw to everything we needed to make our stay at Greenwood Cottage comfortable. Due to the rainy weather during our stay, we were unable to make use of the braai/entertainment area or swimming pool next to the cottage, but hopefully next time. The bean-to-cup coffee machine was a bonus for those early morning starts.
