Reviewed Feb 6, 2025The establishment has clean and comfortable rooms. It is situated in a clean and safe neighborhood with free Wi-Fi. My mom loved the peaceful garden and the swimming pool. Tracey was very friendly and went an extra mile to make us comfortable.
There was no iron in the room. The host was willing and assisting with iron. It would be great though if the room had it's own iron.

Reviewed Dec 13, 2024A super cosy & peaceful place to relax while traveling. Stays cool with shade and a breeze even when it is hot outside. Features air conditioning, a fan, and Apple TV. Dishes washed daily by staff. Tracey is an incredible host and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, even providing coffee pods, milk, filtered water & rusks for free. Checking in every few days to make sure everything was good with the accomodation.

Reviewed Nov 24, 2024Loved the cupboards, coffee, rusks, fresh towels (this was so thoughtful, wow, the host was so kind). The bedsheet, bed and duvet felt luxurious! The trees and plant life enhanced this euphoric experience. The pool was so clean, as was everything else. I loved tanning on the sun-beds. I’m such a critic, so finding anything which exceeds my expectations is rare. But this accommodation? It definitely exceeded my expectations.

Reviewed Nov 21, 2024Very spacious room, very clean, private and quiet, nice comfortable bed. Host was there to receive me, friendly and welcoming. It's quite close to Waterstone village and Somerset central. It's a good central location, good neighborhood. I felt safe there.
Recommend keep an extra blanket in the room for those coming from a warmer climate. I could have used the heater on the aircon I guess, but it wasn't that cold.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2024Excellent location very near Cape Town, with Somerset West, Heidelberg and Strand on the doorstep. Save and clean beaches very nearby, and the area is surrounded by some of the best wine farms in the world. The neighbourhood is upmarket and save, walkable, with a Spar supermarket just a minute’s walk away. The climate is highly pleasant, not as hot in summer as the rest of the Boland or as cold in winter. The unit is secure, perfectly clean and neat, very well equipped and lots of secure parking behind a remote controlled gate. Very professional and friendly host. Will definitely return soon.
