Riad Fes Miracle

Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia en Riad Fes Miracle. Desde el principio fueron súper atentos con nosotros: nos recogieron en la estación de autobuses y el recibimiento fue genial. Además, como estábamos de luna de miel, nos dejaron un detalle precioso en la cama que nos hizo muchísima ilusión. La habitación estaba muy bien, con camas cómodas, aire acondicionado y un baño amplio y cómodo. Pero sin duda queremos destacar el trato del dueño. El día que nos íbamos salíamos antes de la hora del desayuno y se levantó antes expresamente para prepararnos una bolsa para llevar. Era súper completa y fue un detallazo que agradecimos muchísimo. La ubicación también nos pareció perfecta. Está dentro de la medina, pero muy cerca de una de las puertas principales, así que es fácil llegar y orientarse sin perderse. A la vez, estás perfectamente situado para salir andando y recorrer la medina. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto y muy bien tratados. Si volvemos a Fez, repetiríamos sin duda. ¡Muchas gracias por todo! 😊

El sitio muy bonito y el personal muy amable.

Ein wunderschönes Riad in der Medina von Fes. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Die Zimmer waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Bäder sauber und schön. Eine volle Empfehlung!

Teilweise ist die Decke etwas niedrig (im Treppenhaus und den Gängen bzw. im Bad des Familienzimmers). Vom Parkplatz außerhalb der Stadtmauern ist ein gewisser Weg zurückzulegen.

Wat een mooie plek. Midden in de riad. Mooi verscholen en daardoor rustig. De straat uitlopen en je bent midden in de stad. Bij aankomst hele goede adviezen gekregen waar we wat mee konden en bovendien zijn ze in het verblijf allemaal heel vriendelijk.

Nos pareció un Riad bonito y acogedor, los empleados muy amables y serviciales, está en plena Medina de fez por lo que está muy bien situado. El desayuno también estuvo bien

La escalera es un poco baja y hay que tener cuidado de no golpearte la cabeza

Easy to park - which is only a 5 minute walk from the Riad and simple to find. The Riad is impressive, the hosts welcoming (and spoke English), our family room (inc the beds and pillows) was comfortable and the bathroom spacious and clean. Good AC. Great location and great value for money. The breakfast was also generous and appreciated.

The underground car parking experience wasn't the best - the person (who didn't appear to be the actual attendant but a colleague perhaps) was "take the price or leave" - having completed a long journey the willingness to leave is low. We paid 50 Dm per night (fine aside the Riad states 30 Dm). We would have left if it were suggested we had to leave our keys with them (thankfully this wasn't requested). It shouldn't detract from the Riad itself - which is excellent.

L'accueil était chaleureux, le riad est beau, propre, bien équipé (notamment dans la chambre dans la salle de bain), le petit déjeuner était délicieux et varié, le rooftop donne une belle vue sur la médina et le riad est bien situé (près Talaa Sghira)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad. L’emplacement est vraiment parfait pour visiter Fès, tout est à proximité. Le riad est très propre et agréable. Les deux jeunes gérants sont vraiment adorables, disponibles et aux petits soins. On s’est sentis très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et très bon. Une très bonne adresse à Fès, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Property was spacious and clean. Breakfast was basic with bread, egg, orange juice and few cakes. Overall staff was nice. The AC was working to max capacity which was needed.

To many stairs to walk up so can struggle if you have a lot of luggage. And in some rooms, the AC makes alot of noise.

El aire acondicionado no enfría lo suficiente (punto importante en un lugar donde hace tanto calor) y aunque intentaron cambiarnos de pieza, el problema seguía pasando en todas partes

Hemos viajado mucho a Marruecos y hemos estado en muchos riads y siempre comparten los mismos problemas ( Humedad y moho en los baños, habitaciones muy pequeñas, camas incomodas...) pero justamente este riad por el precio que nos ha costado ha superado nuestras expectativas ya que el baño estaba reformado y no tenía nada de humedad, la habitación muy grandre y la cama muy cómoda. Por otra parte, el desayuno es muy completo y te hacen un desayuno autentico marroquí. También el chico de la recepción nos ha ayudado en todo lo que hemos pedido y ha sido muy servicial. No suelo escribir reseñas, pero estaba la escribo ya que si buscas un Riad de lujo a precio de un un riad barato pues es esto lo que estás buscando. Ya que Riads como estos si que hay y mejores pero a precios mucho más elevados.

La gentilezza dello staff, l'ampiezza delle camere e la posizione a poca distanza dall'ingresso della Medina. Abbiamo richiesto un cambio stanza e ci hanno subito accontentati. Abbiamo anche usufruito della guida proposta dall'hotel e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il bilancio totale, anche in considerazione del prezzo pagato, è sicuramente positivo.

Il bagno della prima stanza aveva una piccola finestrella senza vetri, d'estate può far piacere, ma con 10°C fuori diventa un problema. Inoltre presentava un po' di muffa. Ci hanno cambiato stanza e la situazione era molto migliorata, nonostante anche qui ci fosse un problema di aerazione nel bagno. Dopo aver fatto la doccia, infatti, l'umidità fatica a disperdersi nonostante la ventola funzionante.

Riad a l interieur de la medina

Me gustó todo! La ubicación es perfecta, en una calle dentro de la Medina, a menos de 5 minutos de la Puerta Azul. Ideal para acceder a las excursiones. Está muy limpio, las habitaciones y el aseo son amplias, el personal muy amable y resolutivo. Los desayunos completos y todo recién hecho, incluso los 2 días que nos lo llevamos porque madrugamos mucho estaban los crepes calientes. Sin duda volveré al Riad Fes Miracle.

Está muy bien situado, a 50 metros de una de las calles principales de la Medina y a 5 minutos de la Puerta Azul, de donde salen la mayoría de las excursiones. Las habitaciones del Riad son amplias, los aseos limpios, la cama comodísima y muy grande. Los desayunos son correctos, todo casero y recién hecho, incluso cuando salimos de excursión y el día de vuelta que nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar a las 5:30h de la mañana. Los dos chicos encargados del Riad son muy agradables y nos ofrecieron habitaciones mejores de las que teníamos reservadas. Hemos quedado muy satisfechos con el Riad, si vuelvo a Fez será allí, estuvimos muy cómodos.

We absolutely enjoying to stay here. The communication was so good and everything was finely arranged. The room is very clean, with a great location to the market and breakfast is very good and staffs very kind. Hot water and heater works very well. They arranged the airport taxi for us too. Great value, and I would love to come back again.

The Riad is strategically located in the Medina and near to most of the tour pickup point. The owner of the Riad is very friendly and thoughtful. As we had tours which started early in the morning, they kindly packed some foods for us to bring it on the go

The toilet basin leaked which made the toilet floor wet all the time. A few clothes hangers and coat hanger would be good addition

Fantastic location, great AC, amazing hospitality. My friend and I got travelers diarrhea from our desert camping trip and when we arrived to the Riad Miracle hotel we were just starting to feel sick, but didn’t think much of it. Upon checking in we were greeted with traditional Moroccan mint tea and were talking with Zakaria that we had a tour to the blue city booked the next morning. We got really sick that night and did not feel well enough to go to our tour. Zakaria noticed that we didn’t leave the hotel that morning and came up to check on us later in the morning. When he found out we were sick he brought us breakfast in bed, electrolytes, large bottles of water, and fresh towels. He even cleaned our bathroom for us. He checked up on us every few hours. His hospitality went above and beyond the call of duty for the next 2 days while we were sick. I feel lucky that we were sick under his care. It is never fun being sick in a foreign country, but he made us feel so well taken care of. Five stars all around.

Il Riad è davvero bello, mi hanno colpito da subito le vetrate colorate e la luce del cortile interno. Lo staff è davvero super gentile e disponile, hanno risposto a tutte le nostre domande. La stanza veniva pulita alla mattina piegando anche i nostri panni. La colazione molto abbondante e buona.

Riad muy bien cuidado. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte. Sitio muy limpio, en el centro de la medina, con muy buen desayuno. Con un buen aire acondicionado. La próxima vez que visite fez volveré seguro.

The staff was welcoming, and he made sure we felt comfortable.

The room and bathroom had cockroaches, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. I asked a staff member to remove them. Additionally, the housekeeping service was not very efficient—after they cleaned, we couldn’t find some of our belongings. We later discovered they had been pushed under the bed.

The location is 3 mins to Medina n quiet The rooms were big n comfortable beddings n bathroom modern.Can get drinks just outside the Riad.Super friendly staff who helps us to get train tickets n taxi outside which was alot cheaper by meter to station.Breadfast is the usual Moroccoan which is basic everywhere we ve been.Just a note that if u eat in Medina restaurants be aware that they add extra few euros so u hv to know ur prices.n there is no such thing as service charge.Its up to us to give or not tips

This is a nice old riad not far from the entrance to the medina so close enough to walk in with cases and then within a 20 minute walk of most of the key sites in old Fes. The riad has an attractive central core. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very large.

Unfortunately we were on the very top floor so it was a climb up and down and difficult with our bags. The bathroom was quite cramped and the shower curtain far too short so the water went everywhere. There were a lot of flies on our floor (but not in the breakfast area) and there was a slight smell of cats. The noise carries throughout the property so even on our high floor with the windows closed you could hear people talking at breakfast on the ground floor. They don't accept credit cards so make sure you have sufficient cash to pay for your accommodation.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful. We stayed on the top floor, and the windows looked into the center of the riad, where guests have their dinner and breakfast. It was a nice view and made the atmosphere feel lively and welcoming. The location was also good and convenient for exploring the area.

The biggest issue was the noise at night. The riad often holds dinner parties, and the sound travels easily through the windows. We could hear music and conversations clearly until about 11 PM, which made it a bit difficult to relax or sleep early.

The location is perfect because we only had to walk 4 minutes to a pick up point of 3 day trips. What I didn’t like is no credit card processing available —we had to pay in local cash which was highly inconvenient for any foreign tourists and it took several days to obtain a receipt after multiple requests. The young manager is friendly and was able to provide take-away breakfasts for multiple days since our daytrips started early. It included a hard-boiled egg and yogurt, which was highly appreciative as breakfasts in various Riads tend to be very sweet.

The narrow stair steps were a challenge even though we were physically fit. The bathroom area is big but the shower has no door so water spills to other areas and there is no floor mat so bathroom floor was wet all night and somehow, it created a sewage-like odor.

Having the top floor, was a very long walk. I mean a very long walk up. The stairs are very steep, and this should be mentioned in the hotel description.

That we didn’t stay longer

The location of the Riad is fantastic and really convenient. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the gave us the breakfast take away even when the kitchen was closed.

The room was good but it could be more comfortable, for example there was no table, no hanger for clothes...

The location was very good as it was inside the Medina but still very close to the point where cars can drop you off.

The vegetarian breakfast variety could have been improved with good hot savory options . The bathroom had short shower curtain and no ledge to stop the water , which made the bathroom wet .
