A casa de banho podia ser mais espaçosa. O vídeo e a mensagem de explicação do acesso não corresponde bem ao que é preciso fazer para aceder à habitação e as chaves magnéticas por vezes não funcionaram. Não se notou qualquer limpeza do quarto.

Mi dispiace lasciare una recensione così negativa, di solito non è da me, ma una struttura che mette una "stanza" del genere su booking non può non aspettarsela. La stanza assegnataci era malsana, presentava muffa lungo larghi tratti delle pareti, l'aria era irrespirabile e puzzolente per via dell'umidità e della muffa. Inoltre della superficie della stanza più o meno solo 4 metri quadri erano utilizzabili, per via del soffitto e della porta bassissima, non adatta a persone di un'altezza solamente nella media! Siamo stati per due giorni col collo inclinato e, nonostante questo, abbiamo sbattuto ripetutamente, sia in camera che nel bagno, il quale presenta la stessa situazione. Questo perché, seppur non specificato, la stanza è situata sulla mansarda a cui si accede tramite una scaletta angusta, per altro non adatta a molte persone. Questo posto purtroppo è impresentabile, una vergogna proporlo, poiché presenta spazi al limite del vivibile. Onestamente da una struttura con queste recensioni e questi prezzi ci si aspetta ben altro...

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026The shower was amazing and one of the highlights of the room. The property is quiet and we could hear birds in the morning, which gave it a very peaceful atmosphere. Overall it felt like a calm place to stay away from the busy tourist areas.
The room and bathroom smelled a bit damp when we checked in. The ceilings are quite low and the staircase to the room is narrow, so we occasionally bumped our heads. The location is also a bit far from the main tourist areas, so it’s more convenient if you have a car.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025The host wanted 100€ transferred to their private bank account before they would give me the check-in code. This is against the published payment terms by Booking. When I called and told her this was against company policy, she became very rude and would not let me speak. She continued to yell at me then hung up. I received a rude “we don’t want you cancel your reservation” message. When I cancelled it, they denied the refund. I had to get the credit card company involved.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Rue calme, maison rénovée entièrement, tous les espaces communs sont impeccables (cuisine et salon, jardin, salle de bain...). L'hôte Yue n'est pas sur place mais elle est très disponible et réactive.
L'insonorisation et le matelas Je n'ai quasiment pas dormi les 2 premières nuits car j'entendais les voisins parler à voix haute (ils n'ont fait aucun effort pour être discret), les mouvements dans la chambre, des coups sur les murs... Ma porte claquait et me réveillait à chaque fois qu'une personne entrait et sortait du batiment, j'ai dû coincer un bout de carton pour immobiliser la porte. Les 2 autres nuits étaient bien meilleures car personne dans la chambre voisine. Le matelas est trop dur pour moi, j'ai des douleurs aux reins depuis que je suis rentrée. Mais ça peut convenir aux personnes qui aiment les matelas fermes.

The house is not in the center so the neighborhood is quite which is really relaxing in the evening and people can rest and sleep well, while in the center this is not possible at all. We had great experience and I would recommend it to others.
I just didn't like the hassle with the deposit. I am citizen of a small non EU country and I am not able to transfer money quickly. Maybe it would be better to immediately ask for cash or the reserve funds via credit card. The host did their best and we managed to check in without lot of hassle.

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025Het onthaal door Yue Wang , en het volledig verblijf , met grote keuken , mogelijkheid om iets te koelen in een frigo ( meerdere beschikbaar ) het terras buiten , de salon met Tv , de pool bar , terras gelijkvloers , en op het 1 ste verdiep buiten , wel is er geen lift ,wat het moeilijk maakt voor oudere mensen , wij lagen op het hoogste verdiep , en dit was een heel smal trapje ! Verder heel veel comfort ! Je voelt je direct thuis , bij Yue Wang !
Op de kamer dat wij geboekt hadden , de bovenste verdieping , en aparte badkamer , hing er een penetrante reuk , van het toilet , ik denk een slecht aangesloten toilet , op de afvoerleiding , het was bij momenten onverdraaglijk , wel kon men het Velux raam , openzetten om de reukhinder af te voeren !

Although it was mentioned clearly by the owner so I wouldn't take away marks, I was a little too tall for the attic doorways/bathroom. However, the additional privacy made it well worth it, in my opinion

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025A cozinha é bem equipada, 2 máquinas de lavar, os espaços são super confortáveis e tem uma excelente localização de autocarros então vale imenso a pena. Ar condicionado otimo e varanda excelente.
O aspirador constantemente a trabalhar, também seria bom ter vassoura/pá á mão para poder limpar o quarto já que temos que pagar 15 euros se queremos limpeza enquanto estamos na estadia. Sanita que tivemos que estar constantemente a concertar, chuveiro de cima estragado e muitas vezes a água estava gelada. Também tivemos problemas com falta de água por 2 dias seguidos mas nada que não se resolva.

The curtains of the second floor toilet room nr. 203 is broken and was not repaired while I was hosted in the facility, which was an exposure of customers while in the toilet to people who would have access to the terrace.

The is no good public transport connection between the neighborhood to Lisbon.

Reviewed Dec 24, 2024The room was very spacious, clean, and offered excellent privacy. The common areas were large and well-equipped, exactly as in the photos. Yue was incredibly kind and helpful! The area was peaceful and quite.While it's not very close to Lisbon centre, it's conveniently located near Almada's Forum. I wish I could have stayed longer! Thank you for the lovely stay!🙂

The location is not the best if your plan is to visit Lisbon, the public transportation is not convenient. But if your business is in Almada, then it is fine.
