Quarto muito apertado , face as fotos. Proprietário muito presente, excesso de zelo, não deixa os hóspedes muito à vontade. Piscina pequena versus as fotos. O aparelho de ar condicionado mesmo por cima da cama superior do beliche. Provocando constipação e mau estar ao hospede que lá dorme.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Gostámos do espaço e fomos muito bem recebidas pelo proprietário, que foi extremamente simpático e atencioso.
A única situação que considero importante mencionar foi a forma de comunicação de um dos funcionários. É um rapaz jovem e pareceu-nos que a intenção era ajudar, mas foram vários os avisos e comentários do género “tenham cuidado com isto” ou “tenham cuidado com aquilo por causa do patrão”. Embora percebêssemos que provavelmente não existia má intenção, a repetição destes comentários acabou por nos deixar bastante alertas e inseguras, principalmente por sermos duas meninas sozinhas no espaço. Ao ponto de uma de nós ter tido pesadelos nessa noite. Talvez fosse apenas uma questão de comunicação e não correspondesse de todo à realidade, mas acho importante transmitir este feedback porque o efeito que teve em nós foi real. De resto, a simpatia e disponibilidade do proprietário foram muito positivas e não temos nada a apontar nesse sentido.

Como ubicación está muy bien para una visita desayuno varios días a Lisboa, y tomar como base de operaciones para varios destinos. Puedes ir al centro en transporte público con muchas combinaciones. Nosotros elegimos el Ferry.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026La amabilidad de Daniel, la limpieza, el silencio, la terraza privada, un desayuno tipo buffet completísimo y muy variado, con todo lo necesario y más. Daniel preparaba los huevos a medida que se necesitaban. Había dos buenas máquinas de café. Te puedes poner dentro o fuera en la terraza. Por la noche llevamos comida y cenamos en la terraza. Hay piscina desmontable alta y tumbonas para tomar el sol.
Nada que reseñar. Todo perfecto

La cocinita que tiene es súper completa, los desayunos de Daniel maravillosos. Si hubiéramos sabido que íbamos a encontrarnos tannn agusto hubiéramos cogido más días. Gracias también a Luis por su simpatía y ayuda en todo momento. VOLVEREMOS!!!

Il ne faut pas dépasser 1m80 car la chambre et la salle de bain sont à certains endroits d'une hauteur faible sous plafond

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Our stay started on a very positive note. We were welcomed by a pleasant lady who made us feel at ease, explained the basic house rules, and told us that bins would be emptied and towels refreshed after two days.
For the first two nights, everything went well. However, by the third day it became clear that no cleaning or refresh services were taking place. When we asked about this, the owner explained that the regular housekeeper was off sick and the replacement was unsure of the usual procedures. As a result, we had to find out for ourselves how to dispose of our rubbish, continued using the same towels throughout our stay, and even chose to purchase our own toilet rolls to avoid having to be always chasing for someone. We were also told by the owner that the pool was available for use at any time and that it was clean and being filtered, although it did not appear to be in the best condition. On the fourth day, we decided to use the pool. As there were no posted rules or instructions, we did our best to use it appropriately. The owner later arrived and stated that we should have contacted them beforehand and that we were not authorised to use the pool without prior permission. Although we apologised for the misunderstanding and explained that we had not been informed of any such rule, the owner remained upset. There was also confusion regarding visitors. Based on our welcome and previous conversations, we believed visitors were permitted. Around ten minutes after my brother arrived, the owner approached us and asked whether my brother intended to use the pool. As I was not planning to swim, we assumed my brother might be able to take my place. Before we had the opportunity to explain, we were informed that a €10 fee would apply. We thanked the owner for the information and declined. We then remained by the poolside while my two children enjoyed the water, which unfortunately appeared rather dirty, overly warm, and stagnant. Later, when my brother returned with snacks for us, the owner informed us that there would also be a €10 charge simply for him to sit in the outdoor dining area and eat with us.

Es una casa muy nueva y limpia en una zona tranquila y muy cerca del puente luso. Habitaciones con balcón y desayuno completo en interior o terraza. Bonita zona de solarium. Muy recomendable. El dueño amable y atento.
Piscina no de obra pero para refrescarse está bien.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Locatie is prima. De auto mooi laten staan en met de Uber voor €5,- naar de haven en met de veerboot naar de overkant. Daar ben je direct in het centrum. Het ontbijt is zoals in voorgaande recensies te lezen is uitstekend en uitgebreid. Alles is ook brandschoon en comfortabel. De jacuzzi op ons dakterras was ook heerlijk.
Het cijfer had veel hoger kunnen zijn dan een 8. Wanneer mensen dit appartement met jacuzzi met z’n tweeën huren zou het een 10 zijn. Wij vonden het met z’n vieren (twee grote zoons) aan de krappe kant.

The staff was very unpolite. We booked the accommodation and then they messaged us as if it was a mistake with the rates asking me to cancel. Since booking mentioned that this is none of our mistake and they had to receive us they treated us poorly and very bad customer service. On our last day the owner mentioned “you are only here because booking is shit” . Too bad cause the location is nice and very well located is you wanna do the coast

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Het is hier heerlijk rustig. Comfortabel bed, fijne airco, rolluiken. Dus perfect voor een goede nachtrust. Ontbijt was heerlijk. Daniel was een hele fijne gastheer. We gaan zeker terug komen
Het ligt toch wat ver van het centrum, in de buurt is niet veel, wel een grote supermarkt. 20 minuten tram en 15 minuten ferry. Dus met wachttijden toch wel op een uurtje rekenen.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Sehr schöne, moderne und liebevoll gestaltete Pension mit ganz herzlichem Gastgeber. Leckeres Frühstück, saubere Zimmer und gemütliche Betten. Ein rundum wohlfühl Ort.
Wenn ich überhaupt was sagen müsste dann vielleicht das es ein etwas weiter Weg zum Zentrum ist. Mit Metro und Fähre aber sehr gut machbar. Hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört und ist eher ein Hinweis als ein Kritikpunkt.

Bilder der 30 qm Wohnung mit Küchenzeile vermitteln nicht, dass es sich um eine extrem flache Dachgeschosswohnung handelt in der man nur auf 4 qm aufrecht stehen kann. Die qm-Angaben rechnen Raumhöhen ab 20cm wie auch Nebenflächen wie Balkon oder Küche voll mit. Die tatsächliche nutzbare Raumgröße ist wesentlich kleiner.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Nově postavený apartmánový dům. Vše zařízeno vkusně a prakticky. Majitel má vše skvěle promyšlené a v pokoji je vše co host na cestě potřebuje. Snídaně perfektní. Parkování před domem. Do centra je ideální použít přívoz, u kterého je levné parkoviště.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Alles war sehr sauber, das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, da Frühstück war spitze und der Gastgeber sehr herzlich und freundlich. In der Nähe gibt einen großen Supermarkt und mit Tram und Fähre ist man in 40 Minuten im Zentrum von Lissabon.

The accommodation was very clean and new , the location very quiet and only 15 from old town by Grab !!! We really enjoyed staying here
